After waiting around for several days for other mobile mechanics that said they would arrive but never did, I saw a great review on James from Nextdoor so I decided to give him a call. He showed up within an hour and got my clutch up and running. He did a great job and I was surprised how much he wanted for the job. He doesn't even charge to diagnose the problem like most mechanics mobile or not. He just loves his job and wanted to help. So do yourself a favor and call James to help you with your car issues. You won't regret it.

I was incredibly impressed with the service he provided. Not only did he do a great job with the repairs, but he also charged me less than what the dealership had quoted me. Overall, I am extremely happy with the service he provided, and I plan to have him on speed dial for any future issues with my vehicles. The quality of work was excellent and my AC is running ice cold again. Communication throughout the process was great with no hidden surprises/upselling. Todd drove down from Williamsburg to Newport News within an hour. He was very fair and upfront with his pricing after diagnosing exactly what my brake problem was. He located the parts right away and got the best price for them. He was very professional and personable and quoted me a very fair price that I immediately accepted! He saved me a lot of money that I would have had to spend at a Chevy dealership to get my 2018 Chevy Equinox brakes fixed to the point that I asked him to change my oil for me. He was more than happy to tell me about his background about working at a dealership and in his own shop and patiently answered all of my questions about my vehicle's brakes as well as giving me recommendations for future needs. I am looking forward to using his service for any other auto services I may need. I highly recommend him to anyone needing a very quick responding and skilled mobile auto mechanic with over 30 years of experience. I would rate him higher if it was possible because 5 stars seems inadequate.

LOVE LOV LOVE this place…read more I was recommended this repair shop by several friends/coworkers. I could not have been any more satisfied and relieved after working with a repair shop!! Daniel did AN AMAZING job on my car and was BEYOND helpful. I could tell that he was truly interested in making sure I was taken care of. Long story short, there was a lot of damage to my front end from an accident in January of this year and my insurance wouldn't cover it, so i had to pay out of pocket. I went to 4 other collision repair centers and they all quoted me at worst case scenario just as Dan did, and they were $2-3k higher than Dan's estimate. I got my car back in 3 days and my baby looks BRAND NEW!!!!! I would recommend this shop to anyone I know looking for repairs. Very, very satisfied! :)
