An absolutely gorgeous winery. They suggest making reservations but we showed up without one and the lady at the cart was sooo friendly. She presented us with bubbly and went to see if she can get us seated for a flight experience. She took us to the bar where we got to try 5 different wines. They had live music playing, wine was great, and staff was so friendly. A truly beautiful experience

We had the best time here! After an afternoon of hiking at Robert Treman State Park, we came here on a Saturday evening for dinner and wine. We initially chose it because most of the other nearby wineries closed at 6 and this one stayed open until 8 (the indoor tasting room closes at 5 but the outdoor pavilion stays open until 8 on weekends). We were so happy we did! We loved everything about our experience - the wines were great (I was a big fan of the Gewurztraminer and my friends who prefer sweet wines like Clara's Red), views were gorgeous, food was tasty (my boyfriend and I shared a cheeseburger and a cheesesteak - both delicious and filling), music was fun, and overall vibes were immaculate. Wine prices were totally reasonable as well, and they offered to reseal any bottles we didn't finish so we could take them home (which turned out to be entirely unnecessary!)

A well run establishment conveniently close to Penn Yan. On this visit to the FLX, we mostly leaned more towards smaller, newer vineyards. This one reminds me more of a Napa winery, but I suppose it would be small potatoes there. We ended up purchasing the solid Classic Riesling and the luscious Vignoles. I did not care for the award winning Blaufrankisch, which struck me as very light. If you like Gewurztraminer that was also enjoyable.

Discovered the winery a few years ago because I work part time nearby. I found the service to be thoughtful and personal and the wines are very good. They have something for everyone. Even if the are not totally open or when they were renovating, I stopped in and they took care of my needs. They are flexible on shipments and respond quickly. A great business

This spot came highly recommended by our Innkeeper. Since rain was expected in the area I was delighted to find plenty of covered seating areas and tables for tasting in the sun, a great food truck shrimp tacos were delish and a music stage for live music and entertainment. The grounds are terraced with handrails and steps to make a more navigable path for guests. The welcome wine is too good to pass up and the dry Riesling is worth coming back time after time.

The view from the tasting room inside and the tasting bar outside are both amazing! We both had a wine tasting and then a glass of our favorite wine. The view and the wine are both wonderful.

Stunning grounds--lovely tasting room and expansive outdoor area overlooking the lake. Would love to come back when they have music outside. Tom and Mary Kay were the sweetest--both very knowledgeable and offered excellent recommendations. Wines were superb.

I was here the 1st weekend in Nov. I have to admit, doing theKuekja Lake wine trails is one of my favorites because they have great wine. This place is one of my must go to's. The place is absolutely beautiful, and I really love that the people who are working & serving your tastings aren't 21. There's a different vibe you get when your talking to the locals that have been around awhile. I took home the Rosé and a Chardonnay this time around. It wasn't over crowded this time of the year which makes it more enjoyable. I highly recommend

The view here is spectacular. They have lots of outdoor seating and even a fire pit for colder weather. Grab a glass of wine from the tasting room and settle in to enjoy the view. In the tasting room there are no chairs, but I asked if they had any and they brought out a folding chair happily. They were knowledgeable about their wines and even gave us a great dinner recommendation. One of my favorite stops on the finger lakes wine trail.

We drove around Keuka Lake one morning with our solitary stop being this winery for a tasting. Each cost $15 which included 6 tasting, though we actually received a seventh. We primarily stuck with white wines and each was good to very good. Our hostess was both knowledgeable and a sweetheart. Our solitary purchase was a bottle of their 2023 Traminette.

Bill provided our tasting and was such a nice man. The wines were really good and the views were stunning. Definitely my favorite winery of the week!

It has new house smell and was pristine. The rooms are larger than I thought with good sized closets. I needed a desk for the week and the owners were very kind to bring one to the room for me. By the way - most folks are out for the day so the WiFi was better than my company jet pack! Definitely a plus. Breakfast this week landed around 9a and I had meetings during that time. They were so gracious to have a plate ready or welcome me to the porch table for privacy. Pros: - Their wine is delicious and their origin story is very interesting. Schedule a tasting ($10)! - Breakfast was delicious every day and includes ingredients from their garden - Local coffee served. And, it's good! - Beautiful, clean home - Knowledgeable owners - Close to several wineries - Short drive to town (restaurants) - beautiful area, super relaxing Cons: - Most wineries close at 5pm - TV in my room was *very* small. We didn't use it often so no stars taken.

They are one of the few wineries that also serve food, so its a great place to grab lunch. The sandwiches we got were amazing (the Brooklyn and the Cuban). I would give the deli and bakery a 5/5. We were fortunate to have Keith as our…read moreserver, and he may have been one of the most remarkable people I've met in quite some time. His deep knowledge and passion shone through as he shared the rich history of the winery. The owners originally purchased land in Bucks County for farming but later moved to the Finger Lakes region, where they expanded into winemaking, a bakery, and a deli--a true craft-driven endeavor. Tabora was offering a special deal: buy one tasting flight, get the second free. Normally, I gravitate toward the drier the better, but the Winemaker's Jam caught my eye. My flight included: 1. 2021 Pinot Noir 2. 2021 Cabernet Franc 3. N.V. Heritage Noir 4. 2021 Maréchal Foch I started with the Pinot Noir, a light-bodied wine with aromas of cherry blossoms, strawberries, and dried fruit--absolutely sensational. Keith explained that all of Tabora's wines age in used French oak barrels but never for more than 18 months. Instead of prolonged oak aging, they transition the wine to stainless steel, preserving freshness while imparting just a touch of oak influence. Next up was the Cabernet Franc, which had soft tannins, a light body, and notes of raspberry and green bell pepper, with a slight oak finish--and wow, it was good. Then came my hands-down favorite: the Heritage Noir, a blend of different wines that was dry yet bursting with layered fruit flavors. It was truly an incredible experience on the palate. Finally, I sampled the Maréchal Foch, a sensational, jammy wine with hints of blackberry and pomegranate and a beautifully smooth finish. But Keith wasn't done yet--he had me try a few more, including an unoaked Cabernet Franc, which became another favorite. Aged 100% in stainless steel, it was bright with red fruit, hints of cherry, vanilla, and a touch of chocolate on the finish. Beyond the wines, Keith himself was a standout. As we sipped, he shared his life journey--from New York to Hawaii, a path shaped by his mother and sister. His stories were captivating, and if he ever writes a book, I'd be the first in line to read it. Cheers to Keith and Tabora for an unforgettable experience! #fingerlakes
