This is the worst KFC/Taco Bell I've ever been to in my entire life. From the moment we stepped into the bathroom and smelled like someone stepped on a dead cat mixed with a propane leak. When we got to the counter, there was a whole posse staff thought it was appropriate to be dressed in half uniform and half pajamas -- all of it was dirty to match. The food took forever to come out, and when it did, they abandoned us with no silverware, but scolded us when we stepped over the kitchen floor line to ask for some. I went there with a couple of people to get KFC for them and a Taco Bell Veggie Bowl for me. The cashier was totally clueless and had no idea what he was doing. He took our order and when I saw the receipt he totally screwed up the veggie bowl. I showed him the receipt and told him he messed up my order, he kind of shrugged his shoulders and took the next customer and never even attempted to fix it. This KFC is an absolute disgrace to the franchise. Every single time, for the last three visits, I have tried to order, they have been "out of chicken". What KFC runs out of chicken?! Tonight we decided to give them another shot. We waited in line for about 15 minutes, and started to see vehicles leave. When we got up to the order thing, the woman came on and speaker and said "sorry we are closed." We explained that we had been waiting since around 7:45 and the woman just repeated, "sorry we are closed, we ran out of food." How can the owner of this location seriously keep staff like this? I am embarrassed for the owner. There either needs to be some serious retraining of their entire staff, or a complete replacement of staff. read more

I have had multiple occasions where I've waited 30+ minutes in the drive thru line to get a messed up order. The other the day, the most recent (and last ) time we sat in line for 45 minutes, payed $26 for the chicken tender meal and only got the tenders no large sides, biscuits or sauce that were included in the $26 price. I called three times immediately after and no one picked up and I was not going to get back into that line and wait another hour. We asked multiple times if this was it when they handed us the bags and he said yes. We felt rushed to get out of the line which is the only reason we checked two seconds after pulling forward instead of at the window. There was other things in the order so we couldn't tell just from looking at it. Completely disappointed with the service after giving them multiple chances to get it right. :( read more

Decided to stop by to grab dinner on my way home and I ordered a 12 piece chicken meal, a 10 Pc. Hot wings & a side of biscuits in which paid over $40 for... After arriving home with my meal, I noticed they did not put any of the sides in the bag...it was my mistake for not checking my bag before I left but it was also their mistake for not giving me my complete order in the 1st place... it wasn't the 1st time they had forgotten to give me something I've ordered. After making the 30 min trip (the drive back & forth) to grab the sides. After waiting 10 minutes on the drive through the workers were all confused on what I was missing... So the lady which attended me & took my order in the 1st place remembered that she did not give me my sides and went ahead to take care of me again.. After giving me my 3 sides, & politely asking her if she can give me an order of hot wings on the house for inconvinience she then gave me a box.. I took my sides & sm box & drove 15 minutes back home to open the box to see only 3 pcs. of hot wings which was a Joke.... to find that the box of 12 PC. I visited this location on 8/8. I was handed my order through the drive through. They gave me the wrong order. I looked in the bag. The manger (Black chick (she wasn't a lady), smaller frame, brown skin, braids, accent, and ghetto) screamed, don't open the bag. That's for the car behind you. I was very concerned by this request and stated, "With COVID, I hope you're going to throw this food out and not hand it to the person behind me". The manager was pissed, I made this request and clearly mumbled "Bitch" . As a manager, why do I need to inform you to throw the food out? This is unsanitary. KFC needs to provide customer service training, and food handling training. This location is just ghetto. The employees follow the poor leadership of the ghetto manager. read more

I don't get it with this place. I wish I could give this review negative stars. They consistently run out of food, regardless of the time of day or day of the week, the staff is more concerned with screwing around while they're behind the counter and the location manager is outside on her cell phone more than inside managing the place. They dumped a lot of money to upgrade the building and most times the garbage is overflowing, there's trash on the floor and the tables are dirty. Good thing I never eat in there. But moving forward I'll never go there again because they can't seem to get their act together and I know if I was in the corporate office and I read bad review after bad review I'd be paying them a visit to find some answers. Could it be that the lack of urgency with their employees bubbles all up to the top? It is fast food after all and fast equates to urgency to not only get the job done but to get it done efficiently and correctly. At the same time I do understand that it's only fast food and they're not finding the cure for cancer in any of these restaurants. That being said, I have been to Popeyes an McDonald's in the area where the employees are not only quick and attentive but they actually have food on hand to fulfill their customer's orders. And other chains also seem to be able to get their customer's orders correct. Not so at this KFC/Taco Bell location. They must waste so much food there making the same orders for the same customers because they keep getting them wrong. I realize that in the grand scheme of things that the 70 or 80 bucks I used to drop there wont make any difference to the corporation as a whole but this location just plain sucks. But know this, when things went south the last time I was there on 3/22 I went to Popeyes down the street and they were able to accommodate my entire order. I never planned on switching my alliance from KFC to Popeyes but rest assured, I'm now a Popeyes guy. read more
