August 9- 2:45 pm - party of 2. There is an outdoor seating area, but it was probably 100° outside so we chose indoor seating at the bar. This is the 3rd Fuzzy's I've been to and of the 3- ranks 3rd. OKC was my first and favorite. So much character, color and neon. A vibrant and busy location. Abilene has one too- with the same fun atmosphere. Roll up garage type door/windows. Fuzzys Bossier City is kinda bland and lacks personality. The outdoor space has no climate control and in this heat, that's torture. We sat at the bar. And ordered the White Queso, Baja fish tacos, and Beef enchiladas. The dip, was great, but I would have liked more pico.i didn't think the fish taco was good. (I still ate it all). The enchiladas were good. And reheated well. A service complaint: we asked for double Fuzzy rice and received dbl lime rice. Jason specifically said that he did not want that. So: arrive at 2:45 Sit: 2:46 App: 2:54 Meals: 3:05 Ticket: 4:33 (lol) After 1 app/ 2 entrees/ and 5 cocktails. Late lunch for 2: $49 read more

Nice big place, casual and bar drinks available. First off, every one was super nice. The lady at the register was very helpful when I told her it was my first time and asked for a recommendation. The lady that brought our food was very friendly. The food was flavorful. I had a pork carnitas taco, brisket taco and chips & queso. Hubby opted for a burrito and a breakfast taco (served all day). Good flavors, more to try. read more

It took a while for my order. When I got it my fish tacos were labeled as beef. My baha tacos were burned and fried way too hard. The beef tacos had very little meat in them. I won't be returning because this is the 10th time over a 6month period read more

Not sure what happened, but someone in the kitchen stopped caring. We've ordered tacos from Fuzzy's many times and have been happy. Today, both bacon, egg, and cheese tacos had burnt eggs and bacon with charred grill bits. My fish taco had a tiny piece of grilled cod with charred grill bits of an unknown food origin. My shrimp tacos tasted fine, but the shrimp seemed undercooked. I probably shouldn't have eaten them so I'll report back if I get sick. I was just hungry and it took a bit for the order to arrive. I recommend Fuzzy's undertake some quality control for its food, train the workers better, or move personnel to areas where they will succeed at rather than rolling the dice on providing acceptable food. read more

Great food reasonably priced, friendly attentive staff. Good live+music on weekends. Great location and easy parking

It's much better food in Texarkana Texas. The service was okay.Nothing special. The ambiance was normal.Nothing great about the location.

First time eating at a Fuzzy's. We had time to kill on our way to golf so decided to try this place while we were out of town. Stopped in for breakfast and oh my! Why have I never eaten here before. We shared a taco plate as we didn't want to get too full before playing. Bacon eggs and cheese tacos with refried beans and fried seasoned potatoes. We got there right when it opened. Everything was cooked fresh and served warm. Delicious! Will definitely visit here again and will try the one back home! read more

This place is packed a majority of the time, yet it's one of the worst fake "taco shop" ever. The food here is really overpriced. Has no taste at all. From the meats, rice to the guacamole. All of it is bland... the salad dressing looks weird, it's a white clearish cloudy looking sauce with weird brown specks in it... my sister was completely turned off and couldn't eat it. the queso is mediocre but only think I was able to go for. We all tossed it all out and never again. Hook yourself up and go for actual taquerias and get good real Mexican food, or a better Tex Mex place because this is stuff you can so much better at home at this point. read more

Very delicious. Price per a taco is average to expensive depending on if you want something special. Overall, I really enjoy the variety in taco selection. Mahi Mahi tacos are so delicious! read more

I do not recommend this place. My husband had tacos and got food poison. The Chips are out of a package and the caso taste like Nacho cheese. We will never be back. Would have been better off going across the street to Taco Bell and so much cheaper. read more

Came with a group today. Waitstaff was nice enough but seemed confused with simple questions. The food was edible but not great. Queso had no flavor at all. The chips are good, sprinkled with some kind of seasoning that tastes like Tony's. I had to add some of their hot sauce to the tacos to give some flavor. The bottled hot sauce,"butt burnin' " sauce, was not hot and tastes just like Tabasco. The habenero was also not hot. Overall it was meh. read more

