Another project with Keystone Mechanical and again great execution! My parents' furnace broke down again, this time it was the main board. Juan was able to locate the part (even though it's an older model) and fixed the issue. Thank you!! Kirill read more

This is the second time I've used them and I still highly recommend. I feel like it's difficult to find someone in this type of business who is both responsive and trustworthy and Juan and his team have had both for me in two services over a few years. I'll recommend them to anyone who asks and will use them again if I need them, which I'd bet I will. read more

I have been relying on Keystone Mechanical for several years. This time is emergency. The air condition's capacitor suddenly failed when the weather is extremely hot. Keystone replied my service request quickly and came to replace the capacitor at the same day. Juan did a great job for us. He is a responsible person. read more

Very prompt response and diagnosis. Part was failing and fortunately the unit it operated until a replacement part could be installed.

I had an issue with my furnace that caused it to shut down after 10minutes of starting up. I reached out to keystone mechanical and got an appointment the very same day(it was a weekday). The technicians came took a thorough look and correctly identified that the cause of the issue was that some of the vents were closed and that was preventing proper air flow resulting in the furnace over heating (and automatically shutting down as a precaution). I am so glad the technicians were patient and thorough in their diagnosis. Highly recommended. read more

Quick response and was able to get my outdoor fan for my HVAC system running again. Nice job maintaining the unit, new cables, cleaned debris and even added some rodent barrier to protect the cables. Pricing was reasonable for the effort. Will definitely bring Keystone back for next maintenance. read more

I used this place because of my excellent experience a few years ago. After diagnosing the problem of my heater they never got back on a quote on repair or new installation and no response to email or yelp queries either - like they just blocked me out. I was weirded out and disappointed. read more

Our mini split was not working and Juan was just amazing. Even before coming out, he gave me tips on what I could try to resolve the issue myself. When he came here, he was punctual and quickly diagnosed the issue and was extremely reasonable in his charges. Overall a very honest transaction and i highly recommend this business!!! read more

Great service experience. I had clogged ac drip pipe and called Juan. Prompt scheduling, detailed service and some pointers for future need. Overall, awesome experience with Juan. read more

I wish I can give negative star. I paid for diagnostic test yet the technician only did 5 minutes test and told me to buy a new HVAC with them for $6,000. Today, I paid the same diagnostic test price with another company, he spent one hour testing furnace, thermostat and the HVAC unit. He showed me that Keystone technician didn't connect the compressor cable. He also found out the issue. Turned out, one of the pipe was broken. He fixed it and my HVAC is running cool. If I didn't get second advice from another company, I would have wasted $6,000 with Keystone for the wrong advice and incorrect diagnostic. read more

Great and honest service by Juan. He came out the same day for diagnostics and provided me a verbal Estimate. His wife Gabriela followed up with an email quote later. The new compressor part itself was delayed by 2 weeks (not their fault) but Gabriela provided constant communication and proactive updates which I appreciate. After part was finally confirmed arrived she scheduled Juan to come out to service my AC the next day. It works great and just in time for the weekend summer heat! read more

Super professional and very knowledgeable. Came on same day I put in request. I'm very impressed with their thoroughness, their clear communication and professionalism. Will definitely use this company for my next job. read more

My heater stopped functioning. I read all the positive reviews and called Keystone. Juan responded immediately and showed up the same day. My heater started working. Apparently this is the miracle of calling a repair man! He did not charge me for the visit. Complete class act! They will be my very first call if/when I encounter any HVAC issues in the future. read more

Reliable service and on time. Very happy that I found them on Yelp and sorted the furnace issue. Gabriela and Juan were very responsive. Way to go guys. Keep up the good work read more

I CANNOT say enough good things about my experience with Keystone Mechanical! I'm always hesitant about hiring anyone without someone I know referring them to me but I am so happy I hired Keystone Mechanical! My (really old) AC unit stopped working in the middle of a lengthy heat spell. I was lucky enough to get an appt a few days out with help from Keystones awesome office manager Gabriela! Juan showed up on time, and was professional, personable and polite, the perfect trifecta, which is hard to find these days. He was able to diagnosed the issue within 15 mins, and gave me a quote for the repairs. Juan didn't have the part he needed because my unit was so old but said he could pick it up and come back later that same day and make the repairs. Sure enough Juan arrived back when he said he would and started the repairs. Well, my old AC wasn't having it and he couldn't disconnect the broken motor from the blade because it was rusted so badly (note to self cover unit in the winter). Juan asked to take the whole piece with him so he could take it back to the shop and remove it - I said absolutely! Juan said he could come back over the next day (today) and finish the repairs. He was once again on time and had it put back together and tested quickly and with no extra charge for the extra work it took to get the bad motor disconnected! My AC unit is back up and running perfectly! I won't lie, I was fully expecting to have them take one look at my 50 yr old AC (not kidding, it's 50 yrs old this year) and try and upsell me to a new AC unit- but that wasn't the case which I appreciate even more than I appreciate the cool air presently circulating throughout my house. If you need a good, honest company to repair your AC, look no further and hire Keystone Mechanical! You'll be so happy you did! Juan, thank you for saving me from melting this summer!!! read more

Gabriela and Juan at Keystone Mechanical were exceptional. We have a 1-week old baby and our furnace stopped working right in the middle of a cold spell. Not only were they responsive at 10pm and 5am, but Juan came on a Sunday, his day off, to fix the furnace. I highly recommend hiring Keystone, they were an A+. read more

Honest, reliable, and affordable service from Juan. Easy communication via Yelp and Juan arrived promptly and did a great job of putting his booties on and ensuring his bag was on his towel to make sure it didn't mess up our carpet. Thanks Juan for the diagnosis and fixing the problem with our heater. Highly recommend and I'll definitely call them again in the future read more

The guy arrived on time fix the AC really quick and clean. Overall pretty smooth. Nice job done!

