My family orders here 1-2 times a year and it is apparent this location operates understaffed or order execution needs a better process. The food is good, flavorful, and accurate with what is ordered. The staff is always super friendly and speedy with greeting at the counter. I used the app in order to set a specific time for an order pickup. I arrived 1 minute early to that set time since the app said the order was ready. It was not. I was advised the order was ready but 3 biscuits were cooking to compete the order. I liked that I was given the option that I could wait 10 minutes for the complete order or take a dessert instead. I chose to wait. 25 minutes later the 3 biscuits were ready. Unfortunately upon opening the boxes/bagged order, we realized the food was never kept warm while I waited. Maybe they lost track of time or the warmers were not working, but we were disappointed in temperatures of the food. The interior dining room was clean and brightly lit. Seating is comfy and wasn't a bad wait. Customer service via the app was helpful and courteous when explaining this experience to them. read more

The food is terribly made and the staff is extremely rude I had to come back around the drive through 3 times for one order they kept getting wrong and when they handed me my drink it had soda and foam all over it and didn't even clean it up and when I asked for napkins they gave me a nasty attitude about it never going there again read more

Two stars as the employee was nice. I paid over $30 for one of their meal deals for my family and couldn't be more disappointed. The order was supposed to be 8 chicken fingers. We got 6. The 6 were rock hard and seemed like they were a day old. They didn't include the 4 biscuits at all. And the wait was ridiculous. I ordered online from the app. My app said the order would be ready at 6:13pm. We got to the restaurant at 6:20 and we were the only people there (barring I do not know who else has ordered online). The employee said there would be quite the wait for our order and to park our car. We were literally the only people there...which was odd for 6pm on a Sunday, but maybe this is the reason they didn't have a lot of traffic. It's fast food. We called KFC in Farmington NY on Friday to see if they would be able to make a last minute order for us for a reception that evening. I spoke to Sam (one of the employees) who was super helpful. Once again I have gotten a delicious meal from this KFC! I had quick service and my food was hot and fresh. I got the crispy breast meal which was juicy and delicious! I also got honey for my biscuit today. I got the pot pie for later. I enjoy the pot pie because it has a good crust and enough gravy to make it perfect for me! I ordered the chicken sandwich meal not really expecting much since I'm not a big fan of kfc but this was different. The food was hot, not greasy, well seasoned just plain ole delicious. My husband had the 3 piece chicken meal and when I tell you can see the seasoning on every piece I kid you not. I can eat at this kfc anytime I happen to come through Farmington. Well done read more

My girlfriend and I had a rare craving for kfc. So we decided to go the the farmington kfc for the first time in YEARS..... it also felt like it took just as long to get through the drive-thru line. The receipt had the time of 8:42 on it.... we didn't receive our food till past 9. Was there multiple cars in line ahead of me ? NOPE 1 car. 20 minutes for a drive thru is unheard of for a very standard small order. To top it all off the girl taking the order is texting on her phone not helping the process go any quicker also not adding a "sorry for the wait" or any sort of apology. 6:10pm drive-thru. I'm about 5th car in line. Haven't moved in 10 mins. I see who seems to be the manager come out and made an announcement that we would have to come inside to place order since drive thru speaker isnt working . Guy in car up front said why didn't you come out 10 mins ago and tell everyone!!??... manager then stated he couldn't see the cars out here since things are not working but you can come inside. So I go inside along with others.. they have you sign a paper with your contact info in case anything is contracted. Everyone is using the same pen and there was NOT ONE CHANGE OF PEN OR A SANITATION wipe down of the pen or counter. Alot of angry customers and super shitty service. Unfortunately KFC is the only option around here for chicken. This place needs a change in management is the only thing I can think of . Terrible. read more

6:30 PM. Seemingly every time I go through the drive thru and happen to get the same evening manager, my order gets messed up (missing items etc). Each time I go inside, and the manager treats the guest with an unwelcome presence and acts like it is the customer's fault he consistently messes up orders. This KFC is on the verge of GOING out of business. Weeks ago fryers were broken. Now its hit or miss if the dinning room is closed or open. Biscuit are are always out of stock along with butter or honey. Limited choice of chicken if the have any ? Today 10/16/22 at 5:35 not a peice of chicken in the whole restaurant. The group that owns the local chain should just throw in the towel. All the local KFC are a train wreck...Canandaigua, Farmington, Macadon and Shortsville. On a positive note Arby's is comming in Farmington across the street from KFC. Maybe Arby's can use their parking lot for over flow ? God knows they won't need it. read more

Went here for the first time today. I had an hour before I had to leave there to get to work. I tried to go in, as the sign on the door said I was well within open lobby hours, but the door was locked. Weird. So I pulled into the drive through line, which was about 15 cars long. 50 minutes later I still had not moved five feet. 50. Minutes. Later. No exaggeration. I am VERY patient typically, hence why I waited so long, but it was getting ridiculous. I thought they must be closed, but rolling down the window I heard the cashier saying to the orderer that the line was backed up so the wait for meals would be about 40 minutes AFTER ORDERING. How in the HECK does a 'fast' food place get behind 40 MINUTES?? Even if only one person was working, that would be inexcusable. I will never ever waste my time here again. read more

As one that works with people with disabilities and love there job. We strive to give them a normal life taken them out in the community and taken them to places they love to eat. I took one of my folks there and was I was preparing there food as it should, I had a young worker come up to me and say "Why would you make food for that Retard"? They young lady went on to say some mean and degrading things about my resident but as a care giver I went on with what I was doing and just said, this person has feelings, this is a human. She walked away and laughed. What I wanted to say and what I said were two different things. These folks didn't ask for a disability and just want a normal life. Respect goes a long way read more

So last Sunday at 6 PM I drove the 15 minutes to this Kentucky fried chicken. You would think because it is in their name that they would have chicken on a Sunday night. But no.
