My husband came to the drive thru at 9:30 and was advised they were out of chicken nuggets, and that they closed at 10. He still had 30 minutes and they reminded him multiple times they were closing in THIRTY minutes.. and acted like he was a burden for ordering. The food was cold, it took 30 minutes to get his order anyway and they didnt include any of the sauce he asked for. If they dont want to make food between 9:30 and 10 they should just close at 9:30. I ordered a "taste of KFC 4-piece deal" with 2 biscuits and got 3 pieces of chicken and 1 biscuit. It was delivered by Uber Eats, but the Famous Bowls we ordered had hardly any chicken in them, either, so I doubt Uber was the problem. $30 is a lot for me to spend on dinner at the moment, so this is especially disappointing! read more

Do not go here they are incompetent bullies. I ordered on the KFC app and when my 17 year old daughter went to pick it up they said they didn't have any food for the order. She asked what they were missing could it just be substituted because it was marked ready for pickup on the app. The men there said nope they can't substitute they have no food for the order and she has to cancel it on app. But they marked it ready for pickup so there was no way to cancel it. Not gonna lie, mopping with DIRTY mop water is really disgusting. And no, they didn't even start mopping. It smelled like crap all around and the female bathroom smelled disgusting. There was random stuff on the floors and around the doors there was dirt or mold?? The cleanest thing in there, was the damn toilet. So I've been visiting the KFC on Robinson Street several times a week and while the food is good (excellent)' anywhere from 6 to 8 or 9 p.m., when meeting people who eat late go for dinner, they don't have anything ready. Personally I like extra crispy chicken and they never ever ever have it. The offer to put it in for you but it's like 20 minutes. KFC should always be fully stocked with all the chicken and that's a fact and I'm very disappointed. you shouldn't have to go in there and be battling with other customers for the one or two breasts that they have left of any kind. The chicken was cold and very small pieces we wanted all dark but they gave us 3 small wings no meat and 3 breast's along with tiny drums and a couple thighs hardly any meat mostly bones . Went to KFC on Nov 18 @ 4:12 pm and ordered the 20 fill-up and the chicken and waffles combo and only received the fill-up. When I called the store and asked for the manager she said that was here I told her everything that happens and the cashier handed me the bag and said have a good night, so I gathered my entire order was ready. If they had common sense they should have said we are waiting for the rest of your order. This isn't the first time they forget something but it sure will be the last. read more

I have never had a good experience at this store. My trip today will be my last trip to this location. On trips in the past they have not had menu items in stock, not put everything we ordered in the bag and we had to go back, or had us waiting in the drive through for up to 15 minutes. This trip I had placed an order online for pickup at 4pm, I placed the order about 20 minutes beforehand, around 3:40 pm. I arrived at KFC at 4 pm and went through the drive through window, I have a pickup order ! I said. They told me to go in the lobby and pick it up, whatever that's fine, not sure why they couldn't hand it out to me in the drive through but maybe it's policy. I go in and wait for a minute or two at the counter before I'm acknowledged. Once they ask how they can help me, I say I have a pick up order that is supposed to be ready at 4, I'm told we're waiting on the french fries and it will be a minute or two. Okay whatever, I sit down and wait. It gets pretty busy and around 4:10 there are about me and five other customers all waiting around for french fries. I realize that everyone who ordered after me was given fries and had their orders completed. I go up and ask about my pickup order, "Oh your fries have two more minutes left", now it's like wtf, the reason to order online is to skip the line and have your order ready when you get there. It's 4:18 by time my fries are ready, I have to ask to get my soda cups that came with the combos I got. I check the bag and there's no side of coleslaw I ordered. I'm finally gone after 20+ minutes of waiting and horrible service. They never have everything on the order, they never get orders ready in a timely manner and many times they don't have what you want to order from the new menu items. I'm am not sure how to explain KFC? Guess you can say I pass by this Chain Restaurant every day from Work. it's nice the Q28 Bus Stop is on the same sidewalk. The Food and Side dishes are simply amazing.Nevers disappoints me... I love the Chicken.. I went there tonight for dinner. It will be a long time before I go back as well. I have never seen such a disorganized,chaotic mess. They had no dark meat,original dinners. All they had was extra crispy, dark pieces, so I said fine. Then they said it would be 9 min before it would be ready and it was at least 20 min. They lady behind me, had her order messed up. The manager was yelling at the workers in the back. Definitely not a way to run a business. In order to post this I have to leave at least a one star rating but believe me it doesn't deserve it. read more
