Super Pissed!!!!! This is what they call crispy, this is what I call half done. It's partially my fault as I ignored all the signs of a bad experience. First I saw a coupon for KFC and started to throw it away but I decided to try it after not eating it for a couple of years. I ended up leaving home without the coupon but was passing by this location. Again my first mind said check Yelp but I was pretty much already there so I went in blindly hoping for the best. I walked in the dining room was empty and I didn't smell chicken cooking all the components for unpleasant experience but I ordered a crispy breast carry out. We had not been to KFC in a few years. So now I remember why. What a train wreck, I should have seen the signs....The Kid talking the order at the drive through had no idea what was suppose to come in the orders. We should not have to say dont we get this and that. After having a discussion about sauces, and they forgot them completely...Issue #1. Forgot our Cole slaw...#2, the big boxes have cole slaw and one other side, how do you forget that. And I got gross cold fries, truly discussing which I did not order...Issue #3. Plus we were suppose to get biscuits. ...Issue #4 What a waste of money, I will never go back to any KFC again. I feel robbed, we didn't get what we paid for. Had a taste for some fried chicken. So I came here for lunch today. One of the worst decisions I've made for lunch in a long time. The chicken was the greasiest, undercooked and most disgusting thing I've had ever from any fast food place. The coleslaw tasted AND smelled like it was left out over night. I've said enough. This has to be the worst chicken restaurant! The pieces of chicken tenders were tiny, overcooked, dried out....awful!! The "bowl" was equally disgusting and more like a soup bowl because of so much gravy and not much of anything else. Again tiny, overcooked chicken pieces in it. Even the biscuits are tiny now...and also overcooked and dried out. NEVER again! Back to Raising Canes or Chick-fil-a. The 5 pc. chicken tender dinner was $12.39 before tax and the bowl was $5.79. They also forgot my taco bell burrito when I went thru the drive-thru (they did charge me) and when I went in they never even apologized and when I asked them about the size of the chx tenders they said "yes, they knew they were really small now but nothing they could do because that's just the way they came to them." Every time I go this place they never have enough chicken. Went there the other night and wanted Original flavor. They of course did not have it so I took the extra crispy. They must have a new definition for extra crispy because when I got home my family could not chew it. So had it could break your teeth. We threw away the entire order. Horrible customer service! The kid in the drive thru was beyond rude and even packed the wrong food. Got home and we didn't even have close to the correct food. Called the place and the manager was even worst and made the kids rudeness seem like a walk in the park. She ended up taking our name and hanging up on us. I come here a lot. It's on my way home and one of the few things in the way. They've taken out the Pizza Hut though which is a real bummer. Why would they do such a thing? It was pretty awesome to be able to order at all three whenever I went there. Don't think I've ever been inside so can't comment on that, but would have to agree with an earlier review where they do mess up a lot. My most recent visit I got a mexican pizza. It was really poorly made. Another time I ordered a KFC value meal and the biscuit had no taste what so ever. Potato wedges were delicious though. Give or take, place is fine. Pizza Hut has been gone from this location 3+ years now. Taco Bell & KFC food is good. However, the orders are usually incorrect at first and the service is very slow most of the time. I will compliment the summer college help they have. The cashier Rebekka is cheerful, fun and upbeat, always smiling and wanting to provide the best customer service possible, no matter what. I went there after work to buy a family meal. I gave him a coupon at the window and he started yelling at me. He was so rude. He got mad because with the coupon it includes 2 mash potatoes and 1 coleslaw. I ordered macaroni instead of the extra potatoes. He told me next time tell me at the speaker so that you can get a discount because you can't use this with macaroni. Ok he didn't have to be a jerk about it. All I said was OKAAAYYYY. Stopped by to get a 2 pc. extra crispy Meal. The 2 pcs. consisted of a breast, a wing, mashed potatoes and coleslaw. The wing was not editable. All breading and no meat. When you ask for two pieces you would expect to get two real pieces of chicken. I'm surprised that they didn't just put two wing in the bag and said well you asked for two pieces so we fulfilled our obligation. The mashed potatoes were ok, but the coleslaw tasted like it was sitting around for quite a while. Kind of dry. Maybe because it was 8pm, they didn't feel like cooking anything fresh. I placed my online order and pre paid the other night. I expected there to be a wait given the circumstances with COVID, but I never expected these issues I faced. When I pulled up, they did not have any chicken breasts for my order. This confused me due to the fact that they are a place that only sells chicken. I was told that they would be closing soon and they really did not want to make more chicken for my order. It was 5:30 and they close at 7....more than an hour before closing. So I decided to wait for them to make me my order that I, again, pre paid for, and they said it would be a 15 minute wait, but 40 minutes had passed. I had called them to see what they were doing in there, and no one answered. Right after I hung up, someone conveniently came outside with my order, which was wrong! This is the third time we visit this same restaurant and we have the same issue, how exactly does a chicken restaurant never has chicken? We ordered a doublelicious and they didn't have the chicken for it, same happened twice before, so we we ordered the chicken wings and they didn't have those either, at that time I asked to speak to manager, and I guess in good KFC tradition they didn't have one of those either, so to make things better I get Major attitude from one of the employes, at this point we are not irritated with just the restaurant but with the whole KFC chain, obviously there is a very high lack of management. read more

I have never written a review on anything. We have lived in bartlett for 9 years. Never went to this KFC. Terrible experience. We stopped in and ordered a 8 piece meal. At the time there was only 1 additional customer in the store. We waited for our crispy chicken for 7 minutes. Which is fine. The other order was for crispy chicken also. We got home and had 4 pieces of chicken and 8 biscuits. The order was 8 pieces of chicken 2 orders of potatoes and 4 biscuits. I called the restaurant and asked for the manager. Explained to her we did not get the correct order. She said she packed it herself and hung up on me. Yes, I did say she hung up on me. I tried calling back and they did not answer the phone. I got to the drive-thru at 10:50pm, and I noticed employees inside that had noticed I had pulled up and then quickly hid. Please reconsider your staff. Use to go there couple times a week on way home. Every time I go The people preparing food don't wear gloves. I complained about 5 times.
