Yet another fast food place that has you pull up and wait for your food with absolutely no other customers in sight. Waited over 10 minutes for order. Ordered my fave spicy chicken sandwich and this location uses chicken strips. Very disappointing. read more

We had a great experience. The sweet girl that took our order, Alexandria, was pleasant, helpful and just had amazing customer service. The restaurant was clean aside from the mat In front of the drink station, you literally got stuck to it. The food was tasty and fast. Great value, two piece chicken, mashed tators and biscuit for $4.99 was a great deal! Everyone in there was nice which is a great change from many fast food restaurants. We will be back. read more

We stopped in for a quick simple meal while on travel. I've been dying to try the chicken pot pie. We went to sit down and there wasn't a clean table anywhere. The pie being tasty didn't have a single piece of chicken in it!!! We had to settle for an original wing because the spicy ones would be another 12 minutes! After all that while we were trying to enjoy a peaceful meal we were approached and asked if we could break a $20.00. The. As we were leaving my husband and I went to go to the bathroom and they were both locked. We asked if we could get access and they said they had lost the keys to the bathrooms!!! I wouldn't stop there ever again. If I could choose zero stars that's how I would rate it. read more

Shut out of Thank you to the KFC staff working the 8pm shift on May 18, 2025. We ordered from the drive thru and by the time we drove home and unpacked our meals, everything was still hot and delicious !!! read more

We just stopped here on our way through town from Fort Worth... And had the most wonderful experience. Instead of the impersonal kiosks... You actually ordered from a real person. Rachael, the manager greeted us when we walked in and thanked us as we were walking out. The restaurant was clean, we got our food quickly, and everything was delicious. this is obviously a well run restaurant! read more

The last few times I've visited this location It's felt like the old KFC I use to know an love. The employees at this location seem to try hard to get your order right. The places looks clean. And most of all the chicken tastes fresh. read more

Love their food! Quick and fresh and an easy menu to choose from. No long wait times.

Last week I visited KFC to review the all new Cheesy Bacon Bowl. I ordered it, along with a Double Down and a KFC Box meal. I had the camera charged and ready to do a video about this amazing new dish for BaconNation.net and MrBaconPants.com and opened the bag. Inside was the KFC box meal, a chicken sandwich of some kind with a bun, cheese, and chicken, and a bowl of potatoes, corn, chicken, and gravy. The Cheesy Bacon Bowl was missing BACON and CHEESE! The Double Down was replaced with this odd-looking sandwich which also contained no BACON! But since it wasn't a Double Down I just tossed it out. The bowl of stuff I decided to eat without cheese or bacon, but had to stop after a few bites. It tasted like someone had poured a cup of salt into it. I let my wife try it and she gagged, but I had to know if it was just me or if this stuff was just wrong! Sadly, KFC was closed when we got back so we couldn't return it. I wrote to KFC HQ and filled out their nice form for customer issues. About a week and a half later (today) I got a call from the local KFC and the message said to give them a call. I've been trying all day, but it just rings constantly. read more

Always out of chicken, no matter what time you go. How can you be out of your main product during lunch and dinner hours?

We went here to get a snack mid day, and they were rude. We had 2 iced teas, with NO ICE. It was not a good time to go I guess.

It's Kentucky fried chicken how can you go wrong. It's fried chicken they've been doing it the same way for 100 years. Great place

This KFC is awful. I went and ordered a sandwich and watched them make it without gloves. Touching all on my sandwich and I saw the chick doing all kinds of other stuff before she started making my sandwich without gloves and without washing her hands. Won't be visiting again. read more

Today was my second attempt at ordering food from this KFC and the second time I have left with no food. First time I went, I waited at the drive thru for 15 minutes before anyone spoke to me and when she did she said she would be with me in a minute. Five minutes later I drove away. Today, there were only two people working in the restaurant. One taking orders and one cooking. After waiting 10 minutes for my order to be taken, I paid and after a minute or two the girl came back to tell me that it would be 30 more minutes before fresh chicken would be ready. I had to ask for a refund since I could not wait 30 more minutes. The staff is friendly and do their jobs, just simply not enough people working to run a restaurant properly. I will not be giving them a third chance. read more

Working in this area for a couple of days, and had craving for KFC and it happened to be close to my hotel. Via the drive-thru I ordered original all white. The white was correct but ended up with crispy. Didn't think to check order prior to driving away. Not only unhappy with not getting what I ordered but to top it off, it was very salty....couldn't handle more then a couple of bites. If you choose the drive-thru, check your order before driving away! read more

Last week I was visiting town and looking for something quick to eat. When going through the drive thru window, a young male proceeded to tell me that they did not have any original chicken. I asked if they just had crispy and he said no. I then proceeded to ask if they had any chicken at all and he said no. We pulled up and my boyfriend went inside and no one was around, the staff was in the back goofing off and the floor was dirty with chicken and trash. We left immediately. Completely unsanitary, terrible service, and I am extremely surprised they are still in business. DO NOT EAT THERE! read more
