Jasmine is amazing . She is kind and professional! She provided exemplary care and service to us.Our food was hot and fresh. This has to be the best experience we have ever had at a fast food restaurant. The only down fall is Adam.He wasn't very friendly or personal. Having family members that work in the food industry, I feel that it is important to make a connection with you clientele. The connection he made with us is not one I care to experience again. However we I'll be back for Jasmine!!!! Update: Katherine,Thank you for reaching out . Adam thank you for reaching out as well . I appreciate and excited for our next meeting. read more

Went there last night with my husband.. the cashier taking my order apologized because there was a young woman with short black hair in the back screaming at people in the kitchen. Calling them names and telling them they are stupid. Cussing at them. It was very loud and extremely rude. Something should be done about this. read more

It must not be lettuce season. Other the wilted lettuce, and the two tiny slices of chicken it was a decent meal if not overpriced. read more

McAlister's Deli - Caesar salad - Salad Near Me - Enid, Oklahoma

I have never been so disappointed with my food before. On the club sandwich there was one slice of meat that didn't even go across the bread. My mom's sandwich was cold in the middle, the max and cheese had been sitting for a long time and old that they served (the manager admitted). But the WORST experience happened by getting stalked by a worker named Cassie. She would not stop staring at me and then LITERALLY yelled at me from the front of the restaurant. One of the other workers had to calm Cassie down because she legit tried to physically fight me. I would be worried about Cassie whenever you go there. Cassie is seriously scary and has major issues with aggression. I feel violated. And the only thing I could get the manager to do is refund my money and we walk away verbally abused with no food. Awful McAlisters, don't waste your time. read more

Really good place. Son described it as Panera but better. Great sandwiches. Nice ambience. Tree was fantastic and friendly.

I simply love the outstanding service from start to finish. Bella the cashier and waitress provided not only excellent service when three of my co-workers came in but took it a step further by serving our food and exemplified 100% customer satisfaction. I will like to thank her for a job well done and the entire Enid McAlister's Team for you're service to the service men and women and the Enid Community. read more

I love the Roast Beef with Au Jus, it's phenomenal! The food is always fresh, sometimes the Roast Beef is a little fatty but still delicious! Service is fast if you preorder and I recommend that plus getting rewarded by the rewards app! read more

I love McAlister's. And my favorite meal usually includes their BLT-A. Unfortunately the Enid store just cannot seem to get it right. Twice in the last few weeks, I've gotten this sandwich. Both times the bacon was just a clump plopped in the middle of the bread (this is how it comes about 90% of the time at this store) and the greens and tomato slices are everywhere. This is annoying, but I'm used to it and just take it apart and reconstruct it. I'm also somewhat accustomed to getting only 2-4 very thin slivers of avocado, usually all on one half of the sandwich. However, this time was an extra special trip in that, as you can see from the photos, the avocado looked especially appealing. What possibly made it worse (yes, this was possible) was that for the first time ever, the service I received was much less than stellar. I caught the attention of a young lady in a management shirt and showed her my sandwich. Her response was "Oh." That was it. I maintained meaningful eye contact until she finally said "I guess you'd like some better avocado?" To which I responded, "That would be lovely." Her response? To go back to the kitchen and return with the replacement avocado in a bowl. No friendliness. No apologies. No offer to replace the sandwich. (Which wasn't necessary, but would have been nice.) She just set the bowl down with the not as bad avocado and walked away. McAlister's can usually be counted on for excellent service. Just not this time. Fortunately another young lady walked by a few minutes later, asked if I needed anything and apologized for the two servings of avocado she could see. The second time, last night, I ordered the BLT-A without the A. At least I only had to deal with the clump of bacon and messy construction. Service was as good as I've come to expect. Oh, and I did get a second opportunity to observe the same young lady from my previous stop while I was in the store. For the twenty minutes or so I was eating my sandwich and broccoli-cheddar soup (another fave), I got to watch her stand flirting with a male customer for fifteen of those 20 minutes. I'm hoping she got a date out of it. read more

For the love of God McAlister's please stop toasting sandwiches with lettuce on them. That is just weird. For the same quality you could make a sandwich and salad at home. read more

Before McAlisters came to Enid, I had never even heard of it. For a long time after it set up shop here, I didn't try it because I'm not really a sandwich person. Eventually, I had heard enough positive feedback and decided to give it a shot and I'm really glad I did. The store is always clean, the service is always great and your food is served quickly and correctly. I LOVE the sandwiches. The Garden Fresh Turkey is my fave! The spuds are great as well. Since coming the first time, I've been back several times and my employer orders many staff lunches from there as well. It's always yummy read more

