Super nice and professional guys! Easy to deal with. I completed part of the service contract online and then signed everything at delivery. They sent me an estimated delivery time and were within 15 minutes of that time, not like your cable guy asking you to be at home between 12-4pm. My husband has been using the bike as a part of his morning exercise routine and LOVES IT! This isn't a home bike you can get from Academy. It's one of the nice commercial quality ones like what they have at Gold's Gym. It's surprisingly not that loud, since it just sounds like white noise down the hall from my bedroom. Anyway, he's able to get in a solid 30 minute ride in the morning before work, and when he's done, I'm just getting up and able to hop on for my own workout. You can't beat the convenience or the price! We were going to buy a fluid trainer for winter training, but after we factored in all of the costs (trainer, spare wheels to use on the trainer, mat, etc.), this was a much more convenient and cost effective choice. Plus, once winter is over, we can either have them pick up the rental or swap it out with another for summer training. FYI, they have a showroom, so you can go check out all of their machines and hand pick the one you want. They even have a staged bedroom, so you can get an idea of how much space a machine takes up---surprisingly not that much. We have our spin bike set in front of our picture window and big screen TV. :)

Based on her advice, I chose a refurbished Precor EFX 835 with a P30 console. It is a simple, solid machine and exactly what I was looking for. After the purchase, the CTX team communicated clearly throughout the refurbishment process and even shared a testing report and photos once it was complete. Delivery was smooth and professional despite icy conditions, and the crew handled everything, including moving and setting up the machine upstairs, with care -- they were truly amazing. Overall, a very positive experience and a company I would recommend.

I am compelled to share my experience working with CTX Home Gyms as both a customer and a fellow…read moregym owner, and unfortunately, it has been deeply disappointing. From the beginning, what should have been a straightforward equipment purchase turned into an unnecessarily difficult and exhausting process. I purchased an adductor/abductor machine in Oct 2025. It got delivered until December 2025. From the start it did not work properly. I contacted them right away and there response was that it was their first time carrying that brand and that they mislabel it, it is not a commercial use but home use and joke that "there is nothing wrong with the machine your girls are just too strong for it" they offer to give me "10% off" to replace it to a new one with a 300lb plate stack. Communication was inconsistent through the new order I had to keep texting for updates.  expectations were not clearly managed, and basic professional courtesy often felt absent. I get my machine in, and I noticed that it is not 300lb plate weight stack I mention to them and they give me the excuse that "their workers mislabel the machine" if I didn't mention it they were not going to say anything! Even if they mislabel it I am still short with the 300 lb weight stack. Their excuse to that was "we put in a request for the 300 lb weight stack but it was not accepted and the listed has not been updated- that's on us "  As someone who understands the importance of reliability, respect, and transparency in business relationships especially within the fitness industry I found the way this situation was handled to be outright disrespectful. The way they responded, their excuses, the lack of accountability and the repeated friction in resolving even simple matters created an experience that felt far more burdensome than it ever should have been. I approached this transaction in good faith, expecting a level of professionalism that aligns with the standards I hold in my own business, and instead walked away feeling frustrated and worn down. The  the owner Dillion texted me as I sent a very long frustrated text message "wanting to help" but instead created more excuses and is still selling incorrect description items. His description on the the machines are not accurate, they do not know what they are selling, and they do not care at all if you spend $3,549 which is what I spent and their mess ups they just call it an opsie it's on us but we are just growing and trying our best. It is genuinely disappointing to say that I cannot recommend working with them, as I would not want others to go through a similarly avoidable experience. I have attached screenshots of text messages from all the different numbers they would text me. Please read them and STAY AWAY from them!!!! Just buy from the actual manufacturer!

They had Precor elliptical, light weight training gear, and treadmills. I spoke with Joe at length about what they had and who they sold to, etc. It was really interesting and while it was a Friday and no one was in sight, Joe assured me that weekends were busy. Mostly the equipment is sold to private owners and homes, rather that to gyms. People can come in and try out the equipment, bring their kids to the play area and be confident in their service. Once you purchase a piece of equipment, Hest will deliver and set up the equipment. They will come to your house and service the machine, as well. It is a pretty big deal to buy a Hest fitness machine.
