Customer service is ran by third party service named "Zendesk" unresponsive when trying to contact them for a time sensitive issue with my order since early this morning. I've seen the owner lurking in the review section and replied to one person. Hoping I can get some kind of response... Also, phone number listed on company info is dead/disconnected. *update Lowering to 1 star. Customer service is non~existent. Seems like the actual owners are running this on auto pilot, customer service outsourced, actual product is being handled out of state (Billet, Pa) so purchase online at your own risk. **update Zendesk finally got back and rectified the issue and took responsibility for the lack of communication. I'm seeing this same theme in previous reviews. I can't speak to the quality of the kettlebells because mine still hasn't arrived, but my customer service experience has been garbage in that I cannot get any response from this company. I ordered a kettlebell 15 days ago with the 3-5 day shipping option and I don't think it's even shipped yet. It was in stock when I purchased it, and it still appears to be in stock. I've checked in several times beginning on the first day the shipment was late. Two voicemails with a callback number, two direct emails, and one communication submitted through the kettlebell kings website - all unanswered. A shipping number hasn't even been assigned to this shipment yet and I'm at a complete loss. I just want someone to tell me what is going on and manage my expectations. read more

Ordered my kettlebell on the 16th and their website said 3-5 day shipping. Fast forward to today and after noticing no status updates on my order I reached out to customer service (via email no phone number) and found that the product is out of stock. They don't know when they will be back in stock. Why even take my money? Luckily the customer service rep was able to refund me quickly. Wasted time and a big disappointment. Side note: when you get a refund from them it goes to the shop app in the form of shop pay where you then have to wait 3-10 days to get a refund. So that's fun. read more

I am so disappointed with Kettlebell kings. I ordered my kettlebells 2 1/2 months ago. When I ordered my kettle bells, the website said they were in stock, however, I never received them, and they never even communicated to me that they were out of stock, and that it was a glitch on their website until I reached out to them. There is no customer service phone number that actually works And my inquiries have been getting automated replies. I am so beyond frustrated with this business. They are not even responding to any other complaints on yelp or reaching out to frustrated customers. If I could give a zero star I would. read more

I purchased a competition kettlebell a year ago and was told that it was out of stock. I checked in every few months since then and was continually notified that they had not received it. I recently noticed that the kettlebell was available on their web store so I emailed again and was told that they were working on it. it's been several weeks since that initial communication and I've sent many email follow-ups with no answer. It appears they don't have anybody running their customer service department. Their phone line is disconnected and they do not respond to Instagram comments or messages either. Buyer beware! I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get a refund. read more

Horrible customer service. Their bells were cheaper on Amazon than their official site, I let them know this and instead of price matching my order from the official site they raised their prices on Amazon and tried to make it seem like I was crazy and that their Amazon prices were never lower even though I have screenshots proving otherwise. If you made a mistake and they were cheaper on Amazon at least own up to it and don't try and make me seem crazy. Should've just ordered from Amazon, returned my original purchase, and saved a ton of money. Will not be ordering from them again. read more

Equally suspicious is how the telephone number for their "#1 Customer Service" immediately goes to apologetic voicemail. You can guess what they do with that. NOTHING. Any kettlebell lifter knows Kings' bells are the best. The kettlebells themselves are great quality, but the company's customer service is what really makes the experience great. They will make you customized pieces and are very easy to work with. Be warned, this address is for their warehouse- not a store. The owners are very nice so they will welcome you all the same and do have kettlebells there available to sell. Overall, can't recommend them enough- once you buy from them you will never want any other brand! read more

Big fan of the of the powder coat kettlebells weighed in kilogram! I've purchased several and they are of excellent quality.

I have had the 12-32KG Adjustable Competition Style Kettlebell since last December and have still NEVER been able to adjust it. I have tried lubricating it and have special ordered over 4 different tools to try and get enough torque to release the bolt but no luck. I'm beyond frustrated for paying over $250 for a product that I cannot use over 9 months later. When I contacted customer service the first time they told me to try lubricating the bolt with WD-40 again and did not show any true interest in solving the problem with their product or fixing my terrible experience. UPDATE: The customer service and follow up from this company is terrible! I sent back the defective kettlebell and I finally sent an email to them after they had received the returned KB an entire week ago and I heard nothing. No apology or anything, just a reply that they were now sending out a replacement. I had high hopes to receive a bell that actually could be used. But of course the bell arrives with a huge scratch across it and the bottom threads are done so poorly the Allen wrench cannot go in far enough to provide the ridiculous amount of force it needs to release the adjustable kettlebell. Once again another adjustable KB that cannot be adjusted. What's worse, is you would think I would be been contacted by customer service to see how the replacement was, but I've received not a single contact from them. read more
