Went there on a Wednesday night. This was before March Madness started, so not all that busy. Service was great, food came out fast. The problem was the quality of the food. I had the combo of boneless and regular wings. The boneless were pretty small, more like chicken nuggets. The wings had hardly any sauce on them. Not the first time this has happened, although it was another location. Why skimp on the sauce? I didn't raise the issue with the waitress because I was just there to visit with my daughter. Sat in bar about 9:30 on a weekday evening in late May. I was well taken care of by Elizabeth who hustled and appeared to do a great job with everyone in the bar area. She stopped by a couple of times, was courteous and smiled with every visit to the table. I ordered the Southern Crispy Chicken sandwich (sans cole slaw) and chips/salsa vs. the standard fries. The bun was room temp (a bit of time on some heat would be nice...like the way Southern cooks would do it) and the cheese was room temp. Was it supposed to be melted on? Anyway, my peeve is a staff closing down a room well before closing time. In my case, the other servers hashed out who would be helping and pulled out a mat from what appeared to be a service area. It sat there, 5 feet from my seat...french fries and all for more than 30 minutes. Look, I understand the need to trim staff but more than 2 hours before closing I had to watch/listen to them debate then pull out floor a mat. All completely hard, as if they had been cooked for quite some time and put in the grease several times. We made an order of 50 wings and they were cold. The only real criticism I have is that the musician get too loud, which makes it difficult to have any reasonable conversation. And, it's s number when they only offer sports trivia...
