That being said, this Sonic actually delivers exceptional service. I say that as someone who, back when I lived in Enid, frequented the location this one replaced. I've ordered and picked up through the app, used curbside, and gone through the drive-thru -- and I've never once had a problem here. The food is always hot, fresh, and made with care. The staff, regardless of age, are consistently friendly -- whether it's at the speaker box, the window, or bringing the food to my car. Honestly, I wish all Sonic locations used this one as a model for what quality service looks like. I've been to some bad Sonic spots, and this is definitely not one of them.
