This is a great local bbq restaurant in the town of Atmore, Al. We stopped in for lunch and found…read morethe customer service very helpful and kind and the food delicious. We enjoyed a ribs dinner which comes with two sides, and we chose, pictured below, yams and Mac and cheese (12.99). The sauce was really good and the rib meat literally fell off the bone. It came with two pieces of bread. We also got a beef sandwich (6.97), which was truly packed with beef. It wasn't a very long wait and the customers were coming in and out consistently on an off time Saturday afternoon, showing the locals love it. I was also thankful they share their Christian faith right on the wall of the restaurant. Five stars.

Just stopped by here down to the beach. And I knew I had to see what the Popeyes Chicken Sandwich…read morehype was all about. Wow! I'm in love. For $4, you can get a thick, juicy, and crispy chicken sandwich that is made fresh to order. I tried both the classic and the spicy and both were perfect. The flavors were great! The breading on the chicken was thinner than CFA's, which made it more crispy and delicious. The chicken was moist and biting into it was like slicing a stick of butter that is room-temperature. I tried the green beans as the side, which was meh because it was just covered with gravy. But besides that, the Popeyes Chicken Sandwich beats CFA in a heartbeat.
