Food was horrible. Chicken was extremely salty and the mashed potatoes were salty too. The biscuit looked burnt. The only thing I enjoyed was my Dr Pepper. I will never come here again. Waste of money read more

I ordered the 8 piece special and they shorted me a chicken thigh. The chicken drumstick tasted so dry. Like it was yesterday's chicken reheated. I won't go back. Beware of specials. read more

Omg!! We love kfc, but we will never come to this kfc again even though Wer blocks away. This was the nastiest food. Shame on the manager for allowing this food to be served to customers. $30 fill up? Only thing that got filled up was my trash can. Look @ my pic posted. Only thing worth eating was mash potatoes. read more

KFC - Nasty old dried up chxn & stale old biscuits we had to throw away. These must of been sitting under heat lamp from this morning. - Fast Food Near Me - Diamond Bar, California

I've been to this location many many times before. When I order,I call ahead so they could prepare. ( I usually order 60 wings at a time). Try to call but they didn't answer. So my daughter ordered online $60 worth wings, 4 legs and couple of the sides. while she was doing that, I guess she mistakenly clicked the optional Nashville sauce thought it's on the side. But when she got there to pick it up she realized that sauce wasn't on the side it was poured over the wings. My daughter explained and said sorry that if she can get the regular wings instead. My daughter told me that the lady at the counter was nice and trying to help. But the manager at the store was nasty and rude. When she got home we try to eat but it tasted so bad we couldn't finish eating. And that's not all. One of the boxes had chicken tenders in it. I guess they ran out of wings or something. Probably won't go back read more

I received great customer service today from Sandra at the drive thru. We made an order on Uber eats , and waited over more than an hour due to the inconvenience of Uber . So, we decided to drive to kfc instead and informed Sandra about the situation . We ended up canceling the order through Uber eats since we were already at the restaurant and Sandra was very thoughtful and gave us two extra sides even tho this was not their fault . Thank you Sandra. We appreciate you for your help. She showed great energy. (: read more

I don't know why a lot of people put negative comments on this location. When I went I seen all the employees working hard and trying to be as fast as they can to take all the orders out. Overall my experience was awesome. No complaints!!!! The Manager Khalid was very friendly and kind. Thank you read more

We visited this place on Friday, February 4 around 3:35 PM. I just don't know what to say, the level and quality of customer service nowadays has just dropped 10 stories below acceptable. The main reason for the complaint here is the fact that we find this yellow tag randomly mixed in with our number one combo of chicken. Yes, I will definitely post a picture here so you can see. Can you please be more careful with your quality of service? Imagine all the things you all do that I can't see....the fact that this random tag is just placed in my number one combo out of nowhere is indicative of all the other mistakes you all must be making. Fix it! read more

Ordered doordash from here and spent $30 they didn't add the the side of fries to my boyfriends tender box, I ordered a drum and thigh box and they only gave me two small drums with hardly any meat on it very dry and didn't fill me at all. Spent $25 bucks today on chicken that was substandard, dried out, and nasty. I love KFC chicken, but today the chicken was horrible and I got the wrong pieces. I wonder if they ever sample their own product. I bought my chicken around 4:30 pm, it was nowhere near closing time. I won't be returning to this location. read more

12pcs chicken bucket costed me $42 delivered. The skins and ends of wings & legs have the stench of raw chicken meat which stuck in my nose and back of my throat for an hour after eating a piece of wing & leg, it's extremely disgusting. I tossed the rest in trash. It's a clear indication that the meat is not fresh at all, makes you wonder about their storage and cooking processes and if all food safety measures are actually enforced. This is the 3rd time this has happened. It seems like these American joints no longer care about the qualities of their food & services. It's mind-boggling that they can still remain in business. If I get sick within the next few days I'm going to sue them. read more

No stars. Service is poor even when there is nobody there. Save your money and go to Del Taco next door. Ex-chola taking orders needed the one combo order repeated 3 times. AND she was sarcastic about it. If you don't want to work there, learn a trade and some manners. read more

