The burgers are decent but the patties are small and they look huge in the picture. I would have gotten a double had I known how small they were. My kid got his plain and he thought it was just a bun until he opened it and saw the little patty. I got mine with lettuce and tomatoes so that kind of made up for it. A robot brings you your food and it drove off before we finished unloading it so I had to chase it. Not a fan of robots replacing humans in general. The guy working the counter obviously hated his job too. read more

Nice people working there. And subbing out a chocolate shake for the drink (for $2 more) was the best decision. But the double Cheeseburger was ok at best. Thin cut fries were like In-n-Out. read more

Food is great especially, the lava fries (not on the menu, but just like In N Out animal style fries (yum) the service is also amazing!

Absolute Worst Burger I've had, wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Zero out of Zero

Everything was fresh and tasted good. The chilli was particularly tasty. The place was very clean and. The service was very friendly. My only negative is I wish the burger patties were actually fresh and not a premade frozen product. I would love to pay more for a fresh patty option. But for a frozen product it was good. read more

would give it zero stars: terrible. ...............................................never again. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great burgers. The volcano fries are amazing. Give the spicy ranch chicken a try. Go inside and enjoy or get it or go. The service is friendly. But it is made to ordering. Expect an extra minute. But it's worth it. Burger joint feeling is exactly as it should be read more

Food is great. Staff are always nice. Bathrooms have been not so great every time we go. Restaurant is always very clean. I wish they had more options for drinks. read more

ms. patty (the delivery robot) slays. the actual service from the people is amazing as well, and the prices are hard to beat.

In my humble opinion: Curb appeal: There looks like a space for outdoor dining but it's not furnished. And that's too bad. I'd have sat outside. Atmosphere It was really cold. (To me) but very clean. Staffing Extremely friendly. On task and prompt. Order taken and delivered quickly. Menu Limited and kept simple. I didn't realize there were more options, until I visited the FB page. Items like the 50/50 burger, cheese sauce and jalapeño tater tots were found there. Taste and Value Personally I found t he hamburger (2.60) to have too much bun and not enough sauce. Needed salt and pepper. I'd have preferred it to have pickle and onion. I'll know better next time. The FF were well seasoned and great. Serving size was jumbo. For $2.20 - $5.45 total. read more

Those Taco Salad Bowls ! I stopped being a customer at "T-he Bell" when they removed this from their own menu. Dumb. I come here just for it! But those burgers and fries... Yum! Service is kind; and the price is not bad at all. read more

Thursday 12/15/23 we got 2 shakes and a order of fries. The fries were perfectly cooked and seasoned. They are small cut thin fries like an upscale version of McDonalds or Wendy's fries but cooked waaaaay better. I tried the toasted marshmallow shake and my bf tried the Oreo shake. The Oreo shake was sooo good and well blended. In comparison it was better that chick-fil-a's oreo shake. The toasted marshmallow didn't really taste like marshmallows at all tbh. It just tasted like regular vanilla to me and to my bf. Maybe they forgot to add it? Overall I would go back for the fries and Oreo shake! read more

Food is great, but it says on Apple Maps that they accept contactless payments. I drove 45 minutes round trip just to not be able to get my food cause I left my wallet and they apparently do not accept Apple Pay I would still recommend but make sure you have your wallet lol. read more

Excellent and kind service, great food and portion for price, local business that needs more love!

My wife and I just did drive-thru and tried the taco salad. Oh my goodness, it was amazing. I guess we were so hungry we didn't think of taking a picture. We highly recommend it! read more

Their menu is small... BUT you need to know about the secret menu from their Facebook page. People say the burgers are small... but have you asked for a 4-shack stack (4 patties with 4 cheese)? Or a 5? I'm done at 3 to be honest. If you're keto or gluten avoidant you can get the burger as a lettuce wrap too. Also their fries are delicious BUT for $0.89 more you can ask for "Lava fries" and get them totally smothered under buttery grilled onions, special sauce and melted American Cheese. I dream about these fries. Seriously yummy. Lastly again from their secret menu they have milk shakes. The rootbeer tastes like a float. The butter pecan tastes like vanilla with a fun twist. Worth it!!! read more

The hamburger was smaller than the buns, fries weren't too good. Might try again soon.

Food was great and a good price. Very clean and courteous service. Definitely will be back

Love the double cheeseburger. Fries are really good too. Chili fries are yummy. Service is good very friendly. Prices are very reasonable.

