And we have finally found a groomer for our highly fearful anxious pup! Freddy was our groomer and he did a fantastic job making our pup Mulder feel safe and calm. He even was able to trim his nails down a bit something we haven't been able to get done in over a year because Mulder would not let us or other groomers do it. We are extremely happy with the service and will be loyal customers from here on out!

Websites pricing which has not updated to include "inflation cost"

This is my second time using their service. No complaints the first time but last week my 50lb aussiedoodle got a full groom service and I was charged $120. He was not matted and is not an aggressive dog. I asked the groomer why is he being charged so much when the websites pricing considers him a large dog, he disagreed with me and proceeded to tell me my dog was extra large. There was also a $10 inflation increase which has not been updated on the website. So I was charged $25 more than expected.

So let me start with saying, Yes, your employee is 100% professional and yes he definitely took lots of care of my dog. Even put down a step stool to help her into the back of the mobile van. That was above and beyond. But my review is solely based on the haircut of the dog. I can assure you the word "shave" never came out of my mouth, because I had no intention of shaving my dog. The thought had never crossed my mind. I received my dog without a word to him after the cut because there is nothing I could do about it after the fact. I said short, he said short. I thought we were in agreement. I got a dog bald from the neck down back. So miscommunication, yes. I never used any bad words. Not trying to attack anyone personally. Sorry you feel that way Andrea, but I'm also not going to argue about who said what. Business is business. Have a good day.

I have always had a great experience with Doggy Haus Mobile but today amazed me even more. Groomer Freddy was beyond compassionate and understanding with me and my dog (who is reactive and terrified of being groomed). It is a very difficult Job and I appreciate the amount of care and time he gave to my dog, who was making the grooming even more difficult since he's scared of getting his nails cut and of the blow dryer the most! I appreciate Freddy so much for today and highly recommend him and this grooming company!

Freddy did an amazing job on my senior long hair chihuahua. She's almost 17 (!) years old, has arthritis, has a pin in her knee, has anxiety, and I was very nervous having her groomed for those reasons. Her fur was overgrown in places such as her paws and front/hind legs. Her nails were too long. I couldn't keep it like this any longer, and she was visibly uncomfortable. Within 30 minutes, Freddy transformed my baby girl into the princess she is. She came out looking perfect, and he did exactly as I asked. Quick and efficient. She smells great and she looks like a pup again. This was my first time with this company. Very happy with the results. Will be back. I included a before photo to show the difference!

I am so happy that I took that leap because my fur babies are looking so cute and smelling so good. Andrea took the time to message me after hours, explain all the services included for the full grooming and I was able to get an appointment the next morning. The price was on par with what I've paid before. Lincoln(groomer) did a great job Ziggy and Isabella. I couldn't be happier and I will definitely use this service and mobile groomer from this day going forward, i absolutely love it.

I added on their flea and tick service since my dogs had been itchy and scratchy show lately. They came back smelling & looking amazing...and the scratching/licking was gone! Fredy arrived at my home, greeted me & my dog upon arrival, asked what I wanted him to look like and I showed him a picture which he turned out exactly like it. Terrible! The groomer was reluctant to listen to my concerns regarding my pets sensitive skin and ended up charging me for a full grooming. He never did anything to my pet except bath and dry his hair and a sanitary cut Worst I. The business!! Amazing experience! They were able to see my dog the day I called, came to my apartment quick, got the job done quick (around 45 minutes) and did an excellent job for a great price! Definitely will be using The Doggy House every time my dog needs a grooming! Keep up the great work! PS: in the picture, a previous groomer at Dog Town decided to cut all the hair off my dogs ears, so that is why it looks like that. Unfortunately, I am waiting for it to grow back. read more

I had a great experience with The Doggy House :) from the messaging and response times (quick) to the actual appointment. First of all they were extremely early which was awesome for me and they were very attentive. The groomer asked my boyfriend how he wanted her cut and that's a wonderful touch. It took roughly an hour and well worth it because my fur baby was overgrown lol. They called me to pick her up and warned me she was a brand new dog and wow were they right. ATTENTION TO DETAIL is so important when it comes to things this personal and they took extra care on her. I am delighted with the service and my puppy came out looking like a show dog. She Smelled so delicious and her coat was nice and fluffy. I will be calling them again! read more

Worst experience of my life!! No experience what so ever working with Goldendoodles my dog was cut multiple times by a person that was probably not even certified. They shaved his entire body but left the head completely untouched they didn't even care to brush my dog. I feel robbed keep your pets away from these people believe me! read more

Incredible ! Super professional, fast, very caring and patient ! My dog, muffy, becomes very anxious when it comes to getting groomed. Luckily, when doggy house mobile came, they knew exactly how to approach him and how to get him a little more comfortable. I left my dog super anxious and when he was ready I came back all groomed up with his tail wagging and all happy. I used to take him to pet smart on flagler and 87th Ave, and they do a good job but these people are top tier. Amazing customer service from Lincoln. He was definitely the best. Not what was on their website that is a ripoff and it is called False Advertising!!! If I could I would give them a "0" as a review. So beware of this company! They are very shady.... read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I made an appointment with them and had to call them because no one arrived. They told me that the groomer was on their way. When they did not arrive I called back they told me it would be another 10 minutes. Then they called me back to tell me they booked me for the wrong time in their system so it would be another hour at the earliest. Apparently they are under new management and haven't figured this customer service thing out. I will give my business to another groomer. read more

