Food - good & fresh. Steak was the only meat available ...I was looking forward to the chicken pastor. Also, there was no tea and the staff just shrugged their shoulders. Only one guy was on the serving line cranking it out. Cleanliness - the serving line was a mess, all the tables were dirty and there was trash on the floor & drink area. The kitchen area was quite the mess as well. Staff - sub-par except for the guy on the serving line. It was prime dinner time & staff were taking breaks. I hope this store cleans up their act. Clean and enjoyable chipotle. Not all locations have that welcoming feeling since some get very loud or any other distracting reasons. The service was great and the workers were kind with all of my adjustments to my order. The food tastes fresh and the guacamole was not browning which I loved. IDK what's going on but this location was an hour behind with an online order. At some point the people that walked in to order waited for meat to be cooked and got served before I did with an online order. Ordered before 7:50p for an 8:30p pickup at Airline. I came from the Shreveport store because they were out of chicken and steak. Didn't get my order, in hand, until 9pm. Prior visits like tonight's included staff not changing their gloves after handling multiple things and several high tough points. Including putting their hand into the cup for TOGO orders. I placed an order online for a bowl with the new honey chicken. When I went to eat the bowl there was not one piece of chicken in it. So I took it back up to the restaurant to get that fixed. When I mentioned it the lady did not say anything at all. Just took my bowl from me. She then went on to complete two orders ahead of mine. As I sat there and waited there was somebody else that had an issue with their online order (I'm not sure what exactly). So obviously it wasn't just me that this happened to. When she was handing me my bowl back I told her thank you and to have a good night. Not one word came from her. Needless I don't recommend this location any longer. Service was god awful. There is a transgender person there who I have nothing against that just treats me terribly every time I eat there. It genuinely looks like I ruin their day every time I come in even though I don't know them outside of chipotle. I always get underserved quantities and the worst service I've ever dealt with. My God, Chipotle has the best tofu bowl ever. The meat is seasoned so well and it has the best tasting tofu that I've found in a while. I also love how big the bow is because it lasts me a few days, one thing I can say is that the mild salsa was really not to me. I feel like mild should really be mild. Everyone's attitude was highly positive. Loved my lunch! General remark about the food at all Chipotles: I ate at 4 different Chipotles on a recent trip. One in Lufkin, TX, the one selected here in Bossier City, one in Conway, AR, and one in Little Rock. I just want to say at every one, I found the food exceptionally tasty and fresh. Every time, the lettuce and corn were crisp, which made it just seem so recently-harvested and prepared. Your food definitely tastes cleaner, purer and healthier also than that at any other restaurant. I eat an almost 100% organic, vegetarian diet, and I know the difference in the taste and how the food makes you feel after eating it. There is no contest. GMO "food" does taste either insipid (and thus unappetizing), or peculiar (and thus unappetizing). And after you eat it, your body does not feel nourished and energized. You feel hungry after a whole meal; and/or you feel like something is just "not right," "not setting right." That stuff is gross.
