Worker said she'd bring us the food, AND gave us a discount because they didn't have what we wanted

Everything about this place sucks. The staff look dirty and aren't good at their job. The food is always awful especially the "famous chips" Some burgers and rolls aren't made daily and microwaved before they are given to customers. Don't bother wasting your money. Hopefully they knock it down and put something good there. It should only be a matter of time as they never have customers. read more

Always rude. Always get my meal wrong. Always greasy half-asleep 15 year olds scratching their stringy long non-hairnetted hair and mumbling, scuffing their feet. I've heard this is the store where they send the staff who can't cut it at the big stores. Not surprised. I drive to redcliffe instead if i want red rooster. Which isn't much better, mind. read more

It really does seem like this place is run by the children who couldn't cut it at the nearby KFC. They get perhaps 10% of the dinner rush but they're still slow to fill orders. Occasional incorrect orders, especially for drive through patrons. read more

Never had an issue. Food has always been fresh and they have never got our order wrong. Staff have been happy and friendly. We decided to dine in once and staff apologised that the table was messy (it had one crumb). read more
