Ooohh Woowwww Wendy's! That was what I said when I tasted my first fry at the drive thru window. I'm like wait... what is this... how come I've never had Wendy's in my life up until this point? What brought me here was this job that popped up for a Chief Tasting Officer role at Wendy's. My fiance showed me this job post and I thought well if I want to do that I must do a taste test trial at Wendy's and give my opinions. So here I am. I can't speak much on the Ambiance because we decided to get drive thru. I asked the drive thru staff what would you get if you have never been to Wendy's? He said in his opinion, the baconator was the best thing on the menu. So here's what we ordered: #2 the baconator combo w fries and diet Dr Pepper #6 the spicy chicken combo w fries and a sprite We went home, cut both burgers in half and shared it half half. (Cuz that's what lovers do) We were both impressed. The distribution of the internal meats were aligning well with the brioche buns. Not just like stacked all sloppy. It was intentionally stacked. A work of art. The flavor was on point! I don't like "too salty" foods and I didn't feel too thristy after this meal. The chicken was juicy and tasted peppery goodness and was wonderfully spicy, but not too spicy. I am glad I went and tried Wendy's. My fiance rated the baconator like an 8/10 but I asked him what could've made it better? He said, "well honestly for what it was I'd say that it was great I wasn't expecting a gourmand meal at Wendy's but it was up there for what it was." Presentation was pretty good too. Kinda what you would expect lol. We didn't expect to enjoy Wendy's this much - we try to not eat too much fast food. The sodas were pretty large. The soda was also fresh, it tasted so bubbly and I didn't get that dirty wet towel taste in my mouth like how some places be doing that to me. FANTASTIC!! stopped by here yesterday about twenty minutes after they opened the drive thru... i was nervous they'd be cranky but the team member who took my order was very friendly and patient with me. i hadn't ordered their breakfast in a while but i remember it being good. well... they knocked it out of the park. we ordered two combos, a honey butter chicken biscuit and a bacon egg and swiss croissant. wow oh my goodness. the croissant was sooo delicious. the croissant bread was fresh and flaky and had a great buttery flavor, complimented by the smokiness of the bacon, a fresh fried egg, and the mild nuttiness from the swiss cheese. it was a flavor masterpiece. the chicken honey butter biscuit was in a league of its own. the seasoned potatoes... perfect crunch and seasoning. french toast sticks, amazing crunch and flavor. not nearly as sweet as the burger king ones. the chocolate chunk cookie was soooo soft and gooey thanks to them warming it. honestly the food was much better than i remember it, and the staff were so sweet and kind, especially considering they had just opened. the food was all so fresh and delicious. they really pulled out all the stops yesterday. i would definitely recommend stopping in and trying their breakfast... it is SO good!!!! read more

Nice Wendy's off the 57 freeway. Walked in, ordered and got my food. The staff if courteous and gave me food within a couple minutes. This location is clean, and the area might not be the best, but they give good service. Cannot emphasize on how i love their chili especially with the chili sauce. As a former Wendy's employee, I believe my review comes with more weight and significance than some of the others. I worked at the store in Blacksburg, Virginia many years ago, so I know what goes into a great location. I can say the cleanliness of this location is above par. The food and customer service is also stellar. Fresh meals, prepared in a timely manner and smiles from all the staff. The reason I am leaving the review however is because of the iced-tea. I'm a Southerner so understand I'm very particular about this beverage as it's a part of my culture, along with the fact I rarely ever consume soda. I can say, without hesitation, this is THE BEST iced tea I have EVER had at ANY Wendy's location, and I've been a customer as far back as I can remember. Came here in a large group after a bowling event with my club. There was plenty of seating and I wasn't too hungry is it was great that there were small items I could get on the menu. I got the bacon and cheese fries, cinnamon roll, and dreamsicle. It definitely filled me up a lot. The fries were a bit hard but still hit the spot. I saw the sign of the cinnabon roll and it looked so good so I got it. It was so good. The dreamsicle was also really good. The food came out fast and the staff was nice. read more

ORDERED: + double Sausage -no egg- Swiss - Croissant + orange juice + (2) cookies (for later) The order was made wrong and it's still early in the morning. This is a very convenient Wendy's if you just need to pick something up and hop right back on the freeway. They had stalls designated for mobile order parking. You can place your order here before getting into the drive-thru lane. I ordered breakfast just ahead of the breakfast cutoff time. The mobile app warned me that my order needed to be placed by 10:25 am and picked up by 10:30 am. I went with their 2 item combo where I got a sausage biscuit and a medium hot coffee. Unfortunately, when I pulled up to the second window, the employee told me that I would have to wait for the coffee. He had me pull up to the door and wait. They must have already switched to lunch mode and was out of coffee as I waited for about 10 minutes before another employee brought out my food. Honestly, people need to be able to differentiate fast food versus a full service restaurant experience. You shouldn't expect top notch service even if you are a paying customer. I've never had any major problems at this location. Food Quality: The food is definitely not on the level of other fast food chains but it surely beats Carl's Jr., Burger King, and some McDonald locations. The food is a hit or miss sometimes it tastes relatively freshly made and sometimes it tastes like it has been sitting out. I used to only go to Wendy's for their spicy nuggets but their burgers are actually pretty good. Good sized meat patties and lettuce and tomatoes seem fresher than others. Spicy nuggets aren't really spicy to me. They're basically just more peppery. Service: personally have never run into huge problems and sometimes they can be nice but that's part of the experience Other: Wendy's social media game is next level, they're always roasting the competition. So the food is good but I just have to rant about the cleanliness and upkeep. These people make $20 per hour but they never seem to be able to keep the soda machine stocked. They are always out of almost every type of soda which is crazy when they have the one where you can customize your drink. They also never keep their cup caps filled and are always out. The floor is also super sticky all the time. I have also been on the bathroom and it's not the cleanest. I guess my main gripe is if I am going to pay the high menu prices, I want to be able to drink what I want instead of them being out of everything. read more

This location is right by the freeway so it's easy to get to. There is plenty of parking outside. The service was friendly and fast. The inside was kind of dirty with discarded food wrappers and cups let on some tables. The counter was even greasy and covered in fingerprints. There was ketchup and crumbs on all the available tables. I was here with my family so I asked for a paper towel to wipe our table down so my kids could sit down. The trash cans were full and the napkins weren't stocked. Shortly after I wiped our table down they came out to handle the other tables and the trash. I appreciate that they took care of it quickly when I pointed out the issue. The food was well made and reasonably priced. The bathrooms were dirty(both men's and women's) and my husband said there was a broken toilet in the men's room. read more

Horrible horrible horrible. I ordered two combos with a 4 piece chicken nugget kids meal. Just to get home and hear my little one say "mom they didn't give me any nuggets". I thought she was kidding, until I walked over and saw she really only had the apple bites, her toy, and one bbq sauce. I'm not sure what's more sad, seeing her face after not finding any nuggets or the fact an adult employee packed a customers food this way. To top it off, the spicy chicken patty was super thin.