Awesome burgers and great fries. The whole staff is friendly and helpful. If you're unsure about what to order, they will gladly help you out. There is also a 'secret' menu online if you go to their website. The robot that will bring you your food if you dine in makes it fun for your kids (if you have any :) ) read more

Food is fresh, fries always spiced well. 50/50 burger is half beef, half bacon..w their house sauce is a good burger. Owner is nice and the robot that brings your food to your table is a great touch. :) read more

Burgers are good. Fries are big portions and tasty. My son loved the little robot that deli eres the food. Had a burger meal and strawberry lemonade. Was good. Not the best burger in town, but not the worst either. read more

My wife and I eat Keto. The lettuce wraps were great! The patties are thin so just order more as per their "secret Facebook menu" about which others have commented. I also had a hot dog with chili. Very delicious. The place was clean, the service was excellent, the food was tasty, and the price was reasonable. Will not hesitate to return! read more

Burgers are small but good. And my son enjoyed Patty robot bringing us our food. Fast service and very clean.

Went there this past Friday with fellow co-worker for lunch. I've seen good reviews for Patty Shack and I can see why. Just good food and simple menu. The burgers were the best I've had in awhile. The fries were hot and seasoned with salt/pepper. All served by a friendly robot. They have an all beef chili dog and I try that after work. Great dog and the chili was very good. You need to try this place. Great service and food quality. read more

My first st burger in 2023! And I'm so glad I decided to try this place I kept passing on my way to work! Not only was the customer service great, the fries are seasoned perfectly, it was nonstop my morning munching to the bottom of the bag. I had to remind myself there was a tasty beverage and a burger awaiting. I can eat fries while driving, so I did! Then before heading inside the office, I took out the burger. It's was made to my Specifications, I choose no special sauce but mustard instead, was double wrapped, was still warm and it wasn't messy, not overloaded with lettuce. The bun was tasty and Firm it didn't fall apart. The tomatoes were just right. The patty tastes perfect and it wasn't dried out! When I left the drive thou, the CSR said, "see you next time " well she knew I'd be back cause she knows what they are providing there and YES! I will be back! read more

I had the western burger and fries with sauce and cheese and onion. Fries were awesome. The burger was a complete let down... hear me out. There was no picture of it, so I was going off the description of the sweet girl that was working. I heard there was spice and bacon and bacon mixed in with the burger patty. I assumed that lettuce and tomato came standard. It didn't. Also, it had some kind of barbecue sauce that was sweeter than a south eastern McDonald's sweet tea. So, the place was clean and quaint. I'd go back, but I'd stay away from the western burger. read more

I really like everything about this place the food is good. The burger is my style. Thin patty and it's crispy, but everything is good read more

This place is amazing!! Make sure you come support them and keep them in business!! Best burgers I've had around Shreveport/Bossier hands down, and not pricey. Right now they are drive thru only because of COVID, but don't let that steer you away. Like others have posted, their menu is limited, but take the time to check out their "secret" menu on Facebook. I had a "50/50" burger (bacon in the meat) topped with chili and cheese. Absolutely awesome!! read more

Like a phoenix rising from the ashes of the old Carl's Jr, Patty Shack had the most pleasant sounding clerks of any business I've been to in a while. Their burgers are closer in size to White Castle than whataburger, unfortunately, but they taste great and their fries are bomb. read more

I'm giving 4 stars because the burgers are very good for a fast food burger. However every time I try and go there the inside is closed even though the drive through is open. They have a robot for food delivery and I hate drive throughs. But overall the burger is good. read more

Patty Shack - Menu - Hot Dogs Near Me - Bossier City, Louisiana

Possibly the best burger in the Shreveport / Bossier area! I found the single burgers to be just about the size that ordering two is the way to go if you're hungry. The double burger is just right! Fresh vegetables and condiments really set these guys apart. Burger patties are moist and tender, never dry, tough, or overcooked. Burgers come wrapped in paper, and then tucked into foil pouches, the way they're served at Sonic. The fries are thinner, similar in size and texture to McDonald's or Whataburger fries, and they're cooked and seasoned to perfection. You will not need to re-season at home! The hot dogs are amazing! Large dog, small, toasted bun, great flavor, and cooked perfectly. The fountain drinks are correctly carbonated, never flat or bitter, and they're served in large, generously-sized cups. No running out of drink before you've finished your meal here! Larger to-go orders are served in a big box, so everything stays nice and hot! You don't have to worry about your food falling through a greasy fast food bag. The staff is friendly and polite, and the drive-thru line moves swiftly. Prices are not high at all, considering the quality of food you're served. The menu is small, but what they do, they do very, very well! Do yourself a flavor, and try them out today; you won't be disappointed! read more

This place is so underrated!! If you want really good burgers and fries come here! Got my burger all the way with fry sauce on my fries. *chef kiss* the churros are damn good too.
