My first visit to this KFC was a relatively standard fast-food experience, meeting my expectations. The experience was made better by the presence of a very friendly staff. I go inside so I can avoid confusion at the drive thru and able to say what I want without limitation from the app. Says on the menu "can toss nuggets, strips and sandwiches in sauce" I asked for my chicken strips to be tossed in l honey garlic to be I got told it couldn't be done so I asked for it on the side. This Kentucky fried chicken gets an F from me in that regard. My girlfriend was disappointed with how much gravy they put on her mashed potatoes, a small brown dot on top of a single serving. Stepping to the counter she's asked if she could get another spoonful please? "No! We can't give out extra gravy, you'll have to buy an extra side!" Disappointed, she returned to the table. Once again, I ordered 2 of the 8 piece buckets of chicken, i got one bucket and assumed all 16 pieces were in there since it was quite big, I drove home 25 minutes to find out i only got 8 pieces of chicken and had to drive all the way back to get the chicken i paid for. This store is run by children who are clearly trained by idiots both in customer service AND order accuracy. Once I got to the restaurant again i had asked for my chicken to be made fresh since it would be cold by the time I got home and they simply refused and offered me a FLOAT, even though it was their fuck-up that ruined my dinner. KFC, I haven't been to one of these places in ages but we were passing through so it seemed like a good place to stop for a quick bite. The restaurant was a bit messy when we arrived. We were the only guests in the restaurant at the time we arrived. The food was ok, the chicken strips were a bit over cooked for my liking. The Mac and cheese was about what you'd expect and the mash potatoes and gravy it the mark. I did regret my decision later that night. Something did not settle well. read more

After about 3 minutes he came back and said they only had enough for the 5 or 6 buckets that were already ordered in the store. Stopped for a takeout bucket of KFC's Original Recipe with several sides. The store was not very busy and I was greeted immediately upon entering. The guy at the counter was very friendly and after changing up a few sides, my order was placed. It's a small restaurant so when waiting, you're somewhat stuck in the area where folks are seated and it can get a bit croweded. I waited approximately 8 minutes while others placed their orders and then my name was called. They forgot nothing and my order was as placed. It was a long drive home, even longer when the car was filled with the Colonel's Original Recipe. Talk about distracted driving! But, I made it home safe and after diving into the bucket of goodness and sides, everything was prepared as requested. My experience here was positive with both staff and food. We just went for the A&W root beer & that's the Only thing we can consume. All the food was VERY SALTY... my tongue is dry writing this as I only ate 4 bites of a famous bowl. My dad got a chili dog and he could only eat a couple bites as well. He said the dog tasted like it's been sitting on a belt for hours and way too salty. The drive through was terrible it took about 15 minutes just to get to the window to pay. The food was okay but my potatoes were not fresh and the chicken was less than mediocre. The worst customer service I've ever seen. I had a chicken sandwich that was way to tough and rubbery to eat. I figure that this just can happen sometimes, and I'll just have them make me a new one (this is the only food I've ever tried to do this with). But the employee didn't care. We placed our order and waited, and waited, and waited, and ......finally got our order. But wait...where's the rest of our order? Five minutes later the girl shows back up with the rest of our order. Thank you. The door says they close at 10 pm, 7 days a week. So at 8:50 pm several European tourist walk in and try to order chicken. They don't have any cooked. The girl at the counter says they can't cook any that close to closing. She leaves the counter an says she's calling the manager for PERMISSION to cook more chicken. What? There are seven people at the counter wanting to order. They stood there for 10 minutes waiting for this girl to check with her Manager, snd then come back and take their orders. We left, bewildered at what we'd just observed. Where is the management of this place? You leave it to a bunch of young, inexperienced kids who by the sounds of it can't make decisions for running the place? These world wide chain restaurants have everything down to a science. I went to KFC to get a quick meal because my wife wanted some mashed potatoes and gravy. I went inside to order and could immediately see total chaos. One guy had that I don't know what I'm doing look and the guy who took my order