Honestly nobody should ever eat at KFC. Make yourself a bowl of grass before eating at this place and I promise you'll feel better. I had the famous five dollar fill up and every bite of it was filled with diabetes. Seriously, do yourself and all those people who love you a favor and pick a healthy place to eat. I regret not doing it. Spend 10 bucks at Walmart for 5 pounds of clean chicken breast. The only reason to go to KFC is the diabetes. So there you go. I would give no stars if possible. Placed an order today for my company lunch, about $80 worth of food. When I picked it up the girl working was SO RUDE. She gave me an attitude and when I asked for a few sauces for my food she said it would be extra! After we already spent $80 dollars. I only wanted three honey mustards. The food wasn't even good. My son and I have been patronizing this KFC for about eight (8) years now but last night was a very, very disappointing experience!!! Typically we're happy with the service we're given... with minor "speed bumps" from time to time with not getting condiments, straws, or whatever... but last night, I purchased a 16 pc. Family Meal (extra crispy, legs and thighs only) and I get to the drive through window and after paying I'm immediately told to pull forward just a car length or two with no reason why! I'm not asked if I want any condiments (which we weren't given) and when I finally get my food, I asked the employee if I had to pull forward because they're having issues with their drive-thru times and she said "yes"!!! That is a "HUGE" pet peeve for me!!! Manage your restaurant better so you don't inconvenience your customers!!! The worst part of going to KFC last night was I spent more than $50.00 for a 16 pc. Family Meal expecting 8 legs and 8 thighs and when I got home, I found out KFC gave me 11 legs and 5 thighs!!! How do you KFC, justify short-changing your customers like that?!?! I paid the price your demanded, so I demand to get the product I ordered!!! If this is the kind of service I can expect from this KFC, my son and I will not be returning anytime soon!!! There is no excuse for short-changing customers!!! read more

They can't get your order right!! Last time they forgot to give me gravy with mashed potato. This time I ordered 12 pc meal and asked dark meat only but gave me 4 dried ass chicken breasts. If I can give zero stars, I definitely would. Whatever you guys do, do not order through Uber eats or door dash or GrubHub or anything! First of all, online it says that my order is being prepared and it's almost ready and then the Uber driver tells me it's not ready and they're not even making it I called the restaurant the lady finally answers to tell me the order is pending in their system and they can't make it what a waste of time and money and I swear they better refund me . what a waste of time if you can order from any other spot go ahead and do it do not order from this location at all read more

I decided to try this KFC location because we weren't a fan of the other location in the Burger King shopping center in Diamond Bar. This location is further than the other one but what the heck. The building looks nicer than the other and when we went inside, we were disappointed that the A/C wasn't working. It was a hot day and we were hoping the A/C would cool us off. Anyways, we had a BOGO free coupon for their 2 piece boneless chicken so it cost me $5.44 for both meals which is a plus. The cashier let us know that they were cooking it fresh and that it would be out in five minutes. Once we got the food, it was extremely hot and took awhile before we could eat it. We both love our food piping hot and were extremely satisfied from the heat of the food. One of the workers checked on us to make sure we were satisfied with the food which we were. I was surprised by it because at fast food locations that I've been to, they never come out to check which is another plus. If we ever crave KFC again, this is the place I'll be going to. Hopefully, the A/C will be fixed by then. read more

Very upset with my order I ordered the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and when I received it there was literally no hot sauce on it, whoever made it was a lazy ass!!! Wish I can give it a 0 star. Overpriced items, got an 8 piece cost us 20 dollars. And out of the 8 pieces, 2 pieces were absurdly small. No shortage of money, but the act of lying, overcharging and baiting is not acceptable. I'm never coming here again and so shouldn't you. read more

I don't expect much from KFC. On average, I know what I'm getting. But KFC does have a standard for service, and this one failed it epically. I went thru the drive-thru and ordered an 8pc meal with sides. I am heading north, so I planned to pull off and eat along the way. I happened to pull into the 7 Eleven next door to check my meal. The quality of the food, its temperature, even its packing was horrible. To make matters worse, no napkins, no forks. So I walk inside (btw, I went thru the drive-thru to avoid this) and I asked for napkins and forks. The counter person recognized me from the 5min earlier. Half jokingly, I asked if they typically gave napkins and forks for meals. She said "no, only when people ask." I was so in shock my her answer, I didn't realize she gave me 5 forks and about an inch worth of napkins. Way to go franchise owner. You're training them well. I expect this store won't be around long, but I won't stop here again to find out. read more

Seriously debating between a 2 star or 3 star but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. The skin is no long crispy like I imagined it to be from long ago; in fact, it was just hard. The spice was still on point though, I'll give them that. The chicken meat was also not tender at all. So in these trying times I understand they're short-staffed but it's the overall quality of the chicken that's not up to KFC standards. Watch out, there are tons of other fried chicken places that have good chicken too. read more

I haven't had KFC for awhile.. and this one happens to be close to where I was at the moment... so I decided to give them a try... typical KFC food... I went around dinnertime and there was only about two tables full of people in the whole entire restaurant. I decided to get my order to go. In and out of there within 5 minutes. Prompt service. Accepted coupons. Plenty of parking. Accepts credit cards. A thing that I noticed that was different from past time I've been to KFC and ordered to go was that they now used reusable containers for the sides. Trying to 'green' at times, I find that pretty cool compared to the Styrofoam bowls that they used to use. read more
