Chelsey was genuinely enthusiastic about the haircut and you can truly tell she loves what she does and cares about the dogs she works with. One thing I especially appreciated was how fresh Miso's breath smelled afterward -- such a noticeable difference! He also came home clean without any overpowering artificial fragrances, which I really value. The bandanna they use is also great quality -- such a cute finishing touch. I am writing to share a serious safety concern regarding a home grooming appointment for a sheepdog in Boca Raton, FL recently. While the individual mobile groomer was polite, the execution of the haircut was exceptionally poor. The front half of the dog is completely shaved down, while the back half was left looking like a fluffy poodle. Old English Sheepdogs do not have tails, but the rear coat was left so unevenly cut that it completely alters the breeds natural appearance. A few hours afterwards blood was found on the furniture and then upon inspection, a laceration was found on his belly from the grooming tools. This injury was not disclosed by the groomer at the time of service. When the company was initially contacted to report this, they were sympathetic and we were explicitly promised a call back by 2pm to address it, but that callback never happened. When the company was called back after being ignored, the customer service representative was highly dismissive, refusing to send a groomer back out for even 10 minutes to fix the uneven appearance due to a "Cutoff Date" Due to the lack of safety protocols, the failure to disclose an injury, broken promises of communication, and a complete refusal to fix their mistakes, we cannot recommend this regional service to other Pet Parents in South Florida. read more

My first time experience was the worst experience ! Do not use Lilos Grooming! Run!!!The truck smelled and was dirty. I thought the guy would clean it. The groomer named Mark did a horrible job! First, my dog came out smelling like a dirty dog! Apparently, they only blow dry wet hair and don't brush for $115. My poor dog which is a 13 pound beautiful red poodle was subjected by an inexperienced groomer who did not listen to me! I spent 10 minutes explaining to him what I wanted and showed him at least 10 pictures of my previous dogs grooming. He cut my dog's face way too much and irritated her eyes which were raw and red. He cut her mouth and left long hair in it. I have pictures to prove all of this. My dogs body hair was uneven to her head. When all done, Instead of him waiting in the truck, he waited in the hot sun with my dog for me to pick her up. She was panting heavily and was overheated. I called Lilos to complain and sent them numerous pictures. They would not refund my money. Do NOT use this grooming mobile service. They will give you inexperienced groomers and take your money! They could improve a lot. Starting with the haircuts. The worst grooming my dog has ever had. I even gave a picture of what I wanted her to look like from the picture in the past when she's been groomed looked nothing like it see below. The manager was useless at coming to a resolution. They're very expensive at $85 for a 4 pound dog to get groomed is ridiculous. I don't recommend going there. There's a place called pup cuts that charges by the weight of your dog if they're under 10 pounds or $65. They left her half groomed her feet weren't rounded off her sanitary area was left with hair around her vagina which can be verybad for infection. He did the manager didn't seem to care. I made an appointment and they gave me a window commitment between 1-3 on a Tuesday afternoon. They confirmed this appointment about a dozen times via text, email and phone calls. Total overkill. Then, it was after 3 pm and not only did no one show up, but no one contacted me. so, I contacted them only to tell me the groomer wasn't going to make it and they could try to get me as soon as they can. i canceked because they did not have the courtesy to call me themselves to tell me they were running behind. And THEN they sent a cancellation notice saying they were cancelling my appt (from 2:45 -5:00 pm) which was not the commitment And made it look like I cancelled within a different time slot. My dog had knots in his hair because I didn't groom him sooner. They knew this. They said a trim-down needed to be done, and I said okay. They came and not only they hurt his skin but was left with many patches. I sent images to them and they sent lady back and lady kept saying that it was the knots. The girl who came was very nice, told me 1 hour 1/2 max for the service, 3 hours later come to find out the generator on her truck broke and she was sitting in the truck with my dog the whole time! I was inside working and had no idea! The girl told me she had notified corporate to call me, which they never did. I asked her to complete the service, because now I've had to