Service is awful. I ordered the smallest possible combo meal and ended up waiting more than HALF AN HOUR for 3 pieces of tenders, a biscuit and mac and cheese. I understand problems happen, but to not even communicate yhe price of my purchase in the line OR the expected wait time is unprofessional. I would have no problem if they were honest but the employees couldnt even be bothered to communicate properly. Not only was the quality of food TERRIBLE, the time and money wasted could have all been avoided if they were able to have the capacity to act and operate like a normal human. Not sure who runs this branch or who is in charge at all but there are obvious issues at hand when the people cant even be people let alone employees. read more

Tuesday special, eight pieces for ten dollars. Dark meat only. I wanted to half original and half extra crispy but you cannot mix for the special. Four legs and four thighs. Went for the crispy. Crispy is was. Great deal. read more

Update- This place is a f'ing joke. The employees are a f'ing joke. Ordered dinner through their app, which I will be deleting after writing this. It said the food would be ready by 7:45pm. We got there about 7:47pm and we're told it hasn't been started yet. They told us to go through the drive thru because there was a crazy lady in there ,whom they had to call the police ‍ for and no one wanted to go near the counter. We went to the drive thru & waited so long to get to the speaker. The guy said our food still wasn't done. That was at 8:01pm. (All we ordered was a 3 piece chicken combo & the new Mac & Cheese Bowl) The guy at window then said, to sit & wait in our car or go inside & wait (after we were told to go through the drive thru) .He also said it was gonna be AWHILE before our food is done & He'll TRY to get it done !! Try ?? Really ? So, we parked & Jim went inside. He was in there for awhile then I see him talking to an employee & he looked pissed. They were giving me a tiny side of mac & cheese instead of the new bowl which also contains chicken. He came outside & said the girl tried to give him a side of mac & cheese . I looked at the bag, took out what she gave him & it was still small enough to be a single serving side & had no chicken in it. So he went back in & told the girl. She went & got someone else. They were both looking at it & and at the order I placed on the phone. They were literally telling him that no order was placed for the "bowl" even when they were looking right at my order. The one girl then got fed up & threw a few pieces of hard, leftover chicken pieces that fell off of the real chicken in the mac & cheese. It was ridiculous. $5 for a small mac & cheese & Chicken crumbs. Everyone had a bad attitude & the chicken sucked this time. My food was worth the most, $1.00 read more

Forgot to take a picture of the food but the food was fresh and hot. Wait time wasn't that long. I see some people had a bad experience but that was not the case with me. I was previously at KFC on young st. In Tonawanda that location has a higher rating than this one but let me tell you they didn't have any lettuce for the twister wrap which is fine but the smell of the restaurant was terrible you could not sit down and eat because it smelt so bad. read more

Apparently you need a manager to retrain staff . Staff hide behind the wall and won't come out until the lobby has a line of customers Person bagging food appears discussed with his job throghs orders on counter saids 2 peace and 4 peace and run back behind wall. Have to wait tell another employee shows up to find out who's order is who's. . Sorry but are fast food places trying to go under ? read more

Time after time I get let down from mainstream fast food joints like this. What is the product worth to a customer when I you have to wait 20 minutes in a drive thru at 8pm just to get to an incredibly unprofessional and untrained young lady that has no patience for the job disrespecting you as a customer. A friendly face used to mean something in this business. I hope someone at kfc wakes up to a improving their product..and I don't mean the food... read more

Got there at 7:25 PM. They close at 10. I ordered the original, they didn't want to make it original because they close at 10 mind you I said I was there at 7:25, so I ordered two crispy breasts and the rest in the original because all they had was dark meat. Well I get my meat I take it home. It was disgusting. It was almost all crispy which I hate there was two wings that were original. The meat was cold potatoes were cold and the coleslaw was warm so if I could get a hold of Corporate, I will because I am not getting sick over. Somebody doesn't give a crap about their job and is willing to get people sick. My suggestion is you never go to this country this Kentucky fried chicken in Elmwood I have never had a problem with Kentucky fried chicken, and this one is an embarrassment to the company!!!!!! it cost me $35 and change and we ended up throwing it out. That's how bad it was!!!!!!! read more

I've enjoyed KFC for many years now. Some stores are better than others. This store, Elmwood Ave Kenmore, NY is definitely one of the worst. Multiple times now, the chicken is greasy, over cooked, and very dry. The pieces are tiny. I've yet to see another site that considers a wing drum as a piece of dark meat. I ordered Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes as sides for an 8 piece meal. $32 later I have terrible chicken, Mac and cheese that's inedible, tasted like it was a week old, actually grainy noodles. Bad. Only good thing was the potatoes. Popeyes is a block and a half away. Guess where I'll go next time I want chicken... read more

Manger is disrespectful, called me all kinds of bitches and even tried to fight me called corporate and waiting for results. This is not feeding nothing but one person. read more

Idk if this is the right KFC we ordered from, but this goes for all. We ordered KFC online through DD when we got our food there was items we paid for missing and the thighs and legs we ordered turned out to be a basic bucket with wings and breast. Will no longer order online, maybe if we're hungry and nothing else is around we might pop in and check our order carefully. read more

Business just opened and they're selling old, dry chicken..smh..the laziness.. I won't be paying another $7 for this garbage, and the short white girl they have taking orders in the drive thru has the worst attitude..put someone who has a personality in that position. Just a suggestion. read more

i wonder what the food in this new KFC tastes like? never had a chance. waited 10 minutes and not so much as a glance my way. proper business etiquette would entail simply greeting me and letting me know we are busy and will help you shortly. i can strike this place off my list unless i have a spare hour it would appear to get a 3 pierce combo read more