I found The Doggy House through Yelp's quote feature. My dog's rabies vaccination expired not too long ago and I was not going to have time to take him to the vet before he needed a quick groom, so I sent out a message to area businesses to see who would accept us. The Doggy House was quick to respond and maintain communication, so I decided to go with them. I chose the mini groom package which was $90 for a dog his size (60 lbs) and it was 15% off for first-time customers. I was able to make the appointment through Yelp messaging and provided my phone number so they could text me to confirm the appointment the night before, and the morning of. There were two small hiccups. First, I had provided detailed directions on how to find my place through the Yelp messaging... clearly did not make its way to the person who texted me on behalf of the driver/groomer. So he was about 35-40 minutes late to the appointment. Second, his English was terrible. He was very apologetic about this and seemed like a super nice guy who treats the animals with love and great care, so it was easy to get over. The person I was communicating with through Yelp and text message wrote in perfect English, though. The mini groom includes a bath with nice perfume (I can still smell it a week later!), ear cleaning, nail trimming, and more. My dog came back looking and smelling great with a cute little Halloween bandana. And the best part is that I didn't have to leave my apartment! The service took a little less than an hour. Super convenient and even though the price is a bit higher than a traditional groomer, I was willing to pay it to avoid having to load him into the car, take him to a strange place for hours on end, have other dogs around, have to pick him up, etc. All in all this was a great experience that I have already recommended to others who live in the area. read more

The best experience, my sweet boy has had many different groomers that just weren't a right match because he is terrified of the blow drier. One groomer even hurt him and left him with a black eye so imagine my relief when I found this AMAZING company. The ladies were extremely professional and sweet and helped my Archie through the entire process. I'm so impressed with them! Just fantastic, this is definitely our go to groomer from now on! He was so happy and so clean and their products were super gentle (he has terribly sensitive skin) and these products were perfect for him! read more

Went to pick puppy up this weekend after a week-long stay. $880 plus a $125 tip. Super expensive, but we always thought it was money well spent because our dog is like a child to us. Anyway, card gets processed by bank but shows declined at resort. Weird, but I can see why as it was almost $1k. Long story short, as soon as the card gets declined they take my dog and lock him up in a secret room where I can't see him. I'm like, where did he go? Instant response was you can't have the dog until payment goes through. This despite paying thousands of dollars in fees and tips over the past several years. We were instantly treated as degenerates. Did not matter that my bank showed it processed on my phone. I mean, I don't carry $1k in cash on me, so it felt like they were going to keep the dog until I could find the cash. They could not care less. 100% about the money and absolutely no bedside manner. Was very hurtful seeing my dog taken away from me. We loved this place. So sad we got treated this way. To address response by "Sam": 1. One (not multiple) card attempt was declined. My bank now shows that I paid your company twice. We have not been refunded for overpayment. 2. Our dog was removed from my possession for one reason - to secure payment. It was a snap reaction by your staff to the card being declined. 3. Manager did not attempt resolution - he just explained it was your policy to keep the dog. That's not a resolution, that is heavy-handed business. 4. A manager called us once and, like a judge, said he would need to hear both sides to determine who was at fault. Since then he sent a text admitting SOMI was at fault. Please do not try to sugarcoat this - you did wrong and need to own it.

When we picked her up, I gave her water and she immediately started drinking it desperately. She didn't even greet us. She was more focused on drinking water than on seeing us, which says a lot about how thirsty she was. That behavior is not normal for her. Runa is not a dog that pants excessively unless she has been running a lot or is extremely tired. She almost never pants, not even when she's happy. That's why it really stood out to me that in every photo I received during her stay, she was constantly panting. At first glance, the dogs may appear "happy," but in reality they seem thirsty. She was there for only 5 days and still came back thinner and extremely thirsty. I can't imagine how uncomfortable that must have been for her , or how other dogs may be feeling if they are not being given proper access to water. I'm writing this with sadness, but also with the hope that this feedback leads to better care and attention to the well-being of the animals left at this place.

I have a 1 year old Goldendoodle that is still nervous about grooming, but Jousy was able to do the best grooming job he's gotten so far. Mylo had a few knots and matting especially under his chin, which is worrisome because it can get infected since he gets that area wet from drinking water, she was also able to clean his ears which can also get infected with the hair that grows inside. Nobody had been able to clean his ears before. She took the time to take care of every single gnat. I'm so happy with the outcome - she has so much patience and treats the pups with love and care which is comforting for me. Additionally, the cost is very reasonable! Almost the same price as PetSmart! Love this service I will keep coming back without a doubt. read more
