Honestly, it almost gives a little weight to the local rumor that many of the older KFC locations around Shreveport and Bossier will be closing before 2030. Service was okay. Nothing rude or problematic, just not especially memorable. The biggest hiccup seems to be the technology side of things. The connection between online ordering and the in-store system clearly needs work. Orders don't flow as smoothly as they should, and it slows things down unnecessarily. All that said, there's still something here worth saving. The food quality is solid and the location has potential. With a bit of modernization, a refresh of the building, and an update to the ordering tech, this KFC could easily bring its charm into the present day instead of feeling stuck in the past. I love KFC. Almost every time I am there, I can't get some items like original wings or they tell me that I can only order 3 or 4. Sometimes they have no wings at all (wow)!You can't get any more than 4 tenders with Nashville hot sauce. It's almost like someone selling food out of their house!! The sandwich I had was barbecue chicken sandwich. Apparently it's new. I asked them for a side of spicy sauce that comes on the spicy chicken sandwich. They said they don't do that and you can only get it on the sandwich. But they said they would do it this one time. so the service I had was decent today. But the store itself seems dirty and the fried chicken seemed like it had been under 10 minutes fresh. The sandwich was a little big compared to what I imagined it would be. For 7.99 it was definitely worth it. But this location feels like Russian roulette on the cleanliness. The people there are nice but not very attentive and their equipment for drive-through needs to be updated. I hate that KFC is gone so downhill it seems like all the locations here are pretty bad. I honestly recommend not eating here unless you're craving a cheat day and the risk of food poisoning, I guess I've been watching too many leaked videos from employees on TikTok. But definitely a pretty good chicken sandwich and the lady that helped me today was pretty great. Just remember ahead and mess around these parts for a good customer service. read more

I went at 9:00 and got a 2 piece dark and a famous bowl by itself. I expected everything to be made correctly. But when I got home and took a bit of my chicken it was very greasy. And the fried skin was hard as it had been sitting out for to long. So then I went to eat my famous bowl and there was no popcorn shrimp LIKE THERE IS SUPPOSE TO BE. It's attractive how the KFC in Bossier City on Benton Rd is the only one that offers 20% military discount on Mondays and 10% on the rest of the days. This is usually my normal stop for lunch on Mondays. Went there today and ordered the $20 fill up box and was told that they don't do military discounts on specials. This left me puzzled knowing that I get the same thing every Monday with no hassle and also it seems that there entire menu is based on specials. I gave them two stars because the manager was nice enough to come to my car and offer me the discount this time anyway. I'm sad to say that I won't be returning to KFC again. I am a retired Army veteran who did two combat tours to Iraq and received two purple hearts. I think that restaurants giving 10% off to those that served isn't that much to ask. By the way, Regio's, a Mexican restaurant on Airline gives a 30% discounts to veterans and those that served and is still serving. Maybe these businesses should learn from them. read more
