This place is the worse there's always only one cashier the manager stares at the cashier and not helping her out while there's a line inside for over 10 minutes. How hard is it for the manager to hop on a computer screen to take an order and take my money? And if you do get your food, it always turns out lukewarm too cold. The service was ok. Got the food home and could not not eat it. Rubbery under cooked chicken. This is the reason I have not been to KFC in several years. Nothing has changed. The biscuits are flat, I did not try the biscuits. Mashed potatoes and gravy are a just a little thicker than water. They serve Pepsi, horrible tea and root beer. Yuck ! This location may be surrounded by crazy methheads and wreaking homeless potheads but oh my goodness! They keep the fried chicken coming! The service is friendly and fast, always with a smile. As soon as they have a break in orders, you see staff hit the tables and clean or get to the drink station and wipe everything down. They mean business. The drive through was car after car and they STILL had the dine in orders one after another. Pick up orders were getting picked up one after another while we were there. They are on it! This place can't seem to ever do anything right. I ordered the Nashville hot chicken tenders. When I got home I got Normal chicken tenders. No big deal I can just go back and switch them out. They then decided to feed us a bs lie about how they can't do the Nashville chicken seasoning unless it's in a Mac and cheese bowl. The manager must not want to work or something cause all they did was give us a small cup of sauce that isn't even enough for the three tenders. Do better guys come on. read more

This KFC also houses a Taco Bell. I am not too keen on Taco Bell these days since I had it a lot on my lunch hour once a long time ago. I never get the KFC when I do go here. It seems with Taco Bell though that if they are in a hurry the tacos do not taste as good but if they are not it is a little better. It is fast food after all and leaves little room for improvement. Ordered a few chicken littles with a 2 piece combo that came to around $15. The first thing i see when opening the back is an open wrapped sandwich that looks like it was placed in foil and throw in. I could even see where someone grabbed it with their thumb and threw it in. All of the chicken littles also completely lacked sauce. Without sauce its just a chicken tender and bread. On the 2 piece meal even though we asked for white meat they gave us one piece of white and one piece of dark. We were quite disappointed and probably won't be back. read more

Went to KFC on Magnolia on 07/21/2019. Place was pretty dirty. Employees were too busy chatting with one another. The cashier was barely listening to our order because she was busy listening to her co-workers. Garbage can was full and they half-heartily emptied it and did not even clean the area afterwards and don't think they washed hands. Lots of employees smoking and vaping right outside the door. Both my husband and I were having stomach aches a few hours after and generally not feeling well. Won't be back anytime soon even though we live right across I-25 on the east side. KFC/TacoBell is convenient but after that experience...I don't think so. read more

Worst experience ever at KFC/Taco Bell store was filthy every table dirty begged to clean one myself, the staff said someone would be out to clean the tables 10 mins past and still nothing, then we were called to the counter they had ran out of biscuits and asked us if we wanted to swap out our sides or wait give minutes, I told the counter person it was for to wait cause the tables still haven't been cleaned, finally a person came from the back to clean the tables and instead decided to take out trash despite how many people were waiting, I told the counter person id change my sides and get it to go, then after all of that they still made my order wrong, as a topper they didn't provide a receipt to me or for a fact my friend either, I had to google their number just to call and complain I'm allergic to sour creme and ordered a burrito with no sour creme and still they put sour creme on my burrito, mgr offered to refund I told him I'd rather never step foot into that restaurant ever again not even to refund me I told him I was letting the health board know and ended the call read more

I waited 30 minutes for them to get the order wrong and then had to drive all the way back across town to argue with the counter person. Didn't have 1/2 the sides ready, asked if they could substitute cookies for biscuits, was told we would have to wait 20 additional minutes for a mix of regular and extra crispy yet the drive-thru got theirs.
