I like the food options available to make a bowl of rice, beans, tomatoes, and salsa. Very tasty, pretty healthy, and moderately priced along with fast service. I am stopping in often and know precisely what the food quality will be. Very good in my book. This chain went through tough times with unhealthy food being served a few short years ago but t I am confident that has been fixed. read more

Food - good & fresh. Steak was the only meat available ...I was looking forward to the chicken pastor. Also, there was no tea and the staff just shrugged their shoulders. Only one guy was on the serving line cranking it out. Cleanliness - the serving line was a mess, all the tables were dirty and there was trash on the floor & drink area. The kitchen area was quite the mess as well. Staff - sub-par except for the guy on the serving line. It was prime dinner time & staff were taking breaks. I hope this store cleans up their act. Food is still the winner ! read more

To-go orders are not made correctly and customers are not able to communicate with an actual person online when using the app to try to correct the problem. There is no way for complain when an order is wrong besides talking to a robot on an app and getting a free order of chips that expires in 2 weeks. read more

Mixed feelings on this one: Food: 11/10 fresh and hot; well seasoned---especially the new brisket Staff; 6/10 depends on who you get Cleanliness: 2/10 tables weren't clean and trash was on floor ( has been this way before) Price: food is fresh and good but $42 for 2 people is little high read more

Change the entire menu. It was awful. We ate about three bites and threw the rest away. Over 40.00 wasted

The food is as good as it gets at Chipotle, and the place seems a lot cleaner than some I've been in. But the best thing is the staff- they're always friendly and genuinely seem to enjoy working here and helping the customers. read more

If you have a craving for Chipotle... for the love of everything that is good, Holy, pure, and right...please eat at the one here in Bossier versus the one on Youree Drive in Shreveport. read more

Clean and enjoyable chipotle. Not all locations have that welcoming feeling since some get very loud or any other distracting reasons. The service was great and the workers were kind with all of my adjustments to my order. The food tastes fresh and the guacamole was not browning which I loved. Delicious and great price which is why I love chipotle. read more

IDK what's going on but this location was an hour behind with an online order. At some point the people that walked in to order waited for meat to be cooked and got served before I did with an online order. Ordered before 7:50p for an 8:30p pickup at Airline. I came from the Shreveport store because they were out of chicken and steak. Didn't get my order, in hand, until 9pm. Prior visits like tonight's included staff not changing their gloves after handling multiple things and several high tough points. Including putting their hand into the cup for TOGO orders. Just grab the sides. No apologies from management April 1, 2023 as we waited. No noticed. No gratis comps. No explanations. read more

This is probably the most efficient chipotle I've been to. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and worked so well together. The food was fresh and flavorful. I'll definitely be coming back! read more

Ordered online for a pickup at 7:10. The app said it was ready, but when I went inside they hadn't even started it. Ended up waiting till 7:40 for my food. Highly disappointed read more

Food was fresh and health report was 95 on Yelp app. I checks my location before I eat there. Customer service was Great

I placed an order online for a bowl with the new honey chicken. When I went to eat the bowl there was not one piece of chicken in it. So I took it back up to the restaurant to get that fixed. When I mentioned it the lady did not say anything at all. Just took my bowl from me. She then went on to complete two orders ahead of mine. As I sat there and waited there was somebody else that had an issue with their online order (I'm not sure what exactly). So obviously it wasn't just me that this happened to. When she was handing me my bowl back I told her thank you and to have a good night. Not one word came from her. Needless I don't recommend this location any longer. It used to be fantastic, but just within the past few months it seems to have gone downhill pretty steeply. read more

I placed an online, the app said supposed to be ready at 8:30. i waited until it said it was ready for pickup sitting on the shelf. i went inside and had to wait 20 extra minutes after it said it was ready to get my order. i understand being busy and behind, but why mark the order as ready for pickup *ON THE SHELF* if its not! so disappointed in the service today! read more

Service was god awful. There is a transgender person there who I have nothing against that just treats me terribly every time I eat there. It genuinely looks like I ruin their day every time I come in even though I don't know them outside of chipotle. I always get underserved quantities and the worst service I've ever dealt with. And if I go with someone else I'm the only one who gets treated badly. Completely unfair and has almost ruined one of my favorite restaurants for me. read more

the workers were mad that we tried to give them money. they were very mean to our sweet bus driver because he wanted his rice separated but apparently "they can't do that". lots of disrespect and attitude. read more

Very slow because one person doing the preparation and the register . Not sure about the service as the urgency is lacking watching the backroom crew . I think they need to work on cleanliness, just needed a wipe down on the counter and dishes piling up . Not crazy but not great , Amanda needs a raise read more

My God, Chipotle has the best tofu bowl ever. The meat is seasoned so well and it has the best tasting tofu that I've found in a while. I also love how big the bow is because it lasts me a few days, one thing I can say is that the mild salsa was really not to me. I feel like mild should really be mild. Outside of that everything was good and I enjoy the food here. read more

Service was friendly and the food was delicious. It was my first time and I was not disappointed.

Great location. Overall because of the attitude of the employees. Even though they were very busy, everyone was so upbeat and pleasant. I rarely see that nowadays in food service. My boyfriend's tortilla ripped and they quickly fixed it without us even asking and my chicken bowl was made with excellent portions. read more

The actual worst chipotle. Every single time I go to order, they are constantly out of EVERYTHING. And I mean every. Single. Time. I can't remember the last time I had a good experience here. When they do have things in stock, my burrito bowl is hardly filled. I 100% will not be going back. Unfortunately I'll have to drive to bossier. read more

I am a weekly eater of Chipotle. Their food is safe for my food allergies, and they have good options. I usually take my food to go. Different locations are slightly different in quality, but they always fill me up with their awesome bowls! Many times I cannot eat the whole portion! read more

I live out of state and my son is in the Air Force @ Barksdale. I called to see if I could get a delivery set up (even though they don't deliver) The staff could not have been more accommodating, Matt, the GM went above and beyond to see to it that we could get this done. When Family is away around the Holidays it means so much when others try to help you bring a memory and a smile to someone faraway. I will never forget what everyone did for me at this Chipolte Mexican Grill, can't wait to visit so I can stop by and thank them all in person. Well Done! read more
