Ordered through the app on Tuesday 2 x 5 piece packs of original chicken collected at 11:30 am got home & found the first 3 pieces were freshly cooked & very juicy the remaining 7 pieces were old chicken that must have sat in the hot box for ages dry as a bone & thrown away. Rang the Deagon branch to complain & a young girl with a bad attitude advised that all the chicken was from the same tray no idea how she would have known that. Told her that was a ridiculous statement. She said she would send a voucher if I gave my email address but no voucher came which I had expected considering her attitude. I am no longer getting sucked into these supposed great online deals that appear to be a way for KFC to offload dry & old chicken rather than KFC throwing it in the bin I have to. read more

Half filled chips, chicken slightly undercooked poor organisation behind counter place is worth avoiding

Definitely one of the better KFCs in Brisbane. They seem to be able to adapt to meal changes pretty well (some places just give you a blank stare when you ask for specific chicken pieces in a meal) - extra salt is taken very seriously, which is awesome. read more

I have been a few times. First 3 times I ended up with Gastro the next day, but since complaining I haven't gotten sick. They take a long time to get your order especially when busy. Also their drive through line is ridiculously long, even when not a customer it is a pain as people block up the drive way. read more
