He offered to work with us to make the situation right. And sure enough he did... he worked with us to resolve the situation to our satisfaction. This is a company where the owner is truly vested in the organization. Here's the scenario... father passes away and we decided to put his home up for sale (too painful to live there... miss the parents tremendously). Had a "Coming Soon" sign placed .... just to stir interest and see what happens in this crazy Real Estate market boom that we are experiencing!! Thought we would have time to knock out all of the little "nickel and dime" repairs... so I called Dan (the Man!) at KeyLogic. Time was of the essence because we were already getting offers on the place... Dan was SO patient and professional.. He asked for pictures of the problematic lock... which we immediately texted to him. He directed me on what type of replacement parts I needed... In the processes of procuring the parts... an enormous offer for the property came through (as is... and that is "do not fix or work on anything... we want it ASAP").... so.... Long story short... Highly recommend. My car key wasn't turning and I thought it was the ignition cylinder failing. I was prepared to pay almost $300 to replace it, but when Dan came and looked at the key he knew right away that something was off about how the key was cut and it wasn't my ignition cylinder at all. After about 30 minutes of coding my pretty worn out locks he was able to cut a new key that turns like butter. Oh and the best part, he saved me $200. Thanks again Dan! read more

Locked myself out of the house this morning after an early morning run. KeyLogic was the first to answer my call at 7:40am and was at my house within 30 minutes (near downtown Cary), even though they quoted me 45. I didn't catch the name of the guy helping me, but he was friendly, professional, fast, and didn't damage my brand new lock. What more could you want? After paying over $300 to Southern States Subaru for a replacement key after losing mine while visiting Raleigh from out of town, not only did the key not work, but I was left stranded because they were closing. After being left out in the rain by the dealer, running out of options, I contacted a locksmith who informed me he couldn't help me. Thankfully he recommended KeyLogic. Purchased a new home and requested a re-key and they were available that same afternoon. Reasonable charges for the job, and the technician was courteous enough to call asking if he could start the job earlier than scheduled. Clean work as he took the cores back to the truck for the job. Forgot my house key at a friend's house on Saturday night. Unfortunately, I did not have many options other than breaking a window as my friend lives quite a long way away. Called KeyLogic, he showed up in less than 10 minutes, and was able to pick the lock in what seemed like 30 seconds! We thought we were out of the woods, however, we found out later that the deadbolt would lock from the inside, but for some reason, my key would not work from the outside. He came back free of charge, again within 10 minutes, and had the key working in no time. When I insisted I at least give him a few bucks for his trouble, he insisted that it was not necessary. Great service! If I have any other lock related issues, I will be sure to give them a call knowing confidently that they'll sort it out quickly! read more

called and set up an appointment. was given 2 hour window which they could not make. set up another appointment for 2 days later. Never showed up, never called and never texted. Received recommendation from apex imports. They may want to rethink giving out keylogics number in the future as I now am wondering about their ethics giving out this number.
