Came in with my octogenarian grandparents. Person making the sandwiches made no effort to project her voice, made no effort to explain anything when asked, just listed options once quietly and didn't repeat herself when it was clear they hadn't heard all the options. She showed no basic friendliness and seemed impatient even though we were the only customers waiting. It would have taken very little extra effort to help elderly customers shop with dignity, but it was apparently too much effort for the server to find worthwhile. Food was decent. read more

Hands down, the most welcoming subway location I've ever been to! On top of that, some of the best Italian herbs and cheese bread. I travel for work, and have been to subways all over the US. I love subway, but the people at this location elevated the experience above any other location. read more

Azriel is doing a great job. It was way too busy for one person she was very quick and care enough to make sure our stuff was made well. This is one of the better subs I have had and she was one of the fastest people I have seen at subway also was pleasant and friendly. I made sure I read her name so I could specify mention that she is doing great. I hope whoever is in charge here is paying attention to the fact that out 2/3 of the good reviews are about her cause she is the one making this place read more

This subway.. for me to leave a review on subway, takes a lot, but the gentleman working in subway were so unprofessional. They continuously talked about wanting to quit their job, mentioned how awful their boss was and made me extremely uncomfortable. I know a Yelp review on subway won't go far, but man was this was bad enough for me to leave one. They messed up 2 of my 3 sandwiches and also refused to make a different ones for the ones they screwed up, and repeatedly interrupted me as I was ordering, awful experience. I sent somebody to pick up sandwiches for a few employees and The people she dealt with were nothing short of awful and disrespectful. They argued while making the sandwiches and would not correct any mistakes they made. She asked them to remake a sandwich they made which they accidentally put something on that I was allergic to and refused to remake it. On top of that at the end of the encounter they made her extremely uncomfortable. read more

Stopped in on 8/1, a busy Saturday afternoon, and the team did an awesome job. I saw no less than 40 people go through the line during the time we were there and and 25 more in the dining area, and they kept the line moving. The bread was fresh, line was clean and veggies were stocked. There were a few stray napkins and bits of trash in the dining area, but that's not the staff's fault, that's the fault of lazy rude patrons. read more

Subway is one of my favorite restaurants and I'm always impressed by their service but after my experience at this Subway, I'm very disappointed. We stopped here on our way up to the cabin and the woman behind the counter was extremely rude and unresponsive. Her name was Dori and possibly she was just having a bad day, but leave the attitude at home. She was very slow and kept checking the clock, I'm assuming because she wanted to leave. She also was wiping her sweat from her forehead and the snot from her nose with the hand she was making our sandwiches with. Will NOT be going back to this Subway. read more
