I've been going to the Court Street McDonald's since it opened--back when it actually functioned like a fast-food restaurant. On my last visit, I waited 20 minutes just to place my order. After ordering, I was told to pull into a parking spot, where I waited another 20 minutes for my food. The place wasn't even busy. When my order finally arrived, it was completely wrong. I told the employee, who went inside to fix it, only to come back and say, "The manager says you have to go re-order." Seriously? That would've meant another 40-minute wait. So, I went inside to deal with it, and the manager couldn't have cared less--just a complete punk. More cars leave the drive-thru than actually stay to order because the wait times are so ridiculous. And this isn't just a one-time issue--it happens more than half the time I go there. So, goodbye, Court Street McDonald's. I'm done. I even called the helpline to get the manager's name to file a complaint, but of course, no one ever called me back. Now, I just go to Burger King a couple of spots away. It's just as good, cheaper, the staff is friendly, and I've never waited more than two minutes. It's mind-blowing how poorly this McDonald's is run. read more

The owner of both the Main St and Court St locations should have his franchises taken away from them. They are not fit to run a business. The food was absolutely terrible, service took 20+ minutes for two burgers and a fry. Staff was very rude, the lady packaging The food into the bags WASNT WEARING GLOVES. finger in cups and touching loose fries in the container aswell. Had an encounter with a young rude Mcdonald supposedly supervisor or manager, He feels he can speak rude and be a sassy ass, I came with a free meal card that was given to me by a Mcdonald higher exec. And he felt the need to question where I got it from, and by the way he only has this position as A GM because his mom is a big Executive with Mcdonald, when I've been at this place many times, met many respectful supervisors and/or Managers, he ststaes' in his sassy Girl Voice " IF YOU WANT SOMETHING FREE I GUESS YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT THEN" After he calls his mommy to ask about the card. For years now (well before pandemic), this store has gone out of their way to give the worst customer service! Like all other McD's, this store has the horrible, intentionally difficult menu that hides prices; slowly cycles through only one price at a time (either S, M, or L). Not sure why that type of BS is even legal. I understand McD's shameful push to get people to enter their own order into the kiosk. (1) It's free labor. (2) Studies show people order more food when they use kiosk. But this store has literally refused to take my order. Telling me, in so many words, "F#@k you! Go do it yourself." Horrible! I will say first and foremost, that this location is pretty decent. I go here on a near regular basis (which is about 6 times a month). The drive through service is near superb. Though, there was one instance where the person who was supposed to give me my food got argumentive with me and it eventually turned into a yelling war. In the end, I did get my food and just left (from what I heard, she got fired shortly after). But overall, drive-through is great. Inside is a bit of a lesser experience. The food takes a pretty long time and half the time, the Credit Card thingy doesn't work. The food itself is pretty run-of-the-mill McDonald's stuff, albeit with just slightly lower quality than usual. It's not entirely noticable though. But you have to kind of immerse yourself in the food and taste itself to find it. The cleanliness of the interior is decent. On occasion, you will find some dirty napkins or leftover fries on the seat or something similar. The staff themselves are relatively nice (with the exception of the aforementioned drive-through person). This location deserves a pretty solid 3 Stars. Pros: Good Food Great Drive-Through Decent Interior Cleanliness Cons: Long Indoor Waiting Times Slightly Lower Food Quality Payment Issues with Credit Card Overall, I will recommend this to someone looking for a fast bite on their way to somewhere or to someone on a road trip or whatnot in the area. read more

I have never been so disappointed whilst going to a McDonald's. I ordered my favorite beverage: a strawberry-banana smoothie, and took advantage of the "$2 small McCafe" deal. I never thought the beverage would be so underwhelming. It was only filled halfway to the top and the rest was my 40 cent whipped cream. And that didn't even fill it all the way to the top. Then, after I eat my chicken nuggets, I look and see 1 nugget left. It was about the size of my pinky nail. I was in utter disbelief of how this could happen at a place I used to trust. Just a tip- don't say "we are running short" on the stock and just get the customer a refund. :( read more
