The shop makes recommendations for service based only on what they find in their inspection and repair of the vehicle. I do a lot of my own maintenance and some of my own repairs but when I either don't have time or would need a special tool or advanced skill set I trust Scott. Most recently he replaced my axles, wheel bearings and all brake components which were all in bad shape after 140,000 miles. I'm very satisfied with the work. He's priced fairly and won't ever charge you for something you don't need. In addition to my vehicle he works on my wife's Jeep, my mother's Hyundai and my sisters Nissan. He's also the trusted mechanic for a number of my friends and my former boss. Everyone I have told to check him out has been very pleased with their experience.

Came in because it was the closest shop to me after I blew a hose on the highway. They found out…read morethere was no replacement part around but found a hose they could use. I was cool with it, paid my $400 for it and was in another shop 2 days later because the clamps on the hose were not tight at all, I could turn them with my fingers. Now I'm out more than double the money because of a tow and another diagnostic and repair I had to pay for. They're nice people but I paid $400 days for a 4 inch elbow hose and a lack of attention to detail that caused a failure on my vehicle. Thought this was going to be my go to place because they were so helpful but they've costed me more money than necessary.

Turns out my right rear caliper was seizing, so I had the rear brakes done. Start to finish, I was there about 2 hours. It's a clean and friendly environment to wait while the car is being worked on...I'm so grateful for this shop. **** I moved here a year ago and randomly went to a place to get my car inspected. This year, however I did some research and decided to come here. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Maddie was the rep that greeted and assisted me today...she was wonderful! The waiting area is very clean, with ample chairs, coffee, a television, and restrooms for customers I also had my oil changed; tires rotated and balanced; and it was recommended that the car have a coolant system flush, along with a rear brake light replaced. I was out of there in 1.5 hours...on the 29th of November (one day left to the month/inspections due). There was an issue I knew about they brought it to my attention and I will happily have them do that work as well. My father was a car mechanic all of his life and I have written auto contracts...so I appreciate how well this went. I would recommend this business!!

I was told on march 19 that it was going on a lift to be worked on. When I talked to them on march 25 they said it hadn't been on a lift yet. The person who answered the phone, as well as the owner argued with me over wanting the parts I paid for and getting the work done elsewhere. Claiming they were short staffed and backed up. Why lie to your customers. Why wouldn't they just tell me it would be over 6 weeks to even start working on it? Very rude and condescending. I recommend avoiding this place at all costs

Nothing but good things to say about these guys…read more I bought my car only a few months ago and from the time I bought it the brakes were wonky. Recently they began squealing so I did a LOT of research on car mechanics to take my car to and decided on this place. Initially they called me up and said they didn't think there was anything wrong and so they wouldn't charge me. I appreciated their honesty. Then they called and said they figured it out and would charge me $600- slightly what I was expecting to pay, but fine nonetheless. Anyways, when I got to the place they had not only fixed my brakes but my engine as well AND they washed my car, too. They also charged me $100 less than what they quoted over the phone. I have nothing but good things to say about this car mechanic and would trust them if I ever needed my car to be serviced.

Brought my truck to Willowwood Service Center for a state inspection and specifically told them…read morethere was a loud metal-on-metal clanking sound coming from the rear whenever I went over bumps. I wasn't vague about it -- I clearly explained the issue and expected at least a basic attempt to identify it. The truck passed inspection, I was charged (including an extra fee for using a debit card), and I was told they couldn't find the noise. After moving out of state and getting the truck inspected again, the problem was identified almost immediately: a bad sway bar bushing causing the rear suspension to rattle around. Obvious enough that another shop spotted it right away. So I'm left wondering: how does a shop performing a state inspection miss a suspension issue I specifically pointed out, involving a loud metal-on-metal clank, and then charge extra on top of it? If you bring your vehicle here with an actual problem, you may want a second opinion.

Poor Communication and Unprofessional Customer Service:…read more I don't normally leave reviews, but I feel it's important to share my honest experience so others know what to expect. I originally spoke with someone named Chris earlier in the week about bringing in my vehicle for a diagnostic. He told me to "drop it off Wednesday," but no formal appointment was made -- no confirmation text, no email, no name taken, and nothing written down in front of me. Because of that, I assumed they were operating on a flexible drop-off basis, which is common with many repair shops. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to make it Wednesday due to being sick, so I dropped my car off early Thursday morning instead. Throughout the day, I called multiple times just to check whether they would be able to look at it. Each time, I was told nothing -- no update, no estimate, no clarity. I even told the front desk that if they couldn't get to it, I would gladly come pick it up so I wasn't taking up their space unnecessarily. When I finally spoke with Chris, the tone and attitude I received were extremely unprofessional. Rather than simply explaining that they were too busy to look at my vehicle, he blamed me repeatedly for them not being able to work on it -- even though no confirmed appointment was ever created, no system entry was made, and no communication was sent to me to establish a scheduled date. I acknowledged my mistake in not coming Wednesday or calling ahead, but the way the situation was handled was dismissive, rude, and lacked any basic customer service. A simple "We're booked today, we'll try for tomorrow" would have gone a long way. Instead, after leaving my car there all day with no updates, I received a message saying it was "ready for pickup" -- even though they never inspected it. The entire experience left me disappointed and feeling like my time and concerns weren't valued. I understand shops get busy and that I didn't arrive on the originally discussed day, but professionalism, communication, and courtesy should still be consistent. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I hope the shop takes this feedback seriously, because good service is as much about communication and respect as it is about repairs.