was a close second. There was a girl who appeared to be their shift supervisor was basically berating them for being so stupid. I ordered a simple large potatoes and gravy and a drum sticks a a breast of chicken. Too easy right. WRONG! I waited more than 30 minutes while watching total chaos. Every single order was wrong and had to be fixed. There was a guy there with his wife that had been there with his wife for at least 15 minutes before me and they had no clue where their order was. Now on the other hand the drive up window side w working like a well oiled machine pumping out order after order on record fasion. I watched on facination as the indoor counter crew failed miserably on every order. It was like watching an old I love Lucy show where Lucy was at a candy assembly line and couldn't keep up. I would have been mad but it was too entertaining watching the condescending shift supervisor throw the two apparent newbys under the bus while the drive up staff worked as a well oiled machine. I was offered two drum sticks and a thigh instead of the drum sticks and breast as I had ordered. I decided that I had had enough comedy for the evening and wished all the other patrons good luck and left with an incorrect order just to flee the establishment sooner than later. Needless to say I will use the drive up if I ever think to patronize this establishment again. Got food to go. The service is really good and friendly. I asked for gravy for the 4 piece chicken that I ordered and they said they can give me some for dipping. I am used to being charged extra for this in California. As they were preparing my order they informed me that they ran out of original thighs so I got extra crispy instead. Worst customer service on the night shift. The girls working the drive thru screwed up our order and when we went back to fix it they gave us a substitute for the item rather than the item itself. Had the worst experience ever last night. Tierra was the drive thru cashier who "helped" me in a very empty drive thru. I usually stop in at least once a week if not more. I'm also a member of their "hoky" text message coupon club. Worst customer service experience by far, as a cab driver, angered my passenger who the food was for. My passenger was elderly and hankering for KFC, of which she lives in Fillmore Utah where there isn't one. It was about 9pm at night, went through the drive through to order her food before dropping her off in Fillmore. The girl Tierra was so incredibly rude, saying it was 20 minutes for any thigh, then she back peddled and said I have 2 grilled ones available. My passenger wanted a promo shake that I had a text coupon for, of which my passenger is elderly, on a fixed income and spent the previous 7 hours in the ER in St George from a Dr's office directive to take her there. She hadn't eaten all day. I got to the drive thru window and was greeted by an immature brat of a clerk who was all of 17, not having hard times in her life and acting like it was my problem I had a coupon that expired the next day. She said she was the manager tonight and didn't want me to speak to anyone else, making "her mark" for shoo in management material. My passenger was incredibly offended and so was I, even as it escalated at the window and saw my passenger's reaction to the "customer service" and treatment we we getting, we left without even getting food. I have left a corporate complaint against this fast food restaurant, it's one thing to insult me, but to insult my passenger by not helping me get her something to eat and acting incredibly rude. I worked an 18 hour day that day, driving almost 600 miles, running my elderly passenger to and from Dr's office to ER, and back home. I've had other bad experiences that were usually dealt with alot more care and kindness or at least didn't insult me. I've had it with this establishment and will take my business elsewhere, including my cab customers. You lost a permanent customer with one nit wit who assumed the role of something she was incapable of doing and in the process created a firestorm of negative response, both from myself and my passenger. If I could give you a 0 star rating, I would. Since contacting corporate office for a complaint this morning, still haven't heard anything back from anyone, management wise or anyone for that matter. Called the store and was disregarded the same, saying "I'm not the manager, but all I have is corporate's number", no care, no nothing. Just making note of the length of time before someone actually reaches out to resolve this issue. In respect to your business and in general, I'm not looking for a "freebie", my respect and exchange of attitudes last night warrant a higher consideration than a "Joe blow" who's aiming for a free meal. I'm downright angered and hurt by the customer service I received enough to write this and contact the appropriate parties involved. read more
