Restore is wonderful. The staff made me feel very comfortable with their knowledge of the process, the benefits and expectations. It was an awesome experience. I went in with a mild annoying pain in my hip area and I was mindful to pay attention to it afterwards. I was shocked that I didn't feel the hip pain afterwards. The place is very clean and relaxing, and the cryotherapy was very quick and easy. I literally walked out of there feeling like a new person. If you are into fitness and taking care of your body, then you need to help restore it with cryotherapy. They offer other services like red light therapy and IV drips which I am excited to try out. We are going on an international trip so I figured an IV drip loaded with immunity boosters could help. The location is easy to find with ample parking. There was a lot going on at this location so not sure if this is the norm or if there was just a bonkers random day. What I mean by that is I had multiple texts and emails confirming my time at 11am but then when I checked in the front desk said oh hey you're here early your apt isn't until 1130. I then showed them my 11 confirmation texts and then the front desk was apologetic and offered me free leg compression because of the mix up. These btw were great!! After I got into compression, I had some forms to fill out and I also had to do a telehealth apt to review my medical history and approve the IV drip and any add ons. An attendant came over and reviewed all their IV offerings - the $75 came with two basic add ins or one luxe one. I choose the two basic. I also had to verbalize the $75 first client deal because at first she was saying it was $150 (so don't be afraid to speak up). At this point, it was close to 1145 so they offered me an additional two regular add ins or one more luxe add in for free because of the wait. Overall, I really appreciated the staff for taking care of me with the add ons due to the confusion and waiting. I overheard them say to two other people that they couldn't accommodate their Ivs on this day due to system glitches and their nurse on staff being overbooked. The space itself is clean and spacious and they offer a lot of various health and wellness related services. My biggest complaint was that a couple came in with their toddler and the toddler was behaving like a toddler. I wish there was a policy that prevented kids or toddlers from being in the space because a relaxing environment is easily disrupted when there is a toddler whining and running around. I'm happy with the additional services I received because of the wait and confusion and overall I'm happy with my experiences. My total for services came to $107 which isn't the $75 that was advertised and confirmed by me a few different times but at this point I was 2 hrs into my time there and just wanted to get on with my day. I'd likely come back but I'd need to better understand the pricing of services because again, the $75 get you in price changed to $107 by the time check out came around. If you're a first timer definitely be sure to confirm the price so there isn't confusion then Just sit back and enjoy the wellness offerings.

I play sports and was looking for a way to increase recovery but have always been a little nervous of cryotherapy as sitting in a freezing room at -200 degrees didn't sound super appealing. I told the staff that I was a little hesitant and they were great at reassuring me of every step and what it would be like which put my mind at ease. The process is short and consists of getting dressed in shorts, gloves, socks, and a cloth mask (think face warmer if you go skiing) and getting in a large 'box' for 3 minutes as they play music of your choice. What I thought was a nice touch is they have a window on the front of the box which you can choose to have rolled up or down, so since it was my first time I had it rolled down which made it a bit less cold and way less claustrophobic. I have since been back and done it with the window up and this is my preference now. I also tried the leg compression therapy which I think is my favorite part of the experience. It is essentially leg sleeves that fill up with air and help massage your muscles and get your blood flowing. It seemed to help a lot with latic acid build but as well and gave a similar result to rolling your legs on a foam roller but I got to do it in a recliner which was great. Overall I have had nothing but great experiences here and would recommend giving cryo a shot to anyone looking for a new way to recover from the gym, sports, or just a long week of sitting in the office.

I lost hearing in my left ear, and had a headache and intense vertigo for two weeks. My left ear hearing is likely permanently damaged. I told the nurse when I got out of the chamber and her response was so cold it was creepy. She had a flat affect and said I probably did it "too often" rather than acknowledging her careless mistake - completely irresponsible considering it was only my third time, with several weeks in between treatments. I called the manufacturer and found out this chamber does NOT provide any oxygen at all - despite several staff members claiming it does. It is just pressurized "room air." I cannot fathom doing blood work of any kind here. Avoid for your safety.

I was initially told I could start purchasing tirzepetide injections and come in monthly for checkups. I paid for two months (all of this out of pocket, bc I was willing to give this office a chance even if I have to pay more.) 2 weeks later, I'm told I will need to do their infusion once a month in order to receive the medication. I scheduled that appointment. 2 weeks past by and was told I need to get an infusion every 2 weeks. I informed the front desk associate that does not work for me and I can't take off of work every other week and pay $150 a month on top of the medication. Never received a call back, nothing. They only care about money, not the actual patients.
