When I first went into his dark and tiny space I wasn't particularly impressed with him, or his outdated equipment. I thought it was kind of strange he didn't have any assistants, or staff either?? Later he said he did at one time but they all went on their own??? Looking back on the experience I didn't think he was very approachable, had kind of an odd way about him, reminded me a little of that old character Crazy Guggenheim. Google him! As far as his adjustments go, it was a below average experience. Honestly I question these sterling reviews about him because they look fake to me, because he's nothing like what they say he is. And I don't really remember an exam or consultation, just filling out that standard form of my health history, he did a few adjustments and that was it! My suspicions were confirmed when he went to charge me, I had a Groupon, he mentioned the price and I had to correct him because it was the original price, not the discounted Groupon price which I bought! Of course when I got the credit card bill in the mail I saw red because the doufas charged me the full price, not the discounted price! Of course I tried to explain it to the customer service rep at Groupon and naturally I get someone who doesn't understand English after several futile attempts and now I'm stuck with this stupid bill! BTW, I was never really that keen on Groupon to begin with and now I can say with absolute certainty I'll never use them again. Hope they fold! After 3 days of unexplained, unbearable neck / back pain, I decided it was time to do something about it. I have been dealing with pain in between my shoulders for several years now thanks to a rotator cuff injury I sustained while trying to break up a fight between one of my best friends, her baby daddy and a new girlfriend . ( I'll save that story for a Maury episode though) Originally when I first sustained the injury I had great insurance so I was going to a chiropractor to get adjusted a few times a month and also did acupuncture. The acupuncture was the ONLY thing that gave me long term relief! It worked wonders and I was pain free for several months after a few sessions. I decided it was time to go back for acupuncture for this nagging neck/ shoulder pain. Dr Regan inserted the needles into my spine area, shoulders, top of the head and hands. He placed a heating pad on the middle of my back, played relaxing music, turned off the lights and it was off to lala-land for about 30 minutes. When he came back in he manually adjusted my neck and back and the long awaited snap crackle pops brought joy back into my life again. With this office being so close to my job, I plan on returning soon. Also, his prices are affordable for a gal like me who doesn't have the insurance I once had that covered the services before so that's a plus! P.S. I realized the day after my appointment the neck injury was most likely from a strength class I took at my gym in which I most likely practiced improper form while lifting heavy weights over my shoulders and resting the weights at the top of my spine so be careful with those sports injuries! read more

Without a doubt one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I bought my wife a groupon with Kevin for her birthday and like I do with all Groupons, I redeemed the voucher and sent the pdf file to my wife. When she contacted him to set up an appointment he claimed it was the sales receipt and not the voucher, even though the file clearly states that its the voucher and has instructions on how to use it, which we followed. He told me I had to redeem it on my laptop as thats where the voucher was purchased. Doing that effectively marked the voucher as used so Kevin suggested we call to figure it out. When we called Kevin answered the phone with a horrible attitude and repeatedly spoke over us as we tried to explain that we had followed his instructions and we just wanted confirmation that we can use the groupon. Instead he just became very irate, still claiming we've done it wrong and eventually told us this was too stressful for him and to contact groupon to find someone else to work with (as if our mind hadn't been made up about that). When I went on the explain that he is getting Irate at us for following his instructions he told us to find someone else and then hung up on us. I can't say much regarding this person's acupuncture skills but what I can say is that going by how clearly highly strung he is, I imagine its not the most relaxing atmosphere. If he finds dealing with a minor customer service situation too stressful then he shouldn't be in customer service. read more

I was unimpressed and in fact completely turned off by Dr. Regan and his staff. I found the quality of the care just ok, the staff (and Dr Regan) argumentative and unable to handle issues, and the facility kind of grungy-looking. Dr. Regan's front-desk employee, Robert, was rude and should not be working in customer service (apparently he's working there until he gets his law degree if that tells you anything about his personality). He didn't do as I'd asked him (to check my insurance co-pay and deductible to see how much my next visit would be) because he "had lots of patients and doesn't remember everything". When I told Dr Regan this, he said "Robert doesn't do what patients tell him, he does what I tell him." Uhh, what? When I attempted to get some insurance answers from Dr. Regan about the same issue, I was faced with similar treatment. Some might say he's "eccentric" and "not cookie cutter"... well that's fine as long as it doesn't cross over into rude and weird. And it did, so I'm not going back. read more

