Where could I begin? Drive-through wrapped around building as usual w/20 minute wait just to order then additional 20 minute wait to receive order. Simple order was two chicken flatbread melts, & 8 piece nugget. they had me circle around back to the parking lot to wait for my order. if you've been there, that means you have to make a left-hand turn out of the drive-through onto Abbott Road & another immediate left turn into the parking lot. Dangerous and time-consuming! After sitting in the car for 20 minutes with my children who had to pee, I decide to go in & check the status of my order.. The two flatbreads clearly have been done for a while because they're more than flat more like smooshed & cold! The 8 piece nugget was a 4 piece! As soon as me and my wife walked in the restaurant, we noticed it had a foul odor not sure if it was the floors but I know hit has to do with the lack of cleanliness because the kfc on Delavan before they remodeled never smelled like that. if it wasn't the floors then idk what it was and it wasn't a sewage problem cause it would've smelled like garbage. Hold on first I went to the register after the girl was one finger typing a 8 inch receipt I gave her my name for the order. She said she didn't see it so I grabbed my phone and showed her. She went to the pick up orders and looked and said are you Zach I said no. So she went to get the order of the people behind me. After the ordered about 15 minutes they had their order. It wasn't a small order so I ask hold on how did that come out before 4 tenders and a macaroni and cheese. The girl said it's not my fault so I said it's four tenders. Then a goofy comes from the back she says something to him and he said they aren't priority if it's DoorDash! I said huh I ordered 25 minutes ago on the kfc website. I had to walk out of there. No refund called kfc corporate for them to tell me I have to wait for a call to get my refund after the terrible service. Unacceptable. I placed an order at the drive thru located at 170 Abbott Rd. Buffalo NY, at approx 12:15 PM on 11/4/2024. I was on my lunch picking up food for my disabled mother. I was asked to pull ahead and my order would be brought out to me. After about 15 minutes and cars bahind me honking because I was blocking them in, I pulled out and went inside only to find several people waiting on their orders as well. I asked for a refund because I had to get back to work. My lunch period was over. The assistant manager held up a sign and said "we don't give refunds". When asked for the managers name and phone number, she told us to "google it". We were forced to wait for the food with no recourse. I received my order at 12: 53 PM. At that point I had no time to take mom her food. She will have to wait until I get out of work at 4:00 to eat. What a shame. Went to this location to place an order for my family. While there a girl was playing with her hair and putting her hair up. She never even washed her hands or put gloves on. Other girl was texting and talking on her cell phone while she was putting orders together. Another one had his phone in his beanie hanging out. Another one was eating and cooking at the same time. There was only one person that was good and she was the one who took our order. We get home and eat our food and now feel sick. You will never go back to this location again. For matter of fact we won't even eat KFC again. We do not recommend the Abbott road KFC in Buffalo. read more

Everything about my visit here tonight was disgusting from the food to the bathrooms to the sticky floor and every table dirty. They had no napkins available. My chalupas tasted like it came out of the freezer crumbled in my hand when I try to pick it up. Manager are made me a new one equally disgusting. I used to love KFC as a child, so I was so excited that I moved close to one. I have gone in 3 times so far and my order has been incorrect 3 out of 3 times (I had a different employee each time). Maybe I'm not communicating well or the staff simply doesn't understand the menu. First Time Me: "I'll have a K3 combo meal please." (K3 is 2 Chicken Littles Combo: Wedges & Medium Drink) I received a box meal with two chicken drumsticks, potato wedges and a medium drink. Maybe I don't understand what a K3 means? I'll just try again another day . . . Second Time Me: "I'll have a K3, the Chicken Littles Combo meal, and you know what? I'll make it a large with a Mac+Cheese side (K3 is 2 Chicken Littles Combo: Wedges & Medium Drink. Going "Large" up-sizes the drink and gives you an extra small side.) I received a standard K3 combo and was charged for a separate Large size Mac+Cheese. Maybe I confused the teller by making the combo meal large? I'll try again another day and speak more clearly . . . Third Time Me: "I'll have a large K3, the Chicken Littles Combo meal, with Mashed Potatoes as my extra side." (Does that sound clear to you?) If I could give a 0 star I would. This place is the most disgusting place I've ever stepped foot in but I was hungry and in a hurry. First I walk into the bathroom which was unlocked to see a guy peeing who didn't lock the door. No major problem I guess he forgot to lock the door. I order my food. I hear the toilet flush and he immediately walked out (no time to wash his hands) while it was flushing just to step behind the register and be one of the cooks. I almost threw up in my mouth but again starving and in a major hurry. I get my food and look to sit down and the place looks like a bomb hit it. All the trash overflowing onto the ground...floor covered in trash...every single table covered in trash and food...I asked for someone to clean it and when I girl finally did a manager yelled at her for hello behind the register as if it was more important than a customer standing there for 5 mins with food in hand waiting for a place to sit down where my entire body wouldn't stick to the tables and chairs. It really was this bad. Then my food sucked and all I could see was the filth and think about the dirty unwashed urinal hands of their cook. This was at 2:30 on Thursday July 18th. I use to love KFC as a treat now and then and this was even better since it's so close to my house. BUT, every time I get chicken here its always under cooked. ALWAYS. So the last time I visited this one was maybe a year ago while I was 7 months pregnant, cravings you know lol. Well I went through the drive thru and when I got home I broke into the strips and they were all pink. I called and spoke to a very rude manager who said the only way I could get any compensation was to come back right away before they left for the day which was within the next ten minutes.
