Ernesto agreed to come down on the weekend, which is totally understandable because Miami traffic is horrendous. He showed up exactly on time as promised. He was super nice and my dogs loved him. He groomed them wonderfully and they smell like a million bucks. I couldn't be happier that Ernesto agreed to groom my babies. He provided such exquisite care and genuine love for them. The place has a TERRIBLE smell and looks so unclean. From my last visit; my dog came back very skittish and quite sick, a stomach bug with a terrible diarrhea. So much different from previous visits when he was not willing to leave the place. It used to be so much fun!!! At least one of an old employe was super sweet. some others they just don't care much. No daily pictures or daily routine. When I picked him up, he was SOOO STINKY. After a 7-hour flight, and a few hundred I was not ready to get home to bathe him and spend the next few days and nights helping him fight his stomach issues. (Vet visit etc) Sorry for the bad review, hopefully this will give you the energy to get back to the old days.

When I brought Lola he received us very welcoming and took the time to learn important info about her and what we wanted to have done. Their treatment is very professional, they're real masters and Lola was happy on the field. They don't keep dogs in crates, they're free and that is definitely a plus. I trusted them with FOUR of my dogs, and when I addressed what happened, the groomer, Mafer, didn't even want to acknowledge that she had done this. To top it all off, she didn't even finish grooming my last dog because she said she "didn't want to cut him." After 6 years of being a loyal customer and trusting this company with my dogs, this is absolutely unacceptable. When it comes to our pets, we trust groomers to care for them and treat them as if they were their own. Today completely broke that trust for me. I will NOT be bringing my dogs back. They lost a loyal customer today. Please be careful who you trust with your fur babies. Based on my experience today, I would recommend taking your dogs somewhere else. ******* UPDATE******** Your response makes absolutely no sense to me. Whether my dogs were groomed six months ago or six weeks ago does NOT justify them being cut to the point of BLEEDING. If my dogs were as severely matted as you are claiming, then as the professionals, you should have called me and explained the situation BEFORE continuing with a shave so close that my dogs ended up with cuts and irritated skin. You could have stopped the grooming rather than continue to the point where they were hurt. Let's also be very clear: I was not upset because my dogs were shaved short. I was upset because they came home CUT, BLEEDING and uncomfortable. There is a huge difference. I trusted your company with my dogs for SIX YEARS. Instead of simply taking accountability for what happened, your response seems to place the blame on how much time had passed since their last appointment. That does not address the actual issue. And if this was simply normal irritation from shaving a matted dog, why were the grooming charges waived? My dogs cannot speak for themselves, so I will. I stand by my review and by my decision to no longer trust Poochie on Your Block with my dogs.

She can either pick him up or we drop him off at her house. Throughout our trip she sends us frequent updates and pictures! She also has her own pup which has become our dogs best friend haha. They love playing together and Bruce loves Fatima. When he sees her he freaks out with happiness. She takes the pups on frequent walks, trips to the park, and can also administer medicine if needed.