reschedule my day, but the results were horrible. She told me she was new and apologized but why send someone with no experience? I like to do business with reliable companies. My experience with this company is that you cannot count on them to send you the groomer you book at the time you book them. I have a special needs dog that I prefer to be groomed by the same person. With LILO'S, my experience has shown that I am unable to count on them to provide the scheduled services with the scheduled grooming professional 67% of the time. The business replied, but failed to state that their groomers actually called in sick day-of 2 out of 3 times. Those are facts. I had a younger gentleman that cut my dog. He butchered her and shes scooting her butt and is visibly uncomfortable. Has rashes all over her bottom. He said she was too big and broke some table and got hurt. My dog is the calmest dog and she has even gotten services discounted bc shes so good. I am a wreck with my dog being so uncomfortable. This has never happened before and shes been groomed many times before. Never again. Update: i was going to leave this alone and let it be, but the owner called me not to apologize, but to tell me that accidents happen. unfortunately, our experienced with Lilo's Mobile Pet Spa, was not a good one. Perhaps if we spoke Spanish it would have been a better experience. The groomer who came to us literally spoke not a WORD of English and called his BROTHER on the phone to translate to him what we wanted. His BROTHER also had very limited English speaking skills. This left us in a position of not being able to describe to the groomer what we wanted done with our beautiful puppy schnauzer. The quality of the hair cut was mediocre at best. We found a clipper NIP on her ear. Lines and streaks on her back side also showed mediocrity. We will be looking for an English speaking groomer who will love our puppy as much as we do. read more

No need for one leg to have three different lengths in a four inch radius. How this exchange between us goes and how much accountability you all show will determine whether we give your company another chance. BEWARE! I have never had issues with Louie being groomed anywhere in his 7 years of age. When the groomer (Luis) brought him back to me I pointed out 2 areas on his head that were bleeding, I asked what happened, and he replied "I don't know, I didn't pass there, it's probably his sensitive skin" in Spanish, I told him I would contact a supervisor because he kept deflecting. I sent photos/videos through WhatsApp as requested and had a supervisor, Virginia, give me call to basically say I was lying about the bleeding and it only appears "red" in the photos (in a very condescending way) "probably because he was brushed too hard" or becquse of the "material of the brush". I continued to question why my dog was bleeding and she then laughed and said "I'm speaking" and proceeded to talk about me needing to make payment for the service and then hung up. I immediately received 3 texts from 3 different numbers requesting payment. Take a look at these photos, am I exaggerating for being upset? When a company is more concerned about collecting payment for a service over being concerned on the well being of the dog who was returned bleeding (or "red" like she claims) is a BIG PROBLEM! read more

Horrible experience. I would not recommend anyone put their pet into the hands of this company. (1) When the groomer initially came to my home, he brought Koda in his van. About 5-10 minutes after the groomer brought koda in his van, I received a standard pet grooming contract, which included a clause about fleas and tick treatment if they were to find one on the pet. This is standard, although it was odd they hadn't sent it prior, I didn't think much of it because i've seen it before. 5 minutes after I sent the contract back - the groomer proceeded to called us to say Koda has a flea and needs flea treatment. When I asked him to show me a flee, he couldn't find one and showed us a small piece of black rubber saying the flea was dead. Obviously, Koda never had fleas, because after I declined the flea treatment, seeing as there was no fleas on Koda, the groomer proceeded to groom his as normal and said his manager gave him the "ok". Additionally, when he was later returned to us, we took him to the vet immediately and told us there is not one flea on my dog and that was not a concern at all. (2) he called us again while still having koda, saying my dog had nibbed his shirt - and showed us a hole in his shirt that allegedly came from my dog. Clearly, this was also a lie - when I pointed out that he had a hole in his shirt prior to grooming koda. I had even made a comment to him that there was a hole in his shirt before he even began to groom koda! (4) he called us AGAIN and said Koda was being aggressive. This time, my mother entered the van with the groomer to verify IF his claims were true. the groomer was pointing the dryer directly at Koda's nose and face, and koda was trying to lick the air that was being blown directly in his face, like all dogs do because they hate being air being blown in their face! Finally, we just took koda away because we felt unsafe. Let me address the "aggressive dog." My dog is a 22 lb mini aussie who gets groomed once a month. The reason I had this company groom him that day is because the place I usually go to was full. I've NEVER had a complaint about him being aggressive - he is the most fun loving sweet dog I know! (Side note.