I was able to make the apptmt online...which is a BONUS because I hate having to call. Dr Regan does an excellent job of explaining the chinese medicine approach to things. He does it fast and thoroughly. It was interesting because I really didnt know much about it. After the explanation, I changed into a gown so he could easily hit all of the points to align my front. The acupuncture was fast and painless. After he put the needles in, he left me alone in the room for about 15 minutes with some soothing music playing. The detox is pretty simple. They had you a meal plan with a powdered drink to help. Easy peasy. Overall, it was a great little experience. read more

Dr Regan knows what he's doing. My neck and shoulders and TMJ muscle were extremely tight and painful, causing headaches and affecting my quality of day to day life. His adjustments make you feel like you are walking on a cloud when you leave his office and he is genuinely concerned with your well-being. He does what he does because he wants people happy and healthy - this is evident, price is extremely fair, it's at least worth going to a chiropractor who knows what he is doing and has a plethora of experience under his belt. ya he's that good. so here's me and probably most of us that hates physical therapy after a motorcycle accident. about 4 years ago I decided to ride my motorbike in the middle of february when we had an indian summer, come on how could i resist after such a brutal winter and just cleaned all the snow of the bike. two block later i flew over a traffic light due to blackice the bike skidded and high sided me up into the air and over the green light. yes i saw it next to me. anyway i suffered an AC3 separated shoulder and lived with pain for 2+ years. never went to PT - they hurt me and it wasn't until I found Dr. Kevin he fixed my should and now I can fold my laundry without my shoulder heating up so hot that i can fry an egg on my shoulder. i have visited Doc Regan for a few years, he is an excellent doctor, very helpful, knows his stuff and accupuncture, so not as stuffy as some. he will definately work with you to find a solution to your problem. He also has excellent massage therapists working out of his office, notably Perry, if you are lucky enough to get an appointment with her, I reccomend this office to everyone I know. I always walk out of there feeling a million times better and totally relaxed. They have always taken whatever insurance I had at the time, which is also very helpful. Not sure why I had a completely different experience than all the reviewers but would not go back. Bought a three session pack on Groupon and am not using the other two. Session was at 1. After paperwork, it was around 1:10. Was done at 1:25. There was no consultation, exam, explanation, or advice despite this being a first visit with him. After session was "complete", asked when the second session should be and all that was advised was whenever you feel bad. Why not try and make a plan with your patient? He knew there were three sessions purchased. All he cared about was making sure the Groupon was redeemed asap. Didn't even want to talk until then and after that it was a 15 minute first visit with warming blanket and quick back crack. Not sure if he didn't care due to health problems/ disability (maybe too complicated of a patient but those need the most comfort) or ethnic background (hope not). Either way it was unprofessional and there was no caring demeanor compared to other's experiences. read more

I was so impressed by Dr. Reggan. I injured my neck and upper back a few months ago and have been in severe pain since. Prior I had seen several physicians and none of them have been helpful. I have been to see Dr. Regan twice for acupuncture. He has an amazing skill to really treat people. On my first appointment, I had twisted my neck. He was able to resolve the issue fairly quickly so I came back. On the second appointment, I had him work on the tendonitis in my right arm. While the problem isn't resolved, it is much better. Dr. Regan and his staff are the best in town! I've seen other chiropractors before, and hands down, Dr. Regan is the most unique, caring, and down to earth chiropractor I've ever seen. He was recommended to me by my HR manager when I was having trouble healing from a sprained ankle. I'd been on crutches for 2 months, and nothing seemed to be helping me get back on my feet. One visit to Dr. Regan and I was walking home carrying the crutches the same day! He explained to me in detail why my foot was so stiff and not able to handle walking, and performed 3 types of therapies on it: underwater, massage, and adjustments. I was so happy I came to him.
