Ordered items through the app. Quality was poor overall and was missing several items. Came at 7:30 pm on a Monday. One crunchy taco was far from that and pitifully soggy, coming apart from sticking to the carton. Just mush. One combo was missing a beef taco supreme and was also missing an order of cinnamon twists. They didn't even bother to cut the steak quesadilla in sections in one of the combos. You could tell lack of effort and lack of care. They weren't even busy, just lazy effort. 47 dollars wasted for garbage. read more

i have been sitting in this damn damn chair for 30 minutes waiting for my Baja blast freeze my friend was trying to go to the bathroom and one of the workers unlocked the door and came in there was a used condom on the floor, and my friend threw up unbelievable experience never coming back. read more

I hate to let the cat out of the bag, but this is the best Taco bell in the metro east. The service is fast, and the get my order correct. Its fast food, so this review isn't going to be detailed, but its twice as fast as the nearest two taco bells, I have driven out of my way to go to this location, because I knew I would get my food sooner than if I went the one in the town I was in. Went through the drive-thru yesterday and ordered 4 soft tacos, the person taking drive-thru orders said they could not do any Taco Bell orders. I was going to back out and leave but a car was behind me so I ordered a chicken sandwich with a Mountain Dew only to be told they are out of Mountain Dew, Baja Blast and Dr. Pepper. Such a disappointment; not sure how they were unable to take Taco Bell orders. I will not be returning to this location for some time. read more

So I don't leave reviews often but I felt compelled after getting my dinner here tonight. This location has been on a steady decline. I don't know if it is someone who thinks they're funny or legitimately they are receiving packets like this but twice now I have gotten hot sauce packets with pin holes in them. That however isn't the part that I dislike. The quality of how the food is put together is hit or miss lately, and tonight is one of the many times I have received completely the wrong order. It's a shame because I like Taco Bell and this is my nearest one, but a lot of the fast food places in Troy, Il are kind of losing quality lately so I guess I'll just have to start going elsewhere. read more

Went through the drive thru about 10:15 tonight, asked for no "vegetables" on my daughters chalupa box meal and the guy said " do you want lettuce?" I said No, I don't want any vegetables on anything. Every item had lettuce and tomatoes. Asked for extra meat on my Nacho box order, he asked if I wanted extra meat on the other items, I said sure. I was charged an additional .80 cents on every item and none had extra meat. We ordered 3 boxes and when I asked for a bag I was told they come in boxes and didn't get a bag. It would have been nice as we're in a hotel room and would have made it easier to carry. Asked for mild taco sauce and got none. This was a really disappointing visit to Taco Bell after a long day of driving and just wanting a quick dinner and to go to sleep. read more

Ordered bean burritos and cheese roll-ups - They were pathetic. The cheese roll up was half empty so all you had was a white tortilla. It was the ridiculous. We had one from Edwardsville not that long before and it was filled with cheesy goodness. The burritos were another stark contrast. So tiny and nothing to them, where as Edwardsville's again was good sized and had lots of filling. Not worth even 1/2 the cost. Not going back. read more

Part of my order was a steak soft taco, which I got in the drive-thru. When I got home, I discovered two small pieces of steak in the middle. The rest was lettuce and cheese. Very upset, I went back to the store to complain to a manager. He called back to the food prep area for a replacement with "normal portions." So why was I not given a normal portion in the first place? Go here if you like being under-served. read more

Will not be going here until they fix their problems. I had ordered a Nacho Bell Grande a few weeeks and it looked like a 5 year old threw it together. Also my potato grillers wasn't a griller...it looked like a deformed cheese quesadilla with a few little pieces of potatoes. No napkins or silverware in the bag. I will be going to the one in Edwardsville from now on but it would be nice to have a decent Taco Bell right up the road from me instead of driving 20 minutes there and back to get food.
