We never caught her name, but she had just bought tickets to see Shinedown and was so excited about it, which made the interaction even more memorable. During my visit Stan was professional, kind and it made an impressive he announced his name while speaking to him through the drive thru menu. He was also clear to hear in the speaker at drive thru. There also happen to be some card reader issue during my visit, but Stan communicated what was going on. I love how he kept me in the loop and didn't leave me hanging.