Had dinner there tonight and everything was very good. I had the brisket quesadilla, and pork taco, wife had the mahi taco and shrimp taco, daughter had the chicken fajita tacos. We all enjoyed our food and will be back. read more

I had the best service at Fuzzy's taco shop last week! Amanda was our bartender. As soon as we sat down from the moment we closed out everything was on point. She was very attentive & quick serving literally everything we ordered. I got the two brisket street tacos & a mango margarita. Everything was great!! Go in there and ask for amanda you won't be disappointed!! read more

I would turn this into a full service sports bar that serves tacos to bar patrons. Might as well. The food is served like they don't give a damn about you being there. If I would have had 4-5 beers I feel like I would have rated much higher. My son's $10 beef fajita burrito was horrible and cold. Horrible. Did I say horrible. My Baja shrimp taco actually had a good taste but was cold. My seasoned beef taco was actually a fajita beef taco which was again cold. The draft Dos Equis w fresh lime wedge was on time. The patio is pretty cool and there are TVs w sports on which is cool. The standing joke at my house is I could turn any business into much more than it is. This is one of those businesses. read more

The first time I tried here must have been some growing pains (closer to when they opened) however now have come to truly enjoy Fuzzy's. Staff are always great, service is quite quick and food has been tasty. Honestly could put the garlic sauce on everything. Lately been enjoying Taco Tuesday's and even remembering to grab the souvenir cup for cheaper refills. Def worth it for a solid lunch or a casual dinner. Bar has plenty of options to make it that much better if doing some adulting. read more

Service was decent, nothing outstanding. Queso was edible but that's about it. I tried a shrimp, ground beef, and fajita chicken taco on three different types of shells. All of my shells were cold. Idk if that's how they were supposed to be but I wasn't a fan. The meats were all well seasoned. Good sweet tea! Restaurant was clean. read more

My boyfriend Got the California heat tacos, supposed to be grilled shrimp looked like they were boiled .Corn tortillas fell apart not warmed at all rice was sticky and tasted like it had never been stirred in the cooking process . The beans tasted like they were scorched. I got the ground beef crispy tacos, the meat had no seasoning at all.I understand that this isn't supposed to be authentic but shouldn't be flavorless . We have been to the ones in Dallas and food there is way better quality. Definitely not eating there again nor will I recommend anyone else to read more

This was an awful experience. Skip it and just go to Taco Bell. The gastrointestinal issues will be less. It was dirty and sticky. How they achieve that in such a short time in business is beyond me. The staff was not friendly nor do they even try to be restaurant staff. The food was nasty and I'll prepared. I am sad that this is even here. read more

Me and my brother were headed to Wendy's after school when he said we should try Fuzzy's. I thought it was a good idea so I turned into their empty parking lot (1 car there) and we went inside. The cashier was nice and helped us with our order as we were first timers. Our queso came very quick... However it was flavorless and tasted like some type of microwave cheese. You could get better cheese at a school concession stand. The chips came from a bag and had a season salt type of season on them but it didn't balance out the blandness of the chip. Then came our shredded chicken and cheese quesadilla and soft shell ground beef, cheese, and lettuce taco. My brother bit into the quesadilla and his face immediately dropped, I asked him what was wrong and he was like "this is disgusting and has no flavor." I laughed and tried some myself... he was not lying! The chicken had zero seasoning whatsoever and the texture reminded me of boiled chicken or something. It was hardly edible. My poor soft shell taco looked like something I could make at home. The ground beef had more flavor than the chicken but not by much. We spent most of our time slowly eating the quesadilla as to not have completely wasted our money but we could only stomach half. The chicken was so bland and greasy. All we could do was laugh as we saw each other's sad faces trying to eat the quesadilla. The person who served our food never came to check on how we were doing but I guess this is more of a self serve restaurant. We both said we would have done better by getting Taco Bell from across the street. The bathrooms and overall restaurant was pretty clean but the chef has got to get their head in the game in the kitchen. You would do better by making your own tacos, quesadillas, and queso at home or go to literally any other restaurant. This is based on Bossier City location not the others the ones in Longview and Tyler have been good. The look my wife had when she took her first bite let me know how this lunch was going to go and Deion after my face had the same look. Now if you like their margaritas you'll need them to eat this food it's beyond bad, cold, no salt in salsa, rice was left over and crunchy, potatoes cold and left over, brisket cold and left over you get the point. No Mexican place in Bossier should have any fear of losing people to Fuzzy's. That was the food the service was 2 out of 5 not unfriendly just not friendly one and done for this Fuzzy's and I won't be the only one if they don't get it together and fast. Seriously folks their is a Taco Bell across the road, it may not be any better, but it will be Hot! Food 0 out 5 Service 1.5 out of 5 Cleanliness 2 out of 5 Timing 1.5 out of 5 Overall 1.0 just skip it read more

