I've been coming to this location for the past two years and, partially because I love their flavors, wings, fries and ranch I've been loyal, but it's been getting worse with each new visit. It takes them about 45-50 minutes to complete just one order and I'm pretty sure they don't complete them in the order received. I still love their food, but their service is hellaciously slow. This is the best Wingstop I've ever been to. I ordered 50 wings 10 minutes before close which was sooo bogus of me, I didn't realize the hours, my order arrived perfectly, driver was sooo nice! Fries perfectly crispy. Wings good. They included extra sauce, AND ketchup packets even though I didn't even ask for ketchup. The wings and fries were too delicious; I've been to other Wingstops and these were best. I'm not coming back until every worker at this location gets a fat raise because they seriously deserve it, they're cooking yummy food, making customers happy, they are putting in more work for this company than anyone else! Wings were fine. About as good as you would think a FAST food wing destination would be. Unfortunately, not good enough for a 30 minute wait. We sat watching employees chatter over nonstop pop radio while the only person who probably knew how to make a wing disappeared into the bathroom. 15 minutes into the wait I considered walking back there myself to do the three step process of frying saucing and boxing my wings. Wow there are so many great things to say about this place! - Excellent and friendly service from the second I walked in the door to when I walked out. Always super accommodating to guests! - I ordered a large combo deal which is very reasonable considering the generous amount you get for the price, and the fact that I ordered bone-in wings (which to me is worth a little extra!) - The food came out in a very timely fashion. Wings were perfect- crispy with the meat done throughout, and generously coated with the sauce I asked for, indicating to me a properly done order of wings. - Restaurant itself is well organized with good seating. We ordered a few different flavors of boneless wings that were bland, cold, and tasted alike they sat around for awhile (even though we were right there to pick them up since they were running behind). We added them to our air fryer to see if that would crisp them up, but that didn't help either. Service was mediocre, but they were super busy. Their wings are pretty good I guess, the buffalo wings are a bit soggy, they don't put enough garlic parmesian sauce on their wings. I also got garlic parmesian fries and they tasted absolutely bland and really ruined the experience and i got take out so i didn't feel like going back.