One of the worst experiences we have had at a McAlister's. My tortilla soup had nothing in it but broth. No tortillas and only one very small piece of chicken. The half grill chicken sandwich was flat as a pancake, a total fail for lunch. Would not recommend this place. read more

Was very disappointed tonight it being the first time back in several months they don't have the big nasty or mashed potatoes however they still had the French dip which I'd had in the past so I ordered it to find out you only get 3/4 of the sandwich you used to for the same price as the full one. I love the freshness off the food. It's nice to have a deli type place in enid. Service is great always friendly. Menu is very large. They could maybe cut it in half and maybe rotate it. But lots of yummy stuff to choose from. The sweet tea is hands down best in enid. If you like healthy food or want a change in pace. This my go to. read more

Great atmosphere and great food! I've always had timely services when I come and the dinning area is always clean!

This was my first time at McAlister's, but it won't be my last. The moment we walked in, we were greeted with a smile. The restaurant was clean and seating is arranged in a way that accommodates small or larger parties. The menu has a variety of salads, sandwiches, and soups. I chose a pick 2 with a McAlister Club and a Savannah Chopped Salad. The portion size was larger than expected. The sandwich wasn't anything special, but I enjoyed the salad. Others in my party also chose a pick 2. They thoroughly enjoyed a French Dip, Caesar Salad, Broccoli Cheese Soup, and a Club Sandwich. I was VERY impressed with the service we received. We were checked on by several employees, our drinks were filled before we asked, and we had the privilege of meeting Adam, the manager of the restaurant. We were impressed. Next time I'll be trying another pick 2 and explore more of the menu. Thanks for a great lunch McAlister's! read more

Great management and staff, incredibly military friendly. Hell, it's an asset to Enid. Food is always on time and prepared well. Little more expensive than something liMcDonalds but you're paying for the quality. Even then, it's totally reasonable. Good meal to lift your spirits during the work week. read more

McAlister's Deli - Salad Near Me - Enid, Oklahoma

We really wanted to have a light dinner at a locally run place and had already eaten lunch at Napolini's Italian Restaurant in Enid. We started looking for the Wooden Nickel BBQ place, but it was closed (apparently for good?), then drove around Enid looking for a local place... maybe we missed the triple D sort of place we were searching for... we ended up at McAlisters Deli which had a few cars in front and didn't initially look like a chain (well, turns out it is a fairly large chain, but I'll review it anyway). Overall the food was good and very reasonably priced with friendly service. I had the New Yorker which consisted of a fairly generous, but not massive, pile of pastrami and corned beef on average tasting marbled rye. Unlike any other true deli it came with just a small quarter dill pickle and small, but acceptable, potato salad. The sandwich was pretty good and just the size I wanted for a light dinner. wife had the stuffed baked potato (which was actually two baked potatoes) - filling, but nothing special. The beverage sizes are huge (as are most we found in Oklahoma). Order one of the teas - green, sweet, etc... very good and no need for a refill as they are something like 32 ounces. Sort of torn between 2 or 3 stars... not a true deli, but not bad for a meal and the service was friendly, so 3 it will be... read more

I love this place. The food is always delicious and fresh!! A little pricey but so much better than a lot of other places.

Usually it has always been a wonderful experience here. I am seriously disappointed in the food we received tonight. Everyone's order was wrong. The food was almost inedible due to not cutting things correctly or the toppings being congealed together. It was a waste of our money since not one really are. read more

McAlister's in Enid is an amazing place. I am a pharmaceutical rep and utilize a lot of different catering restaurants. Adam and his crew at the Enid McAlister's are far and away the best caterer in town and one of the tops in my territory. I can call mid-morning and Adam takes care of my deliveries needs and my customers are always happy. Generally speaking I don't give 5 stars but this time I am giving Adam and McAlister's in Enid 5 stars. read more

We love going to McAlisters and especially using their drive thru. Their kids menu is extremely affordable and even if the line is long it always goes by quickly. We have two young children so it's hard for us to get out to eat but McAlisters is always a good place because it's fast and has healthier options than your typical fast food place. Glad we finally have one here! read more

very friendly staff... They forgot a couple things on our order but were more than happy to make it right! Very clean, nice atmosphere...

McAllisters has been open in Enid for over a year now. Honestly I expected that the quality of food and service would drop. Portion sizes are good, food is fresh, and service is prompt. The restaurant (including bathrooms)is clean. I wish they had a baby changing table in the bathroom. Maybe a small table if not a flip down? read more
