I used the app in order to set a specific time for an order pickup. I arrived 1 minute early to that set time since the app said the order was ready. It was not. I was advised the order was ready but 3 biscuits were cooking to compete the order. I liked that I was given the option that I could wait 10 minutes for the complete order or take a dessert instead.