Showed up exactly when they said they would even on short notice. Took exactly as long as estimated. Very knowledgeable and pragmatic. I'm impressed and will return for future HVAC needs. read more

We have used Keystone multiple times now for inspection services and they are excellent! Quick to respond, quick to come out and most importantly they are very honest with their assessments even if that means less work or repairs for them as a company. If you want a honest, dependable and reliable HVAC company look no further. read more

I am dealing with some other issues from a different contracting group. My furnace and central air weren't working and was told that it was the thermostat. Juan from Keystone Mechanical came out to install a new google nest thermostat for me. He went above and beyond to check the furnace and central air unit to see if there was something wrong. He discovered that the outlet to the furnace had no power running to it. He ran an extension chord to the furnace and the old thermostat came on and the furnace worked. Nothing was wrong with the thermostat. I asked him to go ahead and install the new thermostat. After he was done he made sure to check if everything was working properly. The furnace was working since he just checked then we discovered that the central air unit on the back was not working properly. Now I just have to wait for the other contracting company to fix and complete the job that they didn't do right and finish it. Juan went way above and beyond and to let me know what the problems were when the other company should have been able to take care of it for such a big job. Thanks Keystone Mechanical. Awesome job and appreciate the extra effort on helping me out with my central air issues. Thanks for making us feel like valued customers. read more

I turned in my quote two days ago for adding R22 freon. They were the first company replied back to me within 1 minute. They were able to perform the service the next day and they got the best price for the service. The technician came with masks on and shoes covered when entering my house. I am very satisfied with their service. I will highly recommend it to you! read more

Smooth communication and fix the problem straightforward. Juan came on time and he kept everything neat. Demonstrated and explained what happened and charge at a very reasonable price. Would recommend to friends. read more

They responded very quickly to my online request. I talked to Juan in-depth about the problem with the mini-split that someone else has recently installed. He was able to figure out the problem over the phone and gave me good estimate of how much it would cost fix assuming that was the issue after he inspected unit. I got an appointment within 48 hours. He and his crew showed up promptly at the appointed time. Once he inspected the unit and diagnosed the problem, he went over the estimate with me and it was a little cheaper than we talked about over the phone. The unit required less Freon then he thought over the phone. The work was done on the spot and the unit is running great. His price was very reasonable compared to other that I talked too. He was extremely easy to talk to. I never felt rushed or talked down too. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Actually I will tell people about what a great experience I had dealing with his company. Thanks for job well done. read more

Juan was great! He was able to come by our home on the same day for a reasonable diagnostic fee. He quickly troubleshooted a repair that ThermaTech said we needed an electrician for. He was able to get us back up and running in an hour! Thank you Juan read more

Quality service at competitive rates - Juan was professional, punctual, knowlegeable, and responsive. Recommend!

I was having issues with the C wire for my new Nest thermostat. They came to my house the next day and fixed it in a couple of minutes!

This was the only honest repairman I found. I requested quotes from five AC repair companies. Everyone asked me to replace the unit claiming that there were all sorts of problems with it and there was no other option. Quotes received varied from $9,000 to $16,000! Juan diagnosed the problem correctly -- there was a blockage in one of the outlet drains and so the condensate was draining from the emergency drain. He cleaned it, fixed it, and did much more to get our AC working back again, with no issues since. Juan also installed a Nest thermostat for an extremely affordable price. I hope more people are like Juan. Honest. Hardworking. read more

Simply awesome... very quick response. Came next day and took care of the AC problem.

Juan was amazing. It so hard to find honest people to help. Thank you for coming out and fix our furnace rather than deliberately trying to add more than what was needed. Thanks also for being punctual!!! I will always call or recommend you...10 stars from us read more

Juan was quick to respond and schedule. When he finished another job early, he called to offer to stop by sooner. With a broken air conditioner in hot weather, this was very much appreciated. He is very knowledgeable, quickly found the problem, and explained it thoroughly. He gave us a very competitive quote and made the repair quickly. Highly recommended! read more

My AC was diagnosed bad by another technician. I called Keystone to provide an estimate to change the unit. Juan from Keystone looked at the unit (which is very old), and was surprised the unit is indeed bad. He did some diagnostics, and finally found all it needed was a reset of pressure switch. He was diligent and sincere, and saved me $$$. Highly recommended. read more

We just purchased a house and was told by home inspectors that HVAC system is not safe. I contacted couple of contractors to get quotes. Juan was the most reasonable. What I liked the most was the fact that he took time to explain to me why certain things need to be done and did not recommend unnecessary works. He was very friendly. Other contractors recommended unnecessary works and quoted much higher. Keystone HVAC is a small business that Juan & Gabriela (his wife) opened after years of working for big corp. Please support them. read more

Awesome experience. Was looking for a mini-split at a reasonable price. Got several quotes but Juan beat them all. He was also very informative on exactly how many BTU's I needed for the space I was looking to cool and the best unit from a quality and service perspective. Super happy with installation and performance. He just came back for the complimentary maintenance and I asked for him to adjust the inside wall unit. He happily adjusted and made it clear that if in the coming weeks I was not happy with the adjustment, he would come back out and make it right. All I can say is that I was super impressed with his level of integrity and focus on making a customer happy. I so miss this in most of today's professional contracting interactions. Do yourself a favor and use Keystone Mechanical. You will not be disappointed!!!! read more
