    They didn't honor 0% financing or the no payments for 90 days.     Could actually be a good business if they didn't scam you on your credit score, and on prices. They have great cars, but expect to pay DOUBLE what the price of the car is. I wanted one of the cheapest cars, under $15000. They wanted to give me a 66 month loan for $500 a month. Cheapskates, and they're pushy. Trying to make you spend unnecessary money. Avoid at all cost! Worst car buying experience I've ever had. Garbage people willing to risk your lively hood to make money! They wouldn't honor even half of the deals listed on their website for black Friday either. Didn't honor 0% financing, or the no payments, and we're gonna offer me $10000 under the price of my trade! HORRIBLE BUSINESS WITH FAKE AWARDS!

    We had a pretty decent experience. I knew which car I wanted, a 2022 Forester. I knew the price…read morelisted on the internet was "fair", so I pretty much showed up to buy it. I asked for $1000 off and they excepted (after a test drive). They stayed 45 mins past closing to get the deal done. I really appreciate that. But OMG, they sold my loan to 5/3 ("Fifth Third" bank). Terrible bank customer service. Rate seemed high to me -- 7.1%. I know, should have shown up with my own financing. They send me a letter to "set up my on-line account" so I can make loan payments. Can't create an account. Call the phone number the web site says to create an account. They tell me they need to create a "card" to create an account. I said I don't need a "credit card," I just need a login to my account. They argue that I need a "card." WTF is a "card?" After being on a call with the first person for 25 mins, they transfer me to an "on-line account specialist / supervisor" to create my account. They then off-loaded me to some automated "create your account on the phone system" that created a "credit card" with "pin" for me. Ughh. Seriously, if McLaughlin Subaru wants to finance you thru 5/3 Bank, you should consider just running from the building screaming at the top of your lungs.

They performed a courtesy car wash and i got it back and it looked like it had been dried with a dirty towel, scratched all over the car mainly the front end, i contacted them about the damage and they told me to return and they would repair the damage. When i returned they took the car in to be buffed and caused SO MUCH more damage. They didnt tape off any trim pieces or even clean the vehicle prior to buffing the car. They ground bug splatter and road debris like road tar into the paint and popped off bits of paint and clear coat. When i contacted and brought it to their body shop for an estimate their body shop manager fraudulently created an estimate and used images of a different vehicle in the report in order to deny responsibility for their negligence.

You get some serious dough ?? We bought three cars from them, and they used to be honest The salesman I was dealing with called me n was furious with the GM Tom. He told me he was going to quit n would write me a letter telling how Tom threw him under the bus. Tom and I'm 200 % sure flipped my spot for a huge $$$ I spoke to Tom and 2nd time, and he was like "Ken I'm honest I was with the seminary" .... Well that explains a lot of Ok great Tom well that makes you honest!!? My apologies Seminarian Tommy My Zr1 was not ordained wonder if my Zr1 can ever become ordained Deacon Z and Deacon Tommy .... Hmm? has a nice ring to it I will be filing a complaint with Chevy for this unethical behavior. If anyone else has had issues with Eriksen Chevy in Milan IL or Tom Posilil reach out to me. I want to pursue this as far as I can. If you were cheated by them, I'm happy to cover legal fees (depending on how you were affected. My attorneys at their discretion can determine if your situation warrants our help) Our goal to bring awareness of some of these shady unethical dealerships and to protect the consumers.     My experience was a joke. It started out whatever as I went with my friend that needed a part. I…read morewas wearing a long sleeve and asked to use the bathroom which they did let me but it immediately turned into the guy asking if I wanted an audience (which I joked back this didn't bother me really). They even printed out a paper of possible cars that might have the part we needed as well as had tools we could borrow that we needed. At first he seemed nice and asked if we wanted to put our ice cream in the freezer as we went to the junk yard and I agreed. We didn't have much luck but it was our own fault even. So my friend (who is a male) returned the tools that were borrowed and there wasn't any problem at all until I walked into the office when all of a sudden just a socket just happened to be missing when things were fine for my friend. I believed him at first and went to look for the socket since took set was only opened at all near 1 car and did not find one socket. My friend did have a part but he put it down at the entrance of the junkyard and then got in his car and drove into the yard to find me. I can not stress enough about how HE WAS DRIVING INTO THE JUNKYARD when I saw him and got into the car to go look for the single socket. And than we were being surrounded in the car by all the non threatening employees (I'm really not trying to be mean when I say they all were standing around the car looking around as if they had not a clue what they were doing) as if to scare us I'm assuming. I believe it was the owner (the same guy in the first paragraph) asked me how much money I had on me which was $20 and why would I tell him any more especially when I was confused. I had to go into the office give him the $20 all while some customer that was talking to everybody there was making remarks about how I was stealing. I regret paying it but again at the time not really understanding the situation. Than later on talking to my friend about this insane nonsense that I truly believe there was not a socket missing. So long story short, I got robbed of $20 for a cheap socket that I have better ones I could have brought if they asked nicely as well as my 2 tubs of ice cream. I can't say for certain if it's cause I'm female or we just looked like easy targets to make some quick money off but they clearly made out with a win.
