I have not been to the restaurant itself, but I have ordered CM Chicken from DoorDash multiple times. So far, everything has always been good: the delivery is on time, the food is hot, and the order is accurate. I like the tikku garlic soy and original garlic spicy chicken. The seasonings are so flavorful, and the chicken is so crispy and juicy. The original garlic spicy is pretty spicy, so be careful if you have low spice tolerance. If you really like onions (I do not), go for the snow onion or green onion chicken. If you like gizzards or are adventurous, the fried gizzards are so flavorful and good. Add some pickled radish to cleanse your palette and balance the flavors - it really helps on cutting the heat if you are eating something spicy. Korean fried chicken is a bit of a splurge, but it is so good and so worth it. The chicken has plenty of meat, and you get a decent amount of food. Once you have Korean fried chicken, you may not want to go back to American fried chicken because the crispiness and flavor cannot be beaten. read more

Had lunch with a friend here today! I used to come here quite often in the year after they opened, but had stopped since I had heard the quality had dipped. Today was an excuse to check in on my old haunt and see how things were going. Ordering was fast, and the food came out quickly to our table. I ordered the garlic soy sandwich, and my friend got the tacos. Honestly the chicken quality is great here-- crunchy, moist, not too saucy, and not overpoweringly flavorful as some other places are. I cleaned that plate and ended very satisfied. There are quite a few tables around for small and large groups. We did a collage tour at Drexel, and my wife, that saw the sign as we were walking to Drexel felt like fried chicken. Def a no thrills type of place, you order at a counter, then sit in a casual seating area for the food to arrive. You can definitely tell that the chicken is prepared to order, as it's not a quick process, but it was def worth the wait! We ordered the whole chicken in soy garlic, and asked for the red hot sauce on the side (I am the spicy eater). As well as an order of Tteokbokki. The chicken is def in the headliner, it was crispy, succulent, and most importantly delicious. In hind sight the extra sauce was not required, as the soy garlic had enough of umph that I hardly used an of the hot version. Fantastic chicken! Super flavorful, crispy, and moist. We were so excited to eat it that I forgot to take a photo of them. We got the spicy garlic and boy was it spicy! Delicious chicken with huge portions! Pro tip, tell them that you write Yelp reviews and they'll give you a free specialty drink! Each of us came starving, got either a half chicken or the tenders, and we all went home with takeout boxes. I read a number of reviews that said the chicken was mostly breading and very little meat, but we all felt that there was a good ratio of breading to lots of meat. I got the green onion tenders with soy garlic sauce. I have a terrible spice tolerance so I wanted something not spicy, but these still had a slight kick. It wasn't too bad (even for my weak taste!) but a kid with no spice tolerance would not want to eat it. I love green onion, but the way that they're sliced makes the onions a little hard to eat, so be prepared to feel slightly stupid trying to maneuver the long strands into your mouth. I was recently here and had the garlic soy wings and my husband had half a chicken topped with green onions and lemon wasabi sauce. The batter was light and the garlic soy sauce on the wings was fantastic. I wasn't a huge fan of the lemon wasabi but my husband enjoyed it. I did not know this originally but for his order, only the green onions were tossed in sauce while the chicken underneath was served plain. Even though we dined in and ate the food right after it was served some parts of the soy garlic wings had already lost its crunchiness possibly from the steam and/or sauce. I didn't give a higher score even though I thought the garlic soy wings were pretty solid overall because towards the end of the meal there were 1-2 pieces of chicken that just tasted really off as though it was past due. Delicious fried chicken! I recently went here to get the tikku chicken to go. The ambiance is plain but plenty of seating. Given the spiciness of the wings, I wish the store had pitchers of water available for customers if needed. I got my chicken within the promised 15 minutes and absolutely loved it. I got a take out of the Tikku style garlic soy - these chicken wings/drumsticks are fried then baked in a charcoal oven for "extra crisp and crunch". I kept mumbling "wow" each time I take a bite into this amazing chicken. The one downside is the KFC does not come with side dishes of pickled daikon with is commonly a complimentary side dish. I ordered two separately. I would highly recommend since they are only $1 per cup. The pickled daikon really helps cleanse your palate and cuts the grease of the chicken. Inconsistency is this places biggest issue. The first time I ate here everything was phenomenal. This place is super pricey. $15 for 9 wing dings and $5 for curly fries and the portion is small. They also charge $15 for half a chicken that's supposedly 7-8 pieces of chicken. But the time I ordered it it was a mess. It seemed like the cut the thigh and the breast in half. It definitely wasn't 7-8 pieces and wasn't worth $15. Original garlic spicy is my favorite sauce, sweet, spicy, garlicky and flavorful. I always get the sauce on the side as the chicken gets soggy especially if getting for delivery or traveling home with it. I've worked at a Korean place for years and so I'm a snob when it comes to kfc ( Korean fried chicken). Their garlic soy sauce was terrible. Very salty Too much soy sauce not enough garlic or ginger. The original red hot pepper sauce was also pretty bad. It tasted like straight gochujang out the container like the did nothing and added nothing to it. The fries sometimes come dried out. We got the Snow Onion curry flavor and Red Hot Tikku in boneless, and original wings/drums. The Snow Onion is a classic sweet/salty combo that reminds me a lot of the wacky flavor combinations I had overseas, but the "curry" was a little sprinkle on the top, so I wondered if it was worth offering the option. The Tikku was, well, hot! Very hot. If you're into hot chip challenges and willing to brave it, er, exiting, then it's worth it. It has that yummy yangnyeom flavor despite its intensity. And of course the original chicken was bomb. We also got fries, and my only real criticism is the portion is pretty small considering the huge chicken portions.