- when i used them back in 2020, they loved koda and enjoyed groming him) I trusted this company once back in 2020 and they had groomed him with no problem. I would never write a review about a business if there were no merits to the claim. This is the first review i've ever written because the experience I had with this company was absolutely horrendous and traumatizing. The first time was good, the second time they sent me someone that was impatient, and the third time my dog was injured by his eyes and had paroxysmal respiration. I had to take him to the vet as an emergency. He vomited white foam a few minutes he was given back to us as well. He threw up the following morning. Please be warned. Yes, my dog is jittery but this shouldn't happen. When I called they declined everything. I sent him the pictures and they said that it was nothing. PLEASE READ UPDATE! I called to schedule an appointment for my Kitty and was sad to find some changes: the cat groomer changed, they charge 100% ahead for cats, they're not responsible for refunds if the service cannot be done, the camera still not working. Mmm red flags everywhere. I tried to reason with the person on the phone that all this sounds strange/bad and that creates sort of predisposition but in short words he meant that it is what it is. I couldn't find any cats owner's reviews about the new groomer and felt that he may not be fitted for the service, specially after the person on the phone explained that they charge the full amount ahead in case the cat doesn't let him do the service or is not cooperating. When I tried to make him reason about how unsure I felt and that I just want what's best for my pet, he obviously did not understand. After I asked to be there during the appointment I was told ok but not while bathing nor drying. I explained that is very easy to harm a cat or make it feel uncomfortable to the point of not cooperating (my cat is old and used to the service I've never seen her aggressive) and that I was not after the money but the well-being of my pet however if while I'm present I feel the groomer is not working fairly with my pet I will not be willing to pay the full service or will take action. The person on the phone did not manage well my response so I'm definitely not getting the service with them. It's funny because he asked what do I mean a few times and I gave him examples that he didn't seen to get. Here the examples: -you go to get a hair service and they are harming you pulling your hair, forcing you abruptly and making you feel uncomfortable, will you continue the service pay and leave?? He didn't get this one -you take a kid to a daycare pay the week and the second day you kid comes back dirty with a bad diaper rash. Will you take no action? Still didn't get it. -you go to a restaurant start eating your meal and find out is rotten with cockroaches in it. Will you pay for the meal? ... maybe for the drink but not the meal. Nope, he didn't get that either. So.. be aware cat owners!!!! And remember that costumer service is key for the business, a comprehensive/reasonable person on the other side of the phone may be the key for when you change policies... also, try to promote your new cat groomer a little different (unless you don't care about working with cat owners) adding all these changes to the specific service (which includes the person) doesn't make him or the business look good. read more

We had a flight a few days after so I wanted him to smell nice and clean! Maria was my groomer and she did a great job, also she plucked his ear hairs which is an extra plus! Great service! I was very pleased with their service overall. I've been grooming my cats for years in Colorado but after moving back to Miami, I had to find a new place. I've shopped around to a few others. They were on time. Van and grooming area was extremely clean. Paola definitely knows how to groom and treat cats. Also since they are mobile groomers, this lessens the stress commute plays on cats. Of note, I did request they don't use extra scents as my cats don't do well with it, but if yours do - great! However, the cooling spray they use for the blades provides a sufficiently pleasant and clean scent. I think I'm going to keep asking this place and Paola to take care of my babies. read more
