When those parked cars want to leave, everyone has to maneuver like a slide puzzle, so they can attempt to leave. I never saw anyone get out, but I believe they need to join the drive thru line temporarily, then slowly inch out until they finally reach the exit (which isn't clearly marked) at the far back of the lot. What an absolute cluster! Do not enter this area if you are claustrophobic, a bad driver or don't have 30-40 minutes to waste! Other popular restaurants like In 'N Out and Chick- Fil-A have the parking lot/drive-thru/demand/service figured out... Ok, all that for what? Yes, very good chicken and sauce (both definitely better than Chick Fil A), but just average for fries, coleslaw, and Texas toast. Seriously, those items could be purchased at your local supermarket and taste pretty much the same! I wouldn't be surprised if the fries were just those frozen Ore-ida bagged variety!

This quickly became one of our favorite local spots. We were ordering here at least twice a week... dining in, takeout, delivery. I brought friends and family, recommended it often, and even posted a video about it that got around 5,000 local views. That's how much we liked it. But when Garlicky Chicken Shawarma was removed, it honestly changed the experience for us. We've tried the other chicken options, and while the flavor is still good, the texture has been fatty and gristly. It just hasn't hit the same way. We still think CAVA is great overall, but we've definitely reduced how often we come in since that change. If they ever bring back the Garlicky Chicken Shawarma, this would easily go back to being a 5-star staple for us.
