So after bumming around with my boyfriend all day, we come across a commercial for a new KFC sandwich with two pieces of chicken instead of a bun. We weren't really interested in that but I was craving some grilled hot wings. BF had never had their grilled chicken which I actually think is REALLY good. So we drove over to this one to go get food for ourselves and for his family. Watching food stuff while bumming around is hunger-inducing! I was really disappointed to find out that they no longer had the grilled hot wings; those were my favorites! What's with this location? I keep hoping it will get better in the 2 months between visits, but in the end I am left disappointed. EVERY TIME. I get that it's not in a high traffic area, but have some dignity. Issue #1: Gave me crap for adding one item to my order at the window. Seeing as how I was the only car in the drive thru I didn't see it as an issue. Apparently they did. Issue #2: The drive thru employee handed me my bag of food and walked away before I had the chance to ask for condiments, God forbid they offer you any. Because everyone loves dry potato wedges and chicken. YUM. Issue #3: My food was ice cold. The mayonnaise in my sandwich was literally warmer than the chicken I was given. A few nights ago when placing an order I learned some of their items are not available after certain times! This was new to me and I had me a little hissy fit! I was craving this item, it was late and cold, and I had taken the time and effort to get in my car to drive all aross town for nothing? HOW DARE YOU KFC! Poor Gabriel. He was the KFC employee that got stuck with the looney old lady. During my fit, I was noticing his calm, cool, friendly demeanor. (I know fake, and this was real.) It absolutely disarmed, and surprised me. So I'm going off about how would he like it if he drove to McDonalds five minutes before closing and they said they were out of BIG MACS? Its the same darn thing? KFC is supposed to be one of the big guys. This means ALL items on the menu should be available until actual closing! WHAT? Am I supposed to GUESS if i can get what I want when I go to KFC? An I supposed to know their shut off times for what I like? Because I DONT know them. It really is just too stupid for me. So back to Gabriel. If he is not a manager, or supervisor, he should be! During our exchange he fully disarmed me. He completely agreed, fully listened and engaged me, was so friendly and calming, said he would discuss it with his manager, and offered me a coke! But it was his overall demeanor that got me. I could not rattle this guy. I just want KFC to know I left this place with a smile. Gabriel is quite the asset. He represented your company in the most mature, and sophisticated, manner possible, given an irate customer was directly in his face. So I had no choice but to back down, and even learned myself a few lessons from Gabriel. He is young, and I'm pretty certain he is going to be successful. Grabbed lunch here, I got the 3 piece grilled chicken meal. It was ok problem is they didn't really prepare the spices correctly and you could tell the difference. Also it seemed as if this location isn't too adept at grilling it like the other places Ive been to. The coleslaw was some of the best made to perfection and they didn't disappoint with the biscuit. Overall not a bad experience will be back. Also kudos to the drive through employees they were fast and efficent in spite of dealing with a lunch rush. Well done read more

I went to the KFC at 542 N. Diamond Bar Blvd. Ca. I ordered the 10 piece leg and thigh extra crispy bucket with a side of wedge potatoes. The chicken was the absolute worst we have ever had. The chicken was so dry, had old spots in the breading, way to much breading, rock hard skiing due to this not being fresh, disgusting taste and we had to throw it all away. The Wedge Cur fry's were cooked in very old oil and had the same disgusting taste! How can this be served as fresh as advertised. This was worse then store bough fried chicken a day old. read more

Every time I come into this restaurant to use the restroom their is always no paper towels to dry your hands. The restrooms are EXTREMELY unsanitary their is always feces stuck inside of the toilets and on the toilet seats. No refreshing smell in the restrooms I've complained many times about this problem to the manager and still disgusting. Cooperate/franchise needs to be involved. I used to use this KFC all the time, but the last two times all of us at home did not feel well after eating the chicken, and the chicken had an old-oil kind of smell. Bought the boneless combo as takeout while driving bit into chicken and found it was not cooked all the way Called and talked to supposedly the manager and when I told her she said hold on I listened to her yelling to someone about my order. Came back and said that she tested the temp with a thermometer and it was cooked all the way. My chicken would have said different not once did she say could you bring it back so I can see or even try to make it right it is clear she didn't want to hear it My next step is to call KFC corporate and let them know as well as the owner. Just not good. I don't know if it's all KFC's, but the chicken is bland and dry. Each time I end up trying it, since it's right next to my work place, I end up in regret. Slow service in drive through. Ordered the hot wings, and received dried out wings that had been cooked for quite awhile. I was not offered or given any sauce, and didn't look until I stopped to eat.
