One constructive thought about the veggie wrap: This would be easier to eat if the eggplant was cut into strips or cubes instead of staying as large slices. Or, having portabella mushrooms instead of all that eggplant might be more successful as well. I'd pay an extra dollar or two for that. :) The baked ziti was more flavorful this time.
