I found this company through Yelp projects, and I was immediately contacted and was provided information on pricing, availability and to essentially set an appointment . Gabriella was the nice young lady that arrived at my complex on time and sent me a few text keeping updated on her ETA prior to arriving. I gave her a bit of information on how I would like my little pup to look and what I was looking for in terms of style. If you have a Yorkie, you know their hair grows super fast! I did ask for her to cut him down as low as possible, keeping his face on the rounded side, she did exactly just that. During the appointment, she texted me a photo of a little scab that was on mu pups ear, to make me aware that was already there and not caused by her. I appreciate it that she took the time to do that, and I had already known about the scab. The appointmentby took about an hour and 15 minutes and when she was done, she alerted me via text. Payment was very simple, as they do accept Zelle. I was very pleased with the outcome, and judging from the look and the action of my pup, I knew he felt comfortable with Gabriella. I'll definitely be contacting them again for future appointment., 10 out of 10 I would definitely recommend Dookie's pet grooming.

Since then, Dr. Diaz and his staff at The Pet Care Clinic have taken care of her. We truly feel blessed to have found such a trustworthy and thoughtful veterinarian in Dr. Diaz. He never rushes into unnecessary treatments or prescriptions, but instead takes the time to explain and explore options that are best suited for our pet while weighing its risks and benefits. Each time that we have had a health scare or concern with our puppy, or she has been given any type of vaccine, Dr. Diaz or one of his staff members follows up with a call to check on how their furry-patient is doing - That type of kindness is priceless...! What sets The Pet Care Clinic apart from any other veterinarian office is their genuine compassion and love for their furry-patients. Whether it is a routine visits or a health concern - From allergies to common symptoms in, our case, a Chihuahua - Dr. Diaz has walked us through every step with empathy, patience and grace. Every member of his team - From Melissa, to Alexis, to Ricky, who grooms our furry companions, and every team member from the front to the back of the office - treats our pup with care, compassion and love; and treat us, like family and not just clients. As any pet owner will tell you, these furry-treasures quickly become part of the family and tug at one's heartstrings, so when one finds a wonderful Pet Clinic like Dr Diaz', we are beyond grateful for it, and after 4 years of being treated at The Pet Care Clinic, my puppy is grateful and healthy too...!
