Last week it struck me the tires looked a little underinflated. Since the new tires are a touch smaller than the OEM original tires I researched what they should be inflated to and came up with 36-38PSI. Well, I discovered they were ALL at 29PSI. A real head scratcher. So, I inflated them to 38PSI, and lo and behold, the car no longer pulls to the right. And it rides a lot better. In addition, if you go back to my original review here a year ago, you'll see they charged me for new TPMS. Well, the TPMS has never functioned since then, and discovering all the tires were way underinflated makes me wonder even more what they did. And Willow Street Mavis is that much worse...

There were only a few customers waiting, but the wait was slow as molasses. I don't know what kind of services were being done (maybe they were more complex), but my son and I must hand waited for an hour and a half before our car was even serviced. Thankfully, the staff was super nice, friendly, honest, and didn't try to force unnecessary or unwanted services (I did also get my air filter replaced), which is something I've experienced at other locations. For that reason, I give this location 4/5 stars. But I deducted a star for the wait, as it's the longest I've ever had at a Jiffy Lube, which is known for being quick!
