Three times in the past 6 months I have experienced issues at this facility with employees who could not perform there jobs effectively or even close to being efficient. I personally would not stop at this McDonald's ever again until management can address such issues as rude employees, extremely long waits for food both inside but especially in the drive up. I waited 10 minutes this afternoon in the drive up to place an order I never received due to many vehicles waiting also for food off to the side after the second window. This facility gives our community a very poor reputation when travelers stop off a major interstate highway to get a coffee or food. Imagine the stories we send off...... If it were possible to give a zero star review, I would based on our most recent experience at this McDonald's. We are local to Binghamton, so we have had negative experiences at this location in regards to long wait times, sub-par food, etc., but tonight's visit takes the cake. I placed a mobile order through the app, and when we arrived at the restaurant, we were the only customers in the drive thru line yet were STILL asked to pull forward to the stop sign and wait for our order. After waiting at least 10 minutes, a very rude worker came out with the incorrect order and called my husband an ass when he told her it couldn't be our order (we ordered 3 meals, and she was handing him one tiny bag of food and no drinks). A few minutes later, he went into the building to see what the hold up was, and the same worker proceeded to get into an actual argument with him in front of other customers. He informed her that it was the worst McDonald's he had ever been to, and she proceeded to yell "Then, don't fucking come back!" Speed of Service: 1 Star Every time I come here the wait time is incredibly long even if they are not busy. While I was waiting just to get to the box and order 3 cars in front of me pulled off. (They were tired of waiting too) Employee Attitudes: 0 They take 5-10 minutes at times to acknowledge you at the order box and the level of RUDE that employees give off is probably the worst I have seen in quite some time. Been here twice in the past 3 weeks. The first time my burger wasn't cooked and it took almost 15 mins to make a new one. My families orders were not done as ordered but they ate them. This place gets overwhelmed easily and the first to suffer are the customers who walk in and order. The second are the drive through customers. We waited over a half an hour for our nuggets. We finally asked for our money back. It took them 10 minutes to do that. While we were waiting there was a parade of drive through customers walking in demanding their food. Rachel, the manager, is rude and abrupt with the customers. The entire staff needs to be retrained. Avoid this one, unless you got an hour or so to kill. read more

****Stay well clear of this filthy establishment**** I'm staying in a Motel 2 doors down from the McDonalds where I purchased this meal. I just wanted to grab a quick meal after a long day. The Double Filet-O-Fish was chalky and actually broke up into square chunks after the first bite. The Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese was absolutely tasteless. Last but not least, I had to run-in to use the bathroom, which was very dirty, replete with baby black flies....the baby black flies were also quite present throughout the restaurant. The women's bathroom left stall has been out for days. The apparent overflow toilet has overflow debris on the floor still. Not one person has mopped the floor!!! Absolutely no toilet paper in either stall and when they finally did ADD some it was in the non-working, non cleaned stall. This should be reported to the health department because it is a gross health code violation. If this is how you clean your bathrooms, I'm not sure it's safe to eat your food. What can you expect out of a highway rest stop McDOnald's? Clean restroom check, clean restaurant check. Frienly and wuick service and ample seating area, check. Food was hot and has been made on the spot. We also had the mighty wings which took 5 minutes to prepare and arrives very hot and juicy. Overall this one is a good place to stop in my book. Only thing they lack is their premium menu items such as Angus burger and the rest. read more

My friend and I waited almost 20 minutes for our shitty meals! The fries tasted like burn oil, and my chicken tenders were 90% breading, 10% chewy chicken, and 100% unappetizing.
