A month later, after confirming he would be in Anchorage yesterday, for a third time it was just another no call and no show. I understand if you're busy then tell me that, not I'll be there.

So the sales technician, because they are both consultants of locks and keys, sought the brand of my topper and looked up the key code in their computer system. They found it ... it's 20 years old. YES! Okay so they tested the keys that would fit and after some trials and errors they got the right key to work. On my way I put my topper on Craigslist and sold the topper I no longer needed. The experience would've been been less disturbing if I had chosen to just throw the safe in the dumpster with all of the contents inside and go purchase a new safe from any one of the dozens of places that sell safes in Anchorage.
