You would think for a stand-alone Subway location (as in, not part of a strip mall or anything like that) would be much better but hell no. They have a decent-sized parking lot, but the service, cleanliness and the lack of carbonation in their drinks make me rate this very low. Whenever I hear the sandwich artist sigh so many times, that usually indicates they don't want me, their paying customer, around. Or they don't want to work. I went in and tried one of their new premium subs and I wasn't blown away at all. (I know this is the company's bad, not the employees). I almost mentioned the issue about the soda machine having no fizz or carbonation but they were busy and I didn't want to bother them. Overall, I'm not saying places like Quiznos and Jimmy Johns are any better...well, in some ways they are...but Subway really needs to get it together. I have watched a video recently about the rise and fall of the classic American brand, and it doesn't seem like they are keeping up with the times as they are recycling old ideas. But anyway, I don't recommend this location.

Having 5 years of experience in job coaching/career development, it's easy to spot her natural knack for leadership. She helps guide other staff members, but it's never condescending. She moves the orders efficiently, but does not do so it a confusing way. She always keeps busy in "down time" and even takes the extra time to speak to a customer, even if it's a complaint or concern. She is extremely knowledgeable about the products and services she provides. Even when it's hectic and you can tell the staff are tired, she keeps focused and maintains top level professionalism at the forefront. I always get great service and great food when I'm there! As someone who has worked in various industries behind the scenes, I feel confident this individual could run her own business one day. I even asked her if she had those plans! Subway is more than lucky to have this individual and I hope she finds a lot of success in her future. Hard workers like this, who do the right thing the right way, deserve the best!