I was so excited that Fuzzy's came to Bossier City. We loved Fuzzy's when we stumbled upon it in Colorado on vacation 2 years ago. However, this Fuzzy's is terrible. The Chicken Nachos had so much cheap cheese sauce covering it that all the chips were soggy. There was some chicken near the bottom that I ate. My husband's quesadilla were soggy as well. A waitress came by and ask how food was. I told her my Nachos were terrible. It was obvious I didn't eat much of them. A pile of nasty nachos still left unconsumed. All she said was, "I'm sorry." She didn't even try to make it right. Or, offer anything else off the menu. We won't be back. read more

One of our favorite places to go and less than 5 mins from the house. We've tried a lot of the menu but our favorites are the shredded chicken quesadilla and spicy pork quesadilla. The Fuzzy's Mango margarita is absolutely delicious. Not a fan of their queso or salsa but that is ok because I eat too much of them. Staff has always been friendly and they are always busy. read more

Would give it 0 stars if I could. This place looks good on the outside but for it to have just opened it does not get cleaned good. Customer service was good. Food itself was terrible. No seasoning whatsoever. If you eat here you might as well walk to Taco Bell and grab some sauce packs so you can actually taste some kind of flavor. Would rather eat dog food. Please bring back sues kitchen instead. Also don't call yourself a "Taco shop" when your tacos are trash and the worst thing on the menu. -one pissed off hispanic read more

Customer service is TRASH. I got called a liar twice by the cook and the manager because they made my food order wrong and I went back up there to rectify the situation, i was not given an apology. This is a ridiculous restaurant. I made an Uber Eats order and Every. Single. Item was wrong. Beans when I asked for no beans, hard shelled taco shells when I asked for soft, crumbling soggy tacos, salty beans and crunchy rice. I understand one or two mistakes especially on a holiday weekend. But who's toddler is holding down the kitchen? I will never go to this chain ever again. read more

I absolutely love the tacos here at Fuzzy's. The tacos are amazing. The queso is awesome. Everything is delicious. Went to the Fuzzy's taco and was so excited because I use to eat at the Fuzzy's in Texarkana all the time. I order the Migas. I was told that wasn't on the menu. When I showed them the item on the menu I was then told, "I don't know how to put this order in". I hate my wife spent any money at this place because it's a sorry excuse for a Fuzzy's Taco. They should definitely rethink everything from employees to being open. That was my first time going to the one here in Bossier City and they will never get any of my money again. read more

The food was fine and I would not mind eating it again. The service leaves a lot to be desired. The bartender was not friendly as we asked to sit at the bar after ordering, not realizing the bar was apparently full service and it would rob the bartender of a tip (as it was explained to us). Also, the way the food comes out is very disorganized. Servers calling out numbers, but then wandering around the restaurant with trays of food, moving table to table trying to find the food's recipient. All in all this place has potential, but overall management needs to improve to get it right. read more

I ordered beef fajita and chicken fajita tacos. Beef was ok, chicken was shredded not fajita chicken, and was super dry. My husband got the mahi taco and the beef fajita. He said his tacos were flavorless. They were out of fuzzy's rice at 1pm, not even dinner time. I got a frozen margarita, did not taste any alcohol in it and my husband got a Michelob ultra draft beer. Very disappointed, my husband was not full when we left. $32 for lunch and I get we had drinks but was not filling at all. No one even told us that we had to pick up our drinks at the bar. Self serving place. Just go to the Valero gas station close by with the Mexican place joining it, much better street tacos. read more
