They were booked out a few weeks which was very reasonable considering it's summer and everyone is busy right now. But Alan cleared his weekend and made it work so that we could have it in time. They also replanted grass seed and agrees to come back in 2 months to do the sealing as well. All included in their very reasonable priced job to begin with. I hired Don at Creative Dreams to rebuild our chimney well over a year ago. Initially everything…read morewent well, we traded emails and phone calls to find a time that would work for him to do the job. Because he was not able to build our chimney until well into the fall he did not put on the final sealer that he had told us was very important to make the chimney last longer, because the sealer needed several days of dry weather to properly dry. We paid him for the entire job (including applying the sealer) and he promised that he would come back and apply the sealer the following spring, after the weather got nice. However, when spring came and I tried to contact Don I found that he had become impossible to reach. He did not answer emails, text messages or phone calls, and his phone did not have voicemail so I could not leave a message. I even tried sending him a letter by USPS but he never answered. All I want is for him to compete the job that I already have paid for in full. But for some reason he has apparently decided that he is not going to do the work, and is obviously avoiding all of my attempts to contact him. If you hire Don be sure that you do NOT pay him until he completes the job!

When our neighbors expressed interest in having part of their fence done as well, Elijah was happy to meet with them promptly to provide a quote. Andreii was extremely communicative and kept us updated throughout the project. They completed our fence (including our neighbor's portion) in just 2.5 days. Our fence required some shrubs to be trimmed, which they handled as well for no extra cost. They did a great job cleaning up afterward. The estimate included every detail. Work began within days and was finished after two days. The workers were polite and hard working showing great patience with changes made during construction. Nothing was sloppy as even precise cuts were made where needed. Double and single gates included steel posts for extra strength. A baseboard along the entire fence keeps animals from digging under it and holds back ground where it was uneven. On top of all this the price was reasonable and competitive. Optima gets my highest recommendation.
