At 11:11am, I ordered a chicken fried steak meal, and was told no drink was included, even though the sign indicated otherwise. This was today, 5/13/26. Also, per the sign. I ordered the 4 apple pie/fritters, at$ 2.99, but was told I only get 2. Their website is "conveniently" difficult to navigate, often purposefully screws up your spelling, as I had to repeat my complaint 5 times. The wings are so small that they look illegal. Every time I go to any KFC they have ridiculously very small size wings, and thighs. I know KFC normally gets more complaints than positive reviews; but my last two purchases from KFC have been really good. I purchase their chicken sandwich a while back and it was good. My last two visits I was craving fried chicken so I got actual chicken pieces--dark meat one trip and white meat this last trip. Both times the chicken has been flavorful and juicy, well cooked and crunchy. And the breast was huge (which made me so happy.) The chicken had just the right amount of salt. Their mashed potatoes have been consistent in taste, and I really like their gravy. The coleslaw is sweeter than most places, but I like it also. The coleslaw is a little too juicy, but once I pour off the juice, it's great to eat because the cabbage is chopped, finely. I will admit, that KFC is not homemade quality food but for fast food and the price, I have been enjoying my meals. This KFC has been doing a good job and I encourage them to continue. The food is fine, the customer service is awful. I placed an order on line, went into the store to pick it up at about noon. There were no other customers in the site itself and about four late age teenagers/20-ish kids working there. They talked amongst themselves, saw me, looked at me but no one came over for over 8 minutes. My to-go order ended up being on the rack but no one as much as said "boo" to me for a ridiculous amount of time. What happened to KFC? I had not been there in years and decided to go yesterday and the food was horrible! The chicken had no KFC flavor. There was no crust like it used to be, the mashed potatoes were bland and tasteless, the biscuit was dry and hard, the only thing worked eating was the coleslaw! The apple pie was undercooked, how do you mess up an apple pie? It arrives at the restaurant already made, all you have to do is just fry it! What is going on? The wings were so small, It was like as soon as the chicken was born, they decided to fry it and give it to the customer! When I got there I saw there's no one at the drive through window and there is no parking spot near by the store. This locations okay. Too many times I'd get the fries and you can tell they have been sitting there for a While. The service from most of the employees is okay. I've seen the managers roll their eyes and be disrespectful to the employees though when we quietly walk into the restaurant. Happened one too many times..we don't go there much anymore since the mangers went down hill..luckily for them it's located right across the street from the stadium so they will continue to get lots of traffic, but if it was just for our neighborhood like years ago growing up, I wouldn't have been surprised if they made it into something else..Hopefully this locations management can improve. Welp this is the first time in decades, decades, that I have had everything go right at a KFC. It's always something, from forgotten utensils to problems with the food. Now I'm not going to say things here were perfect. They were stingy with napkins for a meal you eat with your hands and the speaker at the drive thru was set to the bare minimum. But the important things were right. Utensils, check, food right, check. The chicken was amazing, both orders! Usually the original or the extra crispy is screwed up. I've had the mashed potatoes screwed up before! Overfull, underfilled, 30% gravy, 99% potato... It's pretty sad for other KFC if I'm impressed by how well potatoes were scooped into a plastic container. But impressed I was. I don't know what happened to everyone giving 1 and 2 stars, but they obviously are not always bad. And the excellent experience I had means they must have someone in charge that cares. I'm adding them as a favorite and will drive out of my way to come here next time I'm driving back from LA. read more

The staff is amazingly friendly and accurate! This is a complete 180 from the KFC of the past! They are very accommodating and have GREAT customer service...even at 9:30 at night. They have no issue with making food fresh when you request it and are accountable when they make an error with your order. Went there for lunch today. Ask for a two piece with coleslaw. Got to the window and I said I don't want coleslaw let me have a french fry. Why was that a big issue? Really! Only giving one star since I HAVE to give this location something, even though it's not deserved. I've had a few good experiences here, but the last few have left a bad taste in my mouth. I get to the window and the lady tells me 6.50. I asked her how do you get 6.50 from a 5.00 meal. She said at their location it is 5.99. I was out done. Seeing that this place is directly across the street from "STUB HUB" where the football games will be played this year. I feel they are price gouging. If they advertised 5.99 that would be somewhat okay. But you should not use the corporate advertisement of 5.00 and charge people 5.99 at the window. I pass by this KFC on my way home, so I decided to give it a try - BIG MISTAKE. It was 6:20 PM, but everything I bought (except the drink) tasted stale/old - EVERYTHING (all 3 pieces of chicken, every single potato wedge, and even the biscuit). How is that possible? It takes a long time for a freshly made biscuit to get stale - a LONG time. Lived near this KFC for 10+ years and the service has gotten worse over the years. The food is ok and convenient but the employees always give me a mix service. Sometimes they are very nice and other times they are rude. There's this one older Mexican employee whose been there for years and he's ALWAYS nice. They helped me before and I never had an issue before..i feel bad for leaving a one star review but it's honestly just because of this "manager". She needs to be relocated, or demoted